Ordered a bunch of food to-go. Everything was excellent, and I think I even got some freebies! I forgot what it was called, but the little square fried dough pieces with raspberry jam was unexpectedly delicious. The pasta was pretty good, and the strawberry cheesecake was amazing. This is probably my 2nd review on a restaurant EVER. If it's not an issue that I think is too serious, I don't like to take time out of my day to write review (although I do appreciate people who do). About a month ago, I ordered a pizza, wings, and 2 cans of Diet Coke. When I received my order, I got 2 regular Cokes instead of Diet. I called them to issue me a refund for the sodas or bring by Diet Cokes and take back the regular Cokes. They said they can't do either and that they would just issue me store credit. Not having a choice, I agreed. She said next time I order, I would just tell them about the credit and they would see it under my number. Today, I order and inform man on the phone about my credit. He said there's no such history of me ordering drinks in the past, and that there cannot be a credit applied to today's order. I give him my husband's cell to look under his number and nothing. He suggested that it must have been a different pizza place and that he couldn't credit me anything. My husband and I almost never order delivery, so I know for sure it was Paisano's we ordered from. That's the only pizza place we used since moving to our neighborhood. It's a couple of bucks, which is not a big deal, but it was so insulting that he kept suggesting that I was practically lying. I asked to speak to the manager and he said that was him. He went on to say that his employees ALWAYS write notes and put it into the system. He started giving me an attitude and said there is NOTHING he can do since the system doesn't say I had a previous order with sodas on it. What bad customer service. Again, a couple of bucks is seriously not an issue. It's the fact that he couldn't provide better customer service. All he did was basically suggest that I wasn't telling the truth, or that I was seriously mistaken that I ever ordered pizza and drinks from them. NEVER ORDERING HERE AGAIN. read more

Was really craving fettuccine Alfredo and a good pizza tonight and decided to give Paisanos's a try. I am impressed! Delivery was fast and driver was friendly. The chicken fettuccine Alfredo was lit! Was getting my car serviced nearby and grabbed a sub from Paisano's on the way. I would have liked to try their pizza, but I was on my own and going to eat in the dealership waiting room. I ordered a steak and cheese, paid, and waited in the very small waiting area/dining area. There were a lot of younger employees, probably off the clock, just hanging around, eating, socializing, and one fellow who sat at the end of the table and brow beat me the whole time I was in there. It did not feel welcoming. Sub was good, pretty standard for a steak and cheese. People in the dealership were jealous because there is nothing to eat in the auto park. read more

The pizza here is fantastic. I went with a Greek friend and we ended up getting a Greek NY Style Pizza. It tasted very authentic (though I think the people that work there are Turkish...). The gyro meat tasted very similar to the recipe that my Greek friend has (authentic from Greece). I'm definitely going to go back to get another one. If you're looking for a place to eat (take out) and are tired of Chinese or even the humdrum of Dominoes or Papa Johns, give Paisano's a try, it's worth it! The food is reasonable when they get the order right. The problem is they miss parts of the delivery order about 40% of the time. Call to complain and if we elect to still have the food (especially as we paid for it already!), we get put back in the delivery queue which means waiting another 40 minutes or so for the missing items, leaving the food we did get going cold and some people without anything. One recent time, they missed half our order. Sure we got a credit to use NEXT TIME. Last order they missed the bread that came with the dish. Other times, they've missed drinks. Sometimes the fries are soggy and chicken tenders overcooked and dry. One of these days we won't give them any more chances and give up on them. read more

Toppings are missing and they do not bring condiments even though I specifically ask for them in the comments. How hard is it to remember the onions when someome orders a burger? We used to order from this place all the time until they changed their sauce. Got an email about a large one topping pizza for $4.99, so we figured we'd give them another shot. So I called and waited about five minutes before they took me off of hold. I told them about the $4.99 deal, the guy says you have to order it online. I stated that the email said either call in or order online. He puts me on hold for another five minutes to verify what I said. At this point the timer on my phone said the call was going on eleven minutes. The guy finally comes back on the phone and says, "you're right, go ahead what do you want?". As soon as I begin to speak our order, the guy says "please hold," and places me back on hold. I wait on hold for about one more minute and then hang up. Needless to say now I know that Paisanos not only has bad sauce, but also bad customer service. read more

Good hot food, and the delivery is pretty quick for such a busy area. While getting delivery regularly, I've noticed an inconsistency in the food. One day you'll get a full container of pasta, some days it's barely half. For the price and the quality of the food, I shouldn't be getting jipped. I've had quite a few orders messed up (they forget a drink, bring the wrong kind, forget a side, etc), and they're less than willing to correct the problems. read more

I placed the order around 11 saying I would like the order by 2PM. It was 2:40 as the delivery guy shows up to my house, and doesn't even apologized for being late. In fact he goes " Yo" So you're gonna show up 40 minutes late and give me a "Yo"? What kind of disrespect. Anyways that got me heated. As soon as we open the pizza, everything was so cold. Ordered from here a couple times now, havent really been as impressed as everyone else. First time, i ordered the specialty Paulies Pizza because it sounded tasty. It had a nice crispy thin crust, some pepperoni on that cheese, and fresh garlic. The problem was, the garlic was so pugnent it completely overwhelmed any other flavor on the pizza. Now dont get me wrong, I like some garlic, but this was sitting in heavy chunks. The pizza had the right idea with the flavors & crust, but would do better if it mellowed out the garlic some. I also ordered the jalapeno poppers, which were pleasant, if a little underspiced, but I understand this is for the most average person. The garlic knots were tasty, though not paticularly memorable, but aim for the 12 rather than the 6 -theyre about 2 bites each. The second time, i ordered the cheese fries and a pepperoni pizza. They have nice, flavorful pepperoni here, and the crusts go down extra nice with some of that garlic butter sauce. Nothing too special, however. The cheese fries came with bacon and a side of ranch as well, which all worked pretty well together. I expected from all the high reviews for this to be the best pizza in the area by a long shot.
