Worst place I have visit in a while! Worst customer service! Waited 44 minutes exact to get our drinks! Waited an hour and 2 minutes to get our food. Had to go inside and get the waitress to order another round of drinks!! I ordered the 7 mares! Bland! No flavor! It did have a good portion of squid. 3 shrimp and maybe a few bites of fish.! Not enough veggies for my taste. Also what I have noticed is; If you dress to impress you get more attention! So no shorts and T-Shirts guys! Ate here Sunday, early before the lunch crowd which never materialized. Let me start with the negative: Music way to loud, especially in an empty room. Our server did turn it down for us when we requested. Came back on a little later, but was turned down within 60 seconds without our asking. Next, I know this is picky, but we don not care to drink out of Mason jars. Server told us that was all they used. Good thing I didn't order a beer or a glass of wine. On the positive side: Becky was very nice and patient explaining the menu to us. We each tried a taco plate. Not Tex-Mex! Different and delicious! I hope they build a customer base so we can put this on our list of favorite Richardson restaurants. read more

Just got home from lunch. I ordered the crab enchiladas. Bit into crap shell several times. I think it was the owner came out... to show me a frozen "can" of crab meat! Had my husband tried to see if I was mistaken, so he too tried my meal... he too bit into crap shell's. The waitress was wonderful, no fault..very nice to take meal and dessert of the bill. I would give stars for friendliness but Frozen can crap +/- 14$ for lunch. What happen to Fresh... Sorry to say can't go back. read more

We saw all the good reviews so we tried last Sunday at open time 11:30am. There was no car in the parking lot.so we called to see if and when they open. The lady answered the phone only know Spanish so no help there. We decided not to be the only table in the restaurant so we left. It felt weird!!! read more

The "fresh" red snapper fillet was inedible-tough and ancient and over cooked. It was the worst piece of fish I have ever had served to me.

I took my two young Sons to eat here at 6pm on a weeknight. There was a couple over served individuals at the bar making myself and my boys uneasy. I left in a hurry due to this and left my Credit Card. The good news was the restaurant confirmed to have my card when I spoke to them. When I arrived the next day to claim it, it had been STOLEN BY AN EMPLOYEE attempting to fill their car with gas on my tab. Don't go here unless you want to give them your money and tip to then have them steal from you. RPD is investigating and I will be pressing charges. read more

My husband and I were looking forward to trying out this new seafood bar in Richardson. Friday night at 6:30 was our chance. The front entrance is not clearly identified. You have to walk through the outside patio (which is very cool looking) to get in. There is not a hostess station, so when we entered, we felt like we were standing in the middle of the restaurant- no knowing if we were supposed to sit ourselves or wait for someone to seat us. We were not actually greeted- after a few minutes, a woman in a green restaurant t-shirt walked over, grabbed 2 menus and told us to follow her. She guided us to a table. A few minutes later, a man (looking like a manager) brought us a bowl of borderline stale chips and salsa. He did not offer to get us any drinks or say anything- just smiled awkwardly. 15 minutes later, we had still not been acknowledged!! During that 15 min, we looked around the well lit, casual, fun- decorated dining room and realized every one of the 6 filled tables looked neglected. One gentlemen had his cc in his hand, tapping on the table- who had been waiting to pay. A table of 10- empty dishes spread all over the tables with children getting restless, another couple had food on their table, but looked as if they did not have silverware with which to eat it. A table of six, had 3 dishes brought out, I noticed that the 3 others had 1/2 eaten dishes at their table- frustrated looks on their faces. Unfortunately, I cannot review their food or drinks because we left. We were noticed as we were leaving......no attempt was made to keep us there. Extremely disappointed. Sorely understaffed and poorly trained in customer service. read more

Unfortunately this will be another failed restaurant. Odd location and the entrance is strange and unwelcoming. WAY over priced drinks. The ceviche was not fresh, the salsa is terrible. The service at the bar was nice and the patio looked great but too close the the expressway. read more

OK, granted this is a seafood place but the brisket tacos were great! Real brisket, not just pot roast trying to be passed off as brisket. And the margaritas were very good as well. This was our second time trying this restaurant and we'll be coming back! read more

the food is good BUT we got kicked out because we didn't want to watch the band playing that night. the owner told the waitress to come tell us that we either had to buy a bottle or we sit outside. the band was still setting up and we went for a quick dinner and this all happened. they didn't ask nicely so we took our services elsewhere. very disrespectful for a band who sounds like cats screeching, no thank you. read more
