Pizza was very good. Lots of cheese. Crust soft and flavorful. Delivery was very fast.

We are staying at the Hampton Inn, just ordered three items (all with special directions), three desserts, drinks and requested utensils, napkins, etc the works - during prime time on a Saturday night. the guy was in the lobby in 20 minutes! Everything was right, delicious, as requested, and the delivery guy was friendly and professional - this location is a franchise and I'm SO excited to say that they display even MORE excellence than I've grown to expect from the awesome small chain here in NoVA. Not recommended. Unfortunately, this location of Paisanos restaurant is not like other Paisanos (Fairlakes, Fairfax). Very disappointed with how they make their buffalo wings. The worst wings I've ever had. Not going to order anymore from them. Usually I don't leave negative reviews. read more

AWFUL!! Just ordered from this location. Driver tried to deliver the wrong food to us. Ended up unloading all food he had in his car in our foyer in order to find our food. Food was marginal at best. I recently gave this place and location a try for the first time. I ordered a half cheese, half pepperoni and fresh garlic. The delivery timeframe was long, but that's to be expected when you're dealing with Rt. 50 on a weekday evening. Pizza was warm and the toppings tasted good. I wasn't all that crazy about their thing crust though, it was too cracker-esq for me. I was hoping, or expecting rather, more NY style. Decent pizza, no real complaints. read more

I have to agree with other reviewers that this pizza is better than most! This location unlike some others, does not offer any indoor seating. The staff was friendly. If you're looking for pizza delivery along with a variety of other menu items, this seems like a very good choice. read more

I work in Chantilly and have ordered delivery from this place several times. The food has always tasted good and the prices are not too over the top. I have never ordered the pizza, but have tried many of the subs and pastas. Unfortunately, they take a long time and have a bad track record with messing up our orders. I had a bad enough experience before that I simply stopped ordering from them. A coworker talked me into giving them another shot today.... That will not happen again. They charge separate delivery fees for each person, although it is going to the same place and being ordered together; they completely sent the wrong food and did not send sodas that were ordered and paid for (we double checked the receipt). Again...unfortunate, because the food is truly tasty...but it is just not worth the trouble anymore. This is not a restaurant that I will order from again...at least not this location, especially for delivery. read more

So my very first review, and it had to be a sad one. I ordered my food right at noon going on to my lunch break, thought Ok it may be 20- 30 mins and I will have plenty time to finish it with an hour break. I was told it could take up to 45 mins, which I thought should be fine. After an hour of waiting, I called and asked if everything was still good, and was told yes he is on the way, and your "food will be fresh". I said Ok great, not mad, no bad vibes in my voice, just a thank you and see you soon. Seeing how my lunch hour was already gone. Well the delivery showed up at around an hour and twenty mins, and I greet the delivery guy at the door to my office. I say hello how is it going, no response. Ok maybe he didn't hear me, but I always tip 5 bucks on anything under 15 bucks, so I signed the receipt in front of him, said thanks have a great day, again nothing he just turned around and walked away. No sorry for being late, our apologies, nothing. So I sit down get ready to eat this long awaited meal, and low and behold, cold, ice cold, like it was ready 10 mins after I called in and it had been sitting there waiting ever since. Cold fries, cold gyro, just cold, nothing said fresh about it. So I got up walked to the trash dumpster and threw it away! Great waste, of time and money! So this was my experience, not saying you will have the same one, but none the less just a bit of advice. read more

I have always enjoyed the food I get from Paisanos, regardless of what it is. The cost is great, the people are always nice and helpful, and I've never had to wait long. I would highly recommend the Chantilly Paisanos to anyone! read more

Pre-made, frozen crust and cheap ingredients at the price of a hand-made pie. Either go for a cheaper pizza or a better one to save money or get better quality. Only reason for 2 stars instead of 1 is the speed of delivery is great. read more

Just yummy! Had a late night sporting event nearby and when we were finished, my daughter was starving! Looked at the menu online then called because I had special sauce request. So accommodating! Willing to make changes, even when they were about to close! The jumbo ravioli was delicious! The barbecue chicken salad was great too! Great service! read more

We have lived here since 2003 and decided to try this place now (first time was in feb 2012). First time we picked up, the second we had delivered. My husband does not like to try new foods. He loves their pizza - pepperoni or meat lovers and their philly cheese steak sub. The first time I order the Alfredo and added chicken, mushrooms, spinach and broccoli. They did not add the broccoli and charged me a dollar, but it was soooo good. It came with a small salad and garlic bread. The second time I got the baked spaghetti with meatballs. Lots of Mozorella and the meatballs tasted homemade - moist, big and seasoned well not full of fillers. It also came with a small salad and garlic bread. My husband did not tell them ranch dressing but I am glad because the dressing they gave me was really good. Next time I am going to create my own calzone and try their cannoli! read more

Wanted to give an update on my last interaction with Paisanos. The GM Travis called me and resolved the issue. He truly went out of his way to go above and beyond, even though I clarified I did not want any compensation. The only thing this place excels at is delivery. The food is mediocre. I had an Italian sub last week and it was bland - tasted like the meats were pre-sliced, from a package. Pizza is boring and too puffy. All bread, limited cheese and toppings, no flavor. read more

I had a large meat lovers today delivered to me for lunch. The cheese topping ratio, was perfect and the food was delicious. The service was fantasic and the delivery was quick. I generally am not into pizza, but this pizza was something else and Paisano's is my now go-to pizza spot. read more

Just ordered Paisano's and I must say I am very impressed! Order taker was very polite. Delivery was fast (30 minutes) and food arrived hot. Pizza crust was perfect, sauce was very flavorful and you could taste the fresh herbs and spices. They definitely DO NOT skimp on the toppings either. I was at a conference in Chantilly and it was catered by this restaurant. The salad was delicious as well as the house dressing. I was there for a week and ordered three times to my hotel room. I tried something different each time and have no complaints. The delivery was prompt. The food was hot. The portions were always more than I could finish. I have no idea what they do with their pizza, but it is delicious, and normally I don't eat the crust but theirs has a good flavor. The steak and cheese is also excellent. I also must add that it was nice to have the beer delivered as well. Nothing like driving back to the hotel after a day of conferences and having your dinner, and beer meet you there. I like the food at Paisanos in Chantilly, the variety and taste are great! try the tuna sub, gyro platter, Greek salad, boneless chicken wings and deserts! the pizza is good, but if you are a purist ie. from New York or New Jersey, it is not exactly the same recipe as NY style in my humble opinion. Ive had it many times. The toppings are the best part. I order for delivery about once every couple weeks, and my family is always happy and well fed as the qty. is also quite huge, leftovers are good as well. Hope you enjoy!! read more

Paisano's catered a baby shower that I threw for my staff member this afternoon and I was beyond impressed. Not only did everyone rave about the food (baked ziti, wings, sandwich platters, salad, and more), but every plate was wiped clean. Paisano's treated me like family when I went to pick up the food at he restaurant. My food was ready on time and they brought it out to my car. Their staff provided me with everything that I needed for the shower and ordering was even easier. I would highly recommend them to anyone. In all honesty, they should open a restaurant in DC because they are what DC is missing! read more

I went over to a friends house this past weekend in Chantilly and I raved about this place but I have not eaten from this location before. The pizza arrived and we dug right in only to find a roach or stink bug baked in the slice of pizza! Yes, Yes a bug, very very nasty and gross. My friend called the place and the Manager did send the person back to give a refund and took the pizza. We took a photograph of the pizza and zoomed in just to be sure and seen the little hairy things on in the legs and the bug was crunchy. Something is up with that because they must have a bug probem outside of the oven because the bug would have already been dead. Worst experience of a delivery pizza I have ever had in my life. Avoid this place unless your unsure you want to hunt for bugs in your pizza! I will never order from any location again. read more

Can't go wrong with a sub fries and soda all day every day! Steak and cheese has got to be my favorite. Filled with meat and not super greasy. Never have to wait around, if I go there to pick it up or get it delivered to the office I usually get my food in a timely manor. read more
