My wife tried some of a co-worker dish, so she wanted to give it a proper try. We ordered takeout. The astetics are very welcoming. Giving a sports bar feel. Although we didn't dine in, it would be the kind a place we would choose. The food: I had the chipotle shrimp linguini. The dish was spicer than I expected. But I made the trip in to Brookfield and ordered a pizza I'm very upset that they would not allow me to order a quarter pepperoni on a cheese pizza it just doesn't make sense..... February 15th on a Sunday an older woman answered I don't know if this is their normal but that is not good customer service... I believe that you should give a customer anything they want for a price especially something that's simple.... Who heard of a pizza place that doesn't put a quarter ingredient on a pizza unless it's a specialty pizza.. I left there with a whole cheese pizza.... Was in the area and hungry so we stopped by. Decided on the mozzarella sticks that came out hot and had a good cheese pull. Also had the thin crust pepperoni and cheese, good pepperoni and the pizza was baked perfectly. Overall great food and service. read more

Oh where to begin. First off, it wasn't busy but it was slow. Took 30 min to get apps, no one refilled the water. We ordered what was advertised as garlic breadsticks with cheese in them that was just pizza with sauce on the side. No garlic, and I'm pretty sure this does not qualify as a breadstick either. The waiter said after the fact when he asked if we enjoyed it and said we were disappointed that "oh I wouldn't have ordered that, you should have ordered something else." You know, that could have been helpful information when we ordered. On top of this, no one ever came by to refill our drinks despite the place having only 4 other tables occupied beyond us. Food was mediocre, service was bad. And geez, $20 for breadsticks that aren't breadsticks? Rip off! read more

As a customer of this location for over 30 years, to say I'm disappointed is an understatement. If I could leave negative stars, I would. I spoke with Mario three times regarding a dinner for my son's birthday, and even reconfirmed the date, time, menu items, and guest count two days prior. Upon arriving at the restaurant, Mario denied our reservations being placed for that day. Mario was unprofessional, unapologetic, and showed a complete lack of empathy. I have never experienced anything so humiliating. His response was essentially "oops," claiming he thought the reservation was for the following week. He made no effort to problem-solve, rearrange seating, or offer any type of resolution--instead, his attitude made it clear we simply weren't a priority. I have been in customer service for over 20 years and would never treat anyone like this. Especially a group of 30 people, including a mother carrying a cake and bouquet of balloons. After decades of loyalty, this was beyond disappointing. You've lost multiple generations of customers. My family and I will never return. read more

last night I had called roughly at 8:19pm where I spoke with the employee on staff she informed me they were still taking orders in which I placed an order for my son and his buddies celebrating his birthday. I ordered a Jumbo pizza with extra toppings and 24 wings. my grand total was just over $70 in which I was told the delivery would be delivered within the hour. nearly 2 hours later I call to see where my pizza was. They closing manager had informed me that they must have delivered it to another house and would process a refund that will take 3-5 days. then I was called again where I was told my order hadn't been submitted but was scheduled for 10 am the next day but it made no sense because the restaurant doesn't open till 11am. I was told Val would reach out to me and by my surprise I never received my call. I gave paisans a call moments ago where I spoke with val the GM and he said "I'll call you back around 4" last night when my goal was to feed my family I don't hesitate on ordering from Paisans in Brookfield, but since they made a boo-boo they can't seem to find a solution. poor customer service! I am shook at the low reviews for this place. It isn't perfect but I definitely don't think it deserves such a low rating. Paisans is a somewhat local pizza chain with a few locations in the Chicagoland area. Their main food is pizza, but they have a pretty big menu of other options: burgers, salads, sides and alcoholic drinks to name a few. Their pizza is pretty good. While their deep dish pizza is more like extremely thick crust rather than traditional Chicago deep dish. But it is delicious pizza. Their dragon sauce is also a favorite of mine. On fries it's a good shareable. It taste like hot sauce and sweet and sour sauce mix together. My one complaint is that it is a little pricey. While the food is good, I wish it was maybe 10% cheaper. You rack up a high bill pretty quickly. Otherwise I recommend this place! read more

Server and ambiance were fine, but the food was just eh. We got the fried pickles and they were cut in big chunks which was not good, and the sauce was odd with them. Too tangy for pickles. Also, the Minestrone soup was NOT like any minestrone I've ever had. I complained because there was no pasta in it and was told they don't make it with pasta. It's veggie soup then and they should market it as such. Especially at $7.00 a bowl.. If they say it's minestrone because they put beans in it, that's crap too as mine had 1.5 beans total. Horrible service. They do not verify pickup person. I ordered a pizza from them through Grubhub as a delivery not customer pickup. My husband and I were at a wedding and ordered a pizza for our toddler children and their sitter. The Grubhub driver was turned away at pickup because they told him "the customer picked it up." I called them to address the situation and was told that someone else picked it up and that I need to call Grubhub. Instead of an apology or replacing the pizza, I was basically scolded and left to deal w it myself. The pizza was marked for Grubhub delivery. Why would the customer pick it up? They need to verify pick up person in the future. Needless to say, I will not be ordering from them again. read more

They messed up on one of the 2 pizzas I ordered. She asked the cook and confirmed they made a mistake. Yet I was expected to to text her pictures as proof( wich i didi). I had a party and was expected to take the cheese pizza away from the children so that can give me the pep and sausage pizza I had payed for. she then wanted to charge me half price for replacing it with the correct one. OK, first the good....We liked the ambience of the place, the server was friendly, and the lasagna was good. Now they're not so good .... We ordered three pizzas between the eight of us... the first pizza was ok but not that good it was supposed to be extra thin crust with just sausage and cheese but when it arrived, it was their regular thicker crust, we didn't want to wait another half hour 40 minutes to get another pizza so we just ate it but when we addressed it to them, they did not even offer to replace it Which really didn't sit too well with me because if I accidentally gave someone the wrong thing, I would be going out of my way to make sure that I gave the customer what they wanted and we're paying for ...the second pizza we got was The new pan pizza which they explained would take an extra 45 minutes to cook other than the other pizzas and we were OK with that but the sauce was way too sweet and not a single person at the table liked it. The third pizza we ordered, had Alfredo sauce with fresh garlic and fresh jalapeños it wasn't bad tasting, but it would've tasted much better on the thin crust instead of their regular crust because they called their crust thin but no way is it actually thin. There was also a ton of bugs flying around by the window. I understand it's normal for one or two to get in when customers enter the doors, but there was a lot. And my little one was scared to eat their food because the bugs kept landing on it. My little one has sensory issues and now refuses to eat any pizza now. :( I'd have a hard time recommending . Possibly, if you wanted to try the lasagna, I don't know about the other pasta dishes, but that one was pretty good but as far as the pizza we didn't really like any of them between all of 8 of us.
