For absolutely no reason, while i was trying to communicate that i was going to take the car out and that i had just a minute back seen his message and stepped out, he got super angry and cursed me for being late to respond and called out that he has to deal with all Indians this way and that he would not deliver. He was insulted by my presence and even wanted to call the cops on me because I came closer to him. A very insecure and ignorant person who has no right to be representing BFS should be let go of his job duties with no remorse. Truly unprofessional driver and beware if you do business with them.

Items were missed everywhere. Deck showed up with basement framing. WHATTTTTT?!?! They have been transitioning people in and out of the business and the customers get caught in the middle. We didn't get responses 3 times on critical questions for framing orders, window order and deck orders. Come to find out 3 different people we were working with had either quit or been fired and no one followed up on their accounts. Pretty hard to keep a project going on time when you have to deal with nonsense from the supplier. I would work with another company.

Cedar siding, window trim, fencing etc. Things have been going downhill at Issaquah Lumber - The last load that we picked up was missing 15% of our order. We had to drive back to get the rest of the load. When loading your order they do not let you inspect each board - it is brought out in batches. We were given multiple moldy boards and boards that had mill saw cuts through the center of the boards? When we tried to exchange the boards we were told, "once it leaves the yard, it is yours." Seriously? Mill cuts are acceptable? We recommend that Issaquah Lumber works on their customer service and quality control.

The dispatcher doesn't know how much material his trucks hold. I told him I wanted as much gravel as a truck could hold. He said 12-13 tons and quoted me $660-670 per load. That's on the high side but none of the small companies near me seem to want to deliver gravel. I tried 3. Anyway, truck shows up with 12.5 tons in a 15.5 ton truck and cost was $560. WTF. So I needed to order a second load since driveway was only 3/4 done. The driver was great, the material was fine, but I won't use them again because of the dispatcher. Job cost me about $300 more than it should have.
