    Took my parents here to get a new refrigerator. Decided on the 48" Subzero. Chris helped us from start to finish and very professional and personable. There was no pressure or anything strange vibes. I also received help from John and Helen over at the finance side who made the process quick and smooth. They were very knowledgeable too. Thanks guys. Highly recommend Pacific Sales.

    Ricardo, Paul and Jack (the general manager) are fantastic!!! We bought a 30 cubic foot Samsung Bespoke 4 door refrigerator ~ standard size. When it arrived, it was WAY too deep. We asked if we could swap it out for a counter depth 23 cubic foot. Ricardo and Jack tag teamed the switch. We had bought the larger refrigerator during the Memorial Day sale. They honored the price for the smaller fridge, even though the sale was over. While this was going on, my wife was upstairs working with Paul on bathroom vanities. A customer recommended StrasserWood vanities. Paul walked us through sizes, countertops, hardware options, colors, and fixtures for this manufacturer. We are long time Pacific Sales customers. They really wowed us today.

    Chris Dickerson was amazing to work with! He has a solid knowledge of all the products and brands, and helped to quickly select the best appliances. Had a positive shopping experience here, zero pressure, fair prices and easy delivery. All of the appliances are working as expected. Very grateful for Chris - he is very responsive on emails and calls, and a nice guy!

    Really really pleased with my whole experience at Pacific Sales on Lake in Pasadena. We worked with Chris Dickinson. He showed us lots of options and helped us understand the differences. This is a big investment, but we got good information and a good deal. We got the fridge, the induction range, the hood insert, microwave and dishwasher. Really appreciated the flexibility in delivery time. We bought the appliances before we found the contractor. So we needed to reschedule delivery a couple times. It was no problem. We also swapped out a large hood for a smaller insert when we changed design. Again, it was no problem. We also added installation service for the fridge and the range way after the fact, and that worked well too. Oh! We got a beautiful sink from the very helpful, Diarra Elahee, too! Check them out. They will take care of you!

    I went to Best Buy at first wanting to Purchase a Speed Queen Washer & Dryer. Best Buy referred me to their sister Company, Pacific Sales. Adriana contacted me from Pacific Sales. Stopped in after work to do all the paperwork and to order the W&D. Parking is nice & large which was directly in back of the store.

    During my childhood, my parents shopped at this store for appliances. Recently I combed every big box store site looking for appliances that were not standard sized - a counter depth refrigerator that needs to fit inside a niche in the kitchen as well as an ADA size dishwasher. I even ordered a dishwasher which we sadly found would not fit into the space in the kitchen. A few weeks later I drove by this shop and decided to check it out. The sales staff immediately helped me and found exactly what I needed, to meet my space and budget needs. The whole transaction took less than half hour. The delivery and installation went smoothly and on time. They hauled away the old appliances. We are so accustomed to online shopping, sometimes we forget the pleasure of going into a store and getting help from their expertise. This experience turned around my prior frustrations and I am happy with my new appliances.

To create a more open walkway between our kitchen and living room, we needed an extra tall, narrow 30" x 80" European-style refrigerator. As it turns out, the only freestanding model sold in the U.S. that fit our requirements is made by the German brand Liebherr. The frustrating part was that although other retailers near us offered the refrigerator for sale, none of the showrooms had the model on display. But guess who did? Snyder Diamond! So we made our way to Pasadena, and we're glad we did. Linda warmly welcomed us and immediately took us over to the Liebherr refrigerator. It is beautiful, well built and checked every box on our wish list. Linda was very knowledgeable and generous with her time. We ended up walking around the showroom with her, picking her brain about everything from kitchen fixtures to appliances. When I mentioned I was a coffee addict, she even offered me a cup from their built-in Miele machine--a small gesture that reflected the personal service we received. The showroom itself is beautifully organized, with a huge variety of high-quality appliances and fixtures. We highly recommend anyone planning a kitchen or home renovation to visit this family-owned business. They've been in business for decades, and have an interesting history to share. In the end, being able to see the exact Liebherr model in person gave us the confidence to make our purchase. It didn't -- and we only found out because we had to follow up ourselves four days later. Jesse wasn't available, so Denisse Trejo informed us the items wouldn't ship until the end of May, a full month behind schedule. We had to cancel the order because the delay puts our entire installation timeline at risk. Jesse should have verified stock availability before taking our order. Instead, we were given information that turned out to be inaccurate, with no proactive communication about the delay. This level of service is not acceptable, and we hope steps are taken to prevent this from happening to other customers. We ordered from Fergusson - no issue.

Had them order and install a microwave, no issues there. But ordering a simple part for my LG fridge has been a nightmare. The technician came for $145.00 for a simple service call. Looked at my fridge for 10 minutes, told me what he would do, order the part and apply the service call fee of $145 to the order and labor. Okay, that's fair. Said it would take six weeks. That's a long time, but okay, I understand, most parts are from China and it takes a long time. Three weeks later, they said they needed my credit card to order the part. Okay, again, I understand. But they should have done that to begin with. Then we wait six more weeks and set up a time for the technician to come out. He comes out and looks at the fridge for 5 minutes and says the part they ordered won't fit. Wrong part was delivered. This is sounding suspect. Okay, we are now told to wait an additional six weeks for the part to be reordered. I hear nothing back from them for six weeks. I call them and leave multiple messages. Get a guy on the phone says he'll relay the message to the owner. Nothing happens. Call back three weeks later. A young lady talks to me and says I will be a priority and will call me back with an ETA. That was three weeks ago. Tonight I left another message. I think I'm done now. They wasted three months of my life calling and complaining. I know I won't be hearing back from them till after the holiday. Would love to complain to BBB. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! This company is bogus! Terrible Customer service! All it takes is communicating to the customer. That would have gone far! Unhappy customer!
