We ordered this pizza from DoorDash for my husband's employees who had to work overtime at a job site. We got a call from the Dasher saying that he arrived at the restaurant and they had already given the pizza away. I was on the phone with him, and he spoke with employees at this establishment who would not give him the pizza nor did they offer a resolution. They were extremely rude. Eventually, the Dasher had to call DoorDash and DoorDash had to call and force them to make us another pizza. They said it would only take seven minutes, but out of spite, it seems, they added another 25 minutes just to make the Dasher wait. I hope the employees enjoy the pizza, we never tasted it. This mini chain is great. They have good pizza and a plethora of other amazing dishes. I recently fell in love with their chicken rice bowl. They have a nice industrial style restaurant that is great for parties. That being said, the only reason they are losing a star is for some reason they struggle with packing 2go orders. I had the Calamari it was Delicious,i can truthfully say the best i have never had. We've been ordering from here for years. Every once in a while they get something wrong and it's usually something minor. Our last order took about an hour and a half to be delivered. When the delivery driver finally arrived he rung our bell but didn't come up to our unit. He just stood down in our parking lot. After I went down to get the pizza he hands me a two liter when I ordered 2 1-liter bottles. Doesn't sound like much but a 2 liter usually goes flat before we drink it all. Turns out the soda was completely flat when we opened it. On top of that the pizza was barely lukewarm. This review is based on a deliver order. The delivery and packing was great. The food arrived hot. However, my review is based on the food. The pizza is not my style. I like thin crust pizza. This crust was somewhere between regular and thin. The bread part of the pizza was very starchy. Cheese was ok but not great. Toppings where ok. I will say I was glad they did used fresh mushrooms, but I feel like canned spinach was used. The sauce, again, ok but not amazing. I also had the wings, which again, were ok. I feel like they lacked the fresh character I like in fresh chicken. Also, ordered the lava cake. It was on the drier side. Balanced sweetness but lacked the more definitive notes of chocolate. Since the recent rehab/update, this place has turned around for the best. Much better! Pizza is still decent.. but they have better service - quicker and staff is friendlier. There's a new patio, high tops, lovely modern decor inside and out. I dig it.. I've enjoyed Paisan's food the few times I've been. Big proportions, although it's a bit pricey nowadays. I just ate here yesterday and let me tell you. Skip this joint. We tried this place from a Tictok post and regretted it. We started out with fried calamari, and not only was it expensive, it was just awful. Soggy. Then we received our pizza. I'm 48, and this by far was the worst pizza to date. The veggies were undercooked , cheese was cheap , and there was hardly any sauce, and the flower was all over the bottom like they added it after it was cooked. Then the drinks came. I usually drink water, but they had michelada's, so I tried it, thinking it would be decent just from the looks of the place. Boy, was I wrong. They should NEVER make them again. This place is really expensive and my pizza wasn't that great. I am only one person, just me eating... Why is the smallest pizza available to me still big enough to feed a family of four. I feel so wasteful. The stuffed pizza that was four slices bigger than what I could eat was undercooked and bland. We ordered a pizza for delivery and we received a pizza with ham on it which we did not order (we have dietary restrictions so we cannot eat ham). In the last year, we've done two delivery orders, one pickup and one sit down with Paisans. I've always thought the pizza was very solid- good toppings, nice sweeter sauce, nice density to the crust. I tried one of their salads ($11 for a full size), which seem a little pricey but I think the value is there- fresh dark lettuce, different ingredients (and LOTS of them in there too), and it's HUGE. YUM. For the sit down dinner, we wanted to try the patio and were going to be seated at a high top table. While it's a cool looking patio, something was way off with our table. The tables and chairs appear bolted to the ground, but you could clearly see our table was angled and not parallel to our bench. Where I sat was too far away from the table. We weren't going to be comfortable there so we went and sat inside. The service was OK. The fresh, hot pizza was SOOOOOO good, too. We all also ordered beers to drink. While selection isn't huge, it's good enough, and the prices were good too. My 22oz blue moon was $5.90, all the rest of the craft cans were under $5. On our sit down experience, a large pizza with 3 toppings, 4 beers, and one app was $60ish. Not a bad deal, because we left with leftovers too! read more

We are a long time customer of Paisans Pizzeria Brookfield as well. I have to say I am so disappointed. For the 4th time the pizza is terrible. Their quality has slipped severely. I ordered a large pizza order for a work event (5 jumbo pizzas and 4 bottles of soda). I placed the order a day in advance so that I could schedule the delivery for the appropriate time. The order arrived 40 minutes late (I tried to call 3 times and was told each time that "the drover is almost there"). When the pizza did arrive, the driver said he did not have the sodas. Due to the pizza being so late, I had to rush my work event attendees to eat (before our next scheduled event). I told the driver that the soda was now useless to me and I would like a refund on it, to not bother to bring it back. Upon opening the pizzas, I saw that extra toppings (that I paid extra for!) were not on the pizza. After being delivered extremely late, not having the sodas, and not making the correct pizza, I called to complain. All I wanted was a refund for what I did not receive (the toppings and soda). The owner refused and only offered a $10 credit to my next order, which is just a joke and more insulting. I will absolutely never order from there again.
