Great casual atmosphere and food! My husband and I frequent this establishment and enjoy some Sunday evenings there to end our weekend. Unless there's a major sporting event, it's usually calm and not very crowded. If there's a major sporting event, it can be slam packed and loud. We went with a friend this past Sunday and between the 3 of us had a spinach salad with salmon, baja chicken tacos, and a burger with fries and onion rings. I love their spinach salad. It's always fresh and I have the salmon filet added. If you're on the cheap, this isn't the entree as they use quality salmon. If you want healthy and a solid serving/quality product, this is the entree for you. On the baja chicken tacos - If you expect a plate from a mexican restaraunt with queso and salsa dripping all over and sogging down your tacos, this isn't it. If you like a reasonable serving of healthy chicken tacos, delicious salsa on the side (pour to your level of satisfaction), and the option of corn tortillas, this is your entree. We like that they double layer the 2 tacos since corn tortillas can fall apart easily. For a couple bucks extra, you can sub the chicken for shrimp...delicious! Our friend almost always gets the burger and onion rings or fries and is routinely satisfied. One of our other favorites is lobster nachos. If we're not going for healthy, we split the lobster nachos and it's more than enough for 2 of us. The beer selection is great with some good drink specials depending on the night of the week. My drink of preference is the dirty martini. It blows me away how many places have gotten creative with the dirty martini and ruin it. Vodka (or gin), olive juice (plus a couple olives), and maybe a smidge of vermouth. It's simple. Like back in the day, these folks have down the Keep It Simple Stupid concept on dirty martinis. I order Tito's for mine, but they have a variety of vodka and gin options. Our service has been consistently good. read more

Stopped in here last night as a dinner and beer spot after arriving in town for work. The place is very clean and welcoming, nicely decorated and has a nice large patio that quite a few patrons were taking advantage of when i stopped by. I sat at the bar and was immediately greeted by a friendly bartender (Liz?) who gave me a run down of the specials and then helped me find the local brews that they were featuring as well. I ended up trying a few local beers - Sweetwater, Red Hare and Terrapin which were all really great, especially the Terrapin Rye. It was awesome. I ordered the Gouda tater tots or balls as an app and started watching the hockey game on the giant TV in fron to me - when they8 came they were less like a tot and more like fried mashed potato which wasnt the texture i was hoping for - but they were tasty nonetheless. The Chicken Ceasar salad i ordered was great - fresh grilled chicken on top for only 8 bucks. The bartender always checked on me despite how busy she was back there on martini night and overall i was really impressed. Would visit again for sure. read more

Manager is very rude! We asked for him to put a game on and he told us no and he does not care of we come back. I have lived here a long time and have always come here and supported this place but his attitude just changed that. read more

If you're looking for a laid back, cool place to "hang out" that just happens to have excellent food then this is the place. If you go once it'll quickly become a tradition. They have pint nights and trivia nights. Every time I've been it's been a little different but I always have a good time and it's nice that they have a late night menu. Those can be hard to find in this town. Especially good ones. read more

Best sports bar in Vinings hands down. The staff is helpful fun and courteous. Even when their swamped they are always polite and there to serve. Likewise The food is amazingly good for a a venue of this size. Best of all they add sound for the "BIG" game when you would really want to hear it, and will accommodate your game request if they can. Great place and really decent prices. read more

Great place to have/host a happy hour. We always order from the "bar food" menu. The wings and burgers are great. Also, try a half order of the lobster nachos. There are usually good music acts as well on Friday or Saturday. Parking can be a problem, so get there early. read more

I'm pretty happy with my dinner here. I had the teriyaki salmon with sticky rice and grilled veggies. For the price, it was really good. Service was fast and attentive. They had a good beer selection. All around, a decent restaurant. read more

It's a cool place to go. The menu sounds great and the beer is nice and cold. Our waitress was great. We ordered burgers. I wouldn't say they were great. $9 burger, it was not. You get just a bun and a burger that tasted like it had a lot of filler and not all beef. We'd go back, but not for the burger. read more

Went on a Monday to play trivia with Outspoken Entertainment and some Irish pub food. Guess what? A place named Padriac's has no Irish food! Don't get me wrong, what I had was delicious. The unfortunately named "One Eyed Willy", a big burger with bacon, cheddar and fried egg was great and the Gouda Tots were as well. Just, you know, not Irish. read more

I currently live in Indianapolis Indiana but lived in Vinings Ga for almost a decade. Padriacs was one of my favorite late night spots to grab a nice drink and something to eat because they have a late night menu. It was about 1 am and my husband and I had been visiting family and did not have dinner last night. We walked in and there was one waitress ( which was ok it was late and we understood that). She was serving a large party and told us up front that she would be back with us after she took their order. There was about 25 people or more. I told her were starving and asked if we could just place an order real quick. We ordered the chicken nachos, as an app, the chicken strips and the Padriac's Pub Burger. The nachos came out quick and the food came out right behind it. That was ok because we were hungry. After eating most of the nachos we discussed the fact that we didn't really taste much chicken on the nachos. They were loaded down with tom and onion. The waitress came and checked on us for the first time about 30-40 mins later and we asked for our to gos and just let her know that the nachos were good but we ordered chicken and they didn't have much chicken on them. SHE suggested taking the off the bill, we didn't ask, we ate them so we definitely wanted to pay for what we ate, not a problem. A guy came to the table and I assumed he was the manager but later was told by the waitress this guy was the owner. He rubbed me the wrong way by telling us it would have been nice if we told them before we ate most of the dish. That was very hard to do since we basically got no service due to the fact that the single waitress was tied up with the big party. I explained to the owner that we were simply letting her know and she suggested taking it off, which she didn't, that too was fine. He was rude and when I found out he was the owner, I was even more surprised. This restaurant definitely will not get another penny from us. I will also be telling all my friends and family in Atlanta that they should NOT patronize this establishment. I was excited to be back in my former city, eating at one of my favorite places. However, the treatment we received was extremely unexpected and we will not allow that to happen again. So if you are looking for a late night snack, I'd suggest heading somewhere else. This place does not value its customers. I think it's important to also mention that the owner should think about how he treats his guests. read more

Went here for the first time last night to meet a friend and was really surprised! We sat at the bar and the drinks were great. Dirty vodka martini (I'm always amazed at how some places can get something so simple so wrong!) but this one was great. Then enjoyed a nice glass of the house chardonnay and followed it up with a chocolate kiss martini. Okay - it was so good I had another! It was divine! Lacey behind the bar was very good. My friend and I both got the hamburgers and they were freaking DELICIOUS!!! Can't wait to take my hubby there for one! My fries were perfect and my friend's onion rings were great and I'm not a big fan of onion rings. Overall everything was really terrific. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is because it had a slight smell of cigarette smoke when I walked in. It could have been because there was a large table of guys behind us but it was something I did notice. Regardless, I'll go back for sure! read more
