I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! When I first moved to South Riding, I didnt really know of any places around me that I could order take out from, and fortunately, there was a Paisanos menu in the "welcome packet" from my leasing office. I was immediately hooked. The Greek Stromboli is my favorite. I love greek everything and anything and they do an amazing job keeping it authentic as possible (concidering location). Their yogurt sauce could use a little help, but that doesnt stop me from ordering. Even their pizza is amazing. I usually load my pizza with as much as i can just for flavor and texture but just a plain ol' pepperoni pizza is delicious. If youre in the mood for something different, and a place that has variety, choose this place. The people are wonderful to talk to as well! read more

We started ordering from Paisanos when we moved to Chantilly, and WOW! You're in...well, Chantilly. Not the place where you expect to get strombolis or calzones that knock your socks off. We are HUGE fans of the Greek Stromboli, but you pretty much can't go wrong on any of them. I wasn't a big fan of the thin crust, but I'm not a big fan of thin crust in general, so that may be more of a "me" issue. All in all, I highly recommend them. I discovered Paisano's after my boyfriend brought home some slices leftover from what he ordered for lunch at work and when I'm really good he brings me some of their cannolis for dessert. I really love their pizza, the crust is always the right consistency of flavor, chew, and crunch. They never skimp on the toppings and the toppings always taste fresh. I'm all over the place with my choice of toppings but I say try them all, my boyfriend loves to order a pizza with extra cheese and onion. I almost always use their website and have never had an issue with delivery time and only once did I have an order inconsistency but it was fixed in no time after I called. Try the cannolis, they are heavenly, just the write combination of crunchy cannoli shell, creamy filling, and chocolate chips. Good price, good pizza. That reminds me, I need to try more from their menu. read more

UPDATE: After my last review, I was contacted by the general manager and he asked that I give them another shot. He gave me a credit for the amount of my previous order and asked that when I call in my next order to ask for him. About two weeks later I placed my second order, personal pizza, greek salad w/chicken, and one cannoli. I highly enjoyed the salad, the chicken was good. Most of my co-workers like to order delivery from Paisano's. I always give in because I'm lazy and don't want to go out and buy something. I've gotten an Italian sub, fried mushrooms (frozen), and club sandwich platter. The triple decker club was so disappointing! A stack or ham or turkey only in the corner of the sandwich; NOWHERE else within the bread. The outer pieces of bread weren't even toasted; it was regular bread. What a waste! The bacon was all chopped up, like the kind that is put on pizzas. The fries were 'eh' - some nice and crisp, the majority of them were soggy and smooshed. I tried to steer my lunch buddy to order from somewhere else, but she wanted a Stromboli so I gave in. I know she really likes the pepperoni Stromboli with extra marinara sauce. Oh well, I think I've finally learned my lesson! Hopefully... ;) If not, I will go the Stromboli route. UPDATE: The manager contacted me and offered a credit on my account. Ordered lunch today for my entire office. The real Hero's here are the Gyro's. Amazing flavor and great bread really enjoyed it. My staff loved the pizzas and salads. Little disappointed tonight. My wife wanted a steak and cheese and I wanted a calzone. I immediately thought of Paisano's. I ordered around 7:15 online, and hour and a half went by so I called for an ETA. I spoke with Noel and she stated the drover was close by, so we continued to wait. Another 20 mins go by and I called back and spoke with Ashley, she told me that the driver got lost and was going to refund my order, but didn't state if the driver was close or not. We waited until 9:15 and called back then I spoke with Noel again and told me that the driver was back at the store and surprised the food wasn't delivered. She was very apologetic and gave us a credit towards our next order. We are usually pretty laid back people but a little disappointed tonight, so my wife had a blizzard and I had Bud Lights.... read more

Was in town with the family and needed a quick take out. Found Pasano's on Yelp and ordered subs, salads, fries, and pizza (big family with kids that can eat!). Subs were awesome, salad was fresh (although not inspired), fries were a little soggy, and pizza was very good. Only took 15 minutes for them to prepare and the staff was friendly and got us in and out with payment and our food in less than 2 minutes. All in all, I'd say not bad for take out. They have a sit down area, but it is way to small and right next to the soda cooler, so I'd recommend just doing the take out. read more

Soooo, after a REALLY bad experience at the Ted Britt Ford, just around the corner, I stopped by to grab a slice of pizza. I was not sure what to expect to tell you the truth, but they had pizza by the slice listed on the menu. So I asked if they were still serving pizza by the slice, and the gentleman said it was after 2, but they were getting ready to make a fresh one any way. He asked me wanted, and I replied pepperoni. They asked me if I want the special, and I said, just one slice would be enough. He brought me the slice in a box about 5 minutes later, and OH MY GOD it was really some the best pizza I have eaten in months, the closest thing to NY style pizza I have enjoyed in a very long time, and I should have gotten the special (2 slices and a drink for like $7). I would probably eat there more, except I live an hour and a half away, and I am still thinking about making another trip down to Chantilly VA, just for a slice of pizza. read more

Being new to the area, I have been searching for restaurants that deliver. Though not listed on GrubHub or Eat24, someone locally mentioned Paisano's as having good pizza. I'm not even a pizza fan in general, unless the pizza is realllly authentic and good (aka New York style!). I ordered from here recently for delivery. The pizza was just meh. Would not order again, definitely not New York style, though that's what I ordered. The gyro sandwich was actually pretty decent. The buffalo chicken salad was delicious, and the fried mushrooms, we couldn't even finish.The garlic bread was pretty tasty, though. Overall, would definitely order certain items from here again, in a pinch, as delivery was fast, too. But it'd be more out of convenience than anything else. read more

My company catered in pizza, garlic knots, salad with chicken, and garlic bread. I tried the supreme and thin crust garlic and pepperoni. The crust was your average pizza crust. Just a little bland but still a good chew. The garlic knots were very good and the salad was fresh and crisp with iceberg lettuce, tomato slices, cucumber, green peppers, red onions and croutons. No cheese which was fine as it would have become gooey when delivered. The house made dressing was also very good. Overall a solidly average pizza but nothing spectacular. The pepperoni thin crust was loaded with chunks of toasted garlic which I wasn't expecting. Almost too much for me but still pretty good. Wouldn't recommend it for a date! Not sure this would be a repeat for me as there are so many places to choose from so find what you love and stay with it! read more

Overpriced and overrated...nothing to look over here people...move on...for the $27.50 I spent for 2 10 inch pizzas...California Pizza Kitchen's 2 REAL gourmet pizzas would be a steal... Got a call from the manager as a result of the above posted review. He demonstrated exemplary customer service by reaching out to me regarding my dissatisfaction and generously offering a couple of 10 inch gourmet pizzas on the house this weekend. He also explained that the prices though a little bit on the higher side were justified because of the quality of ingredients they use. This was evident from the taste of the toppings on the meat pizza which had less salt and more flavor, something which I forgot to mention in the last review. Already bumped up a couple of stars for taking care of the customer complaint expeditiously. read more

Tired, homesick, and hungry. Away from home at a training course, and I'm looking for a perfect dinner to watch some Thursday Night Football. Pilfering through the conglomeration of take out places that's provided by the hotel. "Chinese food. Nah.... had that the other day" "Mexican takout? Nope. I really don't want to walk down the street" "Paisanos? Hmm. looks good" Super fast and courteous ordering. Told me it was going to be 40. No problem. ... 15-20 minutes later .... "Knock, Knock". Paisanos? Here in less than 20 minutes. Awesome! Meatball Parm is out of this world. Just like what I remember up north. Fried mushrooms were stellar and the fries were pretty good too. He got in touch quickly and showed obvious concern over the problem and let me know he quickly took steps to review his store's quality process regarding dough. His apology for the mistake was sincere and I felt he really has his customers as his top priority. Sorry Chantilly Paisano's, as much as it hurts me, it is time to say good-bye! I have been ordering from here for a long time, years actually. Ordering lunch at work and an occasional pick-up dinner for home (Chantilly store) (Fair Lakes is my home delivery store will still get subs/pizza from them for at home). The $9 Salad (although expensive for a salad) was always a great deal because they would give you SO much it could be lunch two days in a row! Now, the price has gone up and the portion has gone down! $10 for a lunch salad (for ONE lunch) is WAY too expensive for my wallet! As I love them so much I have given the benefit of the doubt and the last two times I've asked to lots of lettuce, lots of chicken... but nope; they are just not making them like they used to! I can understand doing one or the other, but to do both, at the same time, not great sense. Such a shame. On top of that, today, there were no croutons and no cheese on my CEASAR salad!!! NOTE to Manager: I see you often try to rectify but I ask that you don't put either of us in that situation. You have obviously made business decisions to try to improve on profit and I hope it is serving you well (except for me of course). I really feel you need to be paying attention to the whole picture; ensuring quality control and consistency; not chasing down individual reviews on yelp trying to coax people to like you one bad review at a time! They were very consistent in taking about 45 minutes to prepare and deliver the order and my food was always delicious and fresh! Previously, I had encountered a few experiences with Paisano's pizza that had simply not lived up to my expectations as a seasoned Paisano's pizza fan. After my review one of the managers contacted me inquiring about the dissatisfaction I had experienced for the times I had ordered Paisano's. I really appreciated the gesture as he was very concerned about the quality (and the inconsistencies) we had experienced. I understood that they had made some changes at place so I tested out the pizza once more this past Saturday. We had ordered our pizza for pickup and I had went to pick it up. I saw an odd amount of workers just standing around which if there's nothing you can do that's okay but it made me realize the place is cramped a bit so I felt bad for the folks. The manager on duty I suppose came up to me and showed me the pizza to see if I could verify if it was done right. I understand that he might have tried to make sure I agree but I told him there's NO way for me to tell if its perfect until I try it... What you've been looking for is the pizza results: Well, there has indeed been a MAJOR improvement with the pizza toppings. That was what I had expected and in that regard the pizza toppings were perfect. Hubby agreed that he didn't know what the problem was "the last four times" but this time they got it right with the toppings. There was still inconsistency with the pizza dough/crust situation. I felt that there was slight improvement but I can't give it 3 stars. I wasn't thrilled about it and we know 50% is toppings 50% is the crust. This is mainly because although I saw that they have tried with the toppings (which isn't hard lets be honest) I don't think the processes and standards with the dough have fully been embraced nor executed to perfection. Hubby was very very upset with the pizza dough and he felt there was no attention to correct the problem and it was just a wash. He certainly didn't approve of an extra star but I was willing to give it for the attempt at toppings. Unfortunately, I am going to give this Paisano's time to get their processes together. I will be sticking with the Paisano's in Fair Lakes because it's about being consistent and making my family happy. Hubby wasn't happy so I'm not going to pay for something we both don't like. Maybe we will try the Paisano's in Chantilly in a few months. The restaurant business is very rough especially with pizza parlors. It's the pizza product that has to sell and the pizza places can't 'make up for it' like other clothing stores. Hopefully they make these changes soon but until then... read more

I love the Herndon location near work. This is the second time I've ordered from the chantilly location and my garlic knots were severely undercooked... raw and doughy and stretchy.
