They were amazing & sweet. Great Customer Service and were very fast. They took good care of my Jeep Wrangler. The Jeep dealerships/ service centers are very untrustworthy. Jeep told me I needed new brake pads and my vehicle is still relatively new so I brought it to Pacific Tire for a 2nd opinion and they said the brake pads were fine & actually showed me my brake pads, it was still so thick and in good shape..... never going back to Jeep anymore. This place came highly recommended by a couple people I know but I needed a used tire and because it was a holiday I felt I was up charged. Never would I pay 70 dollars for a used tire. I've never paid over 50 at the high end shops but . You live and learn. I won't be returning. And never will I go to any shop on a holiday when everything else is closed. read more

These guys are the best! Over the years, I've gotten two sets of tires for my Prius, and now I'm sitting here while they're installing all-season tires for my wife's Rav4. I've always pulled right in and gotten service right away. No wait. Forget Costco and everywhere else. I'd be sitting for hours or have to go home and leave my car there. Everyone is super nice, professional, and they work great as a team. They include tire rotations if you have purchased tires from them. I've also gotten an oil change and wheel alignment in the back. I highly recommend. They are right off the freeway and they always have hood tire options in stock. I'll be a life-long customer here. Just out of curiosity, I called my local Toyota, and for the same tires they said it would be near $500 more. I checked Costco online and they were $200 more. This is the best place to go for anything tire/wheel related. I went last year to get new wheels mounted and Hector left a great impression. Since then I've gone back for an alignment and lug removal. They were able to remove the broken lug without damaging my wheel. Fast and with great prices. Yesterday I went back because there were 2 screws in my tire. Hector was there again, on his off day. They had my wheel all patched up and on the car in no time. There is no reason to even consider going to another tire shop. read more

Been coming here for the last 8 years and the service gets worse each time. Probably won't be coming back again. They used to be fairly priced and have great customer service, but now they are incredibly overpriced and nickel and dime you for everything. I have purchased around 6 full sets of tires over the years for all my cars with them and did numerous repairs and alignments with them. I recently came in to rotate one set of tires that hadn't been purchased with them, and Martin (the owner) wanted to charge me $25. Couldn't care less that I have spent several thousands od dollars with them over the years and a rotation costs him nothing (maybe 10 minutes of labor when the shop was completely empty). If Martin doesn't value his long-time customers then I will take my business elsewhere. read more
