This was a pretty good airport pizza! I didn't have a ton of time between flights, but I was starving. I ordered at Pallino and had my pizza less than 10 minutes later. It was far better than I was expecting. It had a good amount of toppings and it was baked well. The crust was light and crisp. Good service, good food!

Breakfast before our flight. Good selection of meal ideas. Funny...for breakfast I chose spaghetti . Unfortunately there was an additional $3.50+ for meat sauce online of marinara sauce, and to add meatballs it was an additional $6.50+. That's disappointing.

Pallino is a decent option at the Seatac Airport..not the best airport food I've had but not the worst. There's a place I really like in this airport but it was further from my gate than here and I didn't have enough time to go over there and sit down to enjoy a meal this time around. I almost went to the restaurant next door to Pallino (Pei Wei) as I saw an option on their menu that sounded great but they only have an average 2.0 rating on Yelp and I when I checked Pallino's rating they have just over a 3.0 average rating so I thought perhaps I'll do Pallino this time and hopefully my fellow yelpers didn't stir me wrong. I'm thinking perhaps I should have tried a pizza here but oddly enough what sounded good to me today was a breakfast sandwich and some pasta so I got their all day egg and cheddar breakfast sandwich which has a creamy pesto sauce and I also got spaghetti arrabiata which is spaghetti with spicy tomato sauce. Neither one really wowed me but they filled me so it got the job done. If I return at some point I'd try a pizza next time but I may explore other food options depending on where my gate is and what kind of time I have.

I have been to this airport several times because I frequently visit Alaska. Every time I'm in the gate area, I buy a pizza from Pallino. I personally think this place has the best value. A personal pizza is about $15 (depending on the type you get), but it's always very filling. I have also tried their pasta, which is enough for 2-3. By no means is the pizza amazing, but I've grown to like it. Service is friendly enough, but super efficient.

Get the breakfast meat calzone! Omg it was sooo good. I was really surprised for it being an airport restaurant. It was filled with plenty of scrambled egg, bacon, sausage, and other goodness including juicy marinara sauce . Plus the outer crust was nice and crispy with some cheese sprinkled on top. I completely stuffed myself over this. Great service as well.

Airport food can be hit or miss (mostly miss)....I assume that comes with the challenges of operating a restaurant in a small space environment that demands quick service. I'll give Paulina kudos for delivering a good personal pizza that is not boring in an airport. I ordered a meat-lover personal pizza here. It was for a late night and I needed some real food after a long tiring day. I saw this pizza location in the airport complete with real pizza oven and gave it a go. The pizza was above average for airport food for sure. The seating area is more open food-court style which is to be expected in some airport environments. Overall worth a stop if you are hungry for pizza on while waiting for your flight

This is a really good option in SeaTac airport, I can't believe I haven't tried it before. They make a damn decent meatball sub. +1 star also for being open all the way until 11 PM even on the night of Easter Sunday when I got in super hungry, that was just what I needed.

Meat lover's or Tutti Carne pizza with peppers added.

Really good food for travelers at Seatac airport. Fresh and hot wood fired pizzas starting at 5:00am.

Pros: Fast, friendly service Good location in central terminal Enjoyed the chocolate chip cookie - was large, soft and had a subtle almond flavor Lots of other pastries too Many options for pizza, pasta, etc. Entire menu available all day I liked that they used a traditional pizza oven instead of a microwave Cons: Liked the flavor of the Palomo pizza but it was way over cooked; cardboard consistency Pro tip: The standard pizzas look to have the nice, fluffy dough, but they are also higher in price. The pastas are worth a try.

It's 5AM and I just landed from Honolulu. 6 hour flight breathing the same air as everyone else. My body feels like it was beat up getting to the c gates. It's never ending. I need salt! I'm awake but my brain is asleep. PIZZA! Pallinos is damn good! I've gone to Italian restaurants and their pizza didn't taste this fresh. The staff works fast and stay friendly. Slinging sauce, dough and credit/debit cards. I hear my number on deck but the guy that took my order knows I'm ready for it! He just points and says "yours". The pizza was gone in 5 minutes. 10/10 highly recommend

Second visit inside the airport. More pizza for me. This pizza is great and I take one to go. At 13.50 a great deal for inside the airport. Good size for one person. My criticisms: the price of a bottle water is pretty high - even for the airport. Tipping for service now is all over - but standing over customers is uncomfortable- as anyone who tips will tip - standing over to see if I do or not makes me NOT tip. Those two reduced a 5 star experience (for me anyway).

Was hungry at the Seattle airport, while waiting for my flight to start boarding and stumbled upon this place. My boyfriend loves pizza and breakfast so we were on the lookout for either one of those places. We saw this place and decided to get in line and while waiting we noticed they offered breakfast pizza but that they stop serving it at 10:30am. When we got to the counter to order it, it was 10:25am and they still let him order the pizza. They sell breakfast sandwiches all day too, just in case you're wondering. Nonetheless, we ordered the breakfast pizza, coffee and a fountain drink. Ordering was easy. Service was great. And the ambiance was airport like, busy and noisy. The pizza was delicious. Best of both worlds of breakfast and pizza. Oh they were also selling cookies and pastries that smelled delicious but didn't get to try any this time.

This Pallino is located in the SeaTac Central Terminal (Seattle-Tacoma International Airport at 17801 International Blvd). The food was good. I had the build your own calzone with pepperoni and sausage. It was a good size but could have used a bit more sauce. I think I would try another item like the pasta. My partner ordered Ivar's clam chowder that they carry. The service was fast with two employees manning two registers to keep the line moving. They were friendly, efficient, and overall experience was pretty good. Most time is when waiting for any oven backed items. Ambiance is totally airport food. It is positioned in a lovely food court with giant floor to roof windows for an amazing view especially at sunset. Cost for my calzone and no drink was $18.92 after tax. It was good, nothing incredibility notable, but hit the spot and pricing is inline with most airport meals.

Tucked down the alley by the gum wall, it's a great option for wood fired pizzas. The space is fairly small and very low-lit, but thriving with energy. Our service was fantastic, drinks were good, but besides the pizza the food was pretty hit or miss. We had a table of 4 and we kept the table full the entire time. We started off with a salad, spicy mac n cheese, cheese sticks, and Brie and cheese. Salad was light and refreshing. The cheese sticks were pretty normal, but also good. The spicy mac n cheese to me had zero spice. Just some mac in a cast iron pan. The apple and Brie had a nice presentation but the smallest amount of Brie possible(my picture was too blurry to post). The Broccolini I am not sure how it was defined as broccolini because the 5 pieces that came on the plate were huge. While packed with flavors of lemon and Parmesan they had a very tree like feel and were a bit on the harder side. The El Diablo pizza, to be straight forward was by far the best part of the stop. The crust could have been a little more well done, but that's just me splitting hairs. I ate more of that than anyone else. Probably could have finished it myself if I hadn't stopped for a lobster roll beforehand. Either way, great service, good drinks and legit pizzas!

If that line is intimidating or wet (think rain!) then duck inside to Pizza and Pasta Bar for a delicious meal. While there we met the owners Bruno and Goli who were helping out behind the counter. They are the nicest people ever! So friendly and accommodating and always smiling. Their pride in their restaurant really shows in their care of the food and customers. I had the infamous meatball sandwich and my wife had the chicken carbonara. They gave us each a slice of their pizza for free as they had a bit extra from one that just came out of the oven. The food was prepared in front of you which is always interesting to watch and the charming brick pizza oven was directly in front of us so we could watch that process as well. Pretty cool. There are a wide variety of pizzas and pastas, desserts and drinks (alcohol too!) available on the menu. We ate at at the bar and had a wonderful conversation with the owners as they bustled about in the open cooking area. I enjoyed my meatball sandwich which had great crunchy crusty bread that held in the contents of melted cheese, red sauce and meatballs. A great choice to get when there. My wife liked her chicken carbonara and as the portion was pretty large, we were able to take some home for later. Extra yummy for me (ha ha)! The complimentary pizza slices were a hit for us as well. Napoli style with thin crust and flavorful toppings. We found out that Goli created the restaurant's design with the face of a woman that looks a lot like Venus in "The Birth of Venus" painting by Botticelli in the Uffizi Gallery in Florence Italy (just sayin'). We also enjoyed the garlic everything fries, which were delicious! We just had to try a flight to sample the brews. There are some really good beers available here, especially the Belgian blonde, citra pale ale, and the stout. I did not really care for the seasonal sour (grapefruit, I think)--to me, it just tasted like a sour and nothing more, but someone with more interest in sour beers would probably enjoy it just fine. Despite the busy night, our server checked on us regularly and was very personable, stopping to chat with us about the local sports scene. There's plenty to look at, inside and out. Unfortunately, the experience is consistently dampened by one of weekend bartenders. As others have mentioned, it's that taller bartender (Alex?) who repeatedly comes across as arrogant and dismissive to us; a less than desirable character trait for a bartender. It's such a pity because that is the sole reason we now lead our groups to spend their money and patronize other establishments instead. Recently we did give Diller another try, but sadly it's the same story and thus this feedback. Hospitality makes a HUGE difference. Bartending isn't just about making a good drink and expecting tips. As someone who tended bar all over Seattle for 23 years, I know how much energy and attitude shape a guest's night. When the service feels cold and passive-aggressively rude, it's hard to feel good about the experience. It's disappointing, because this place has so much potential. Hopefully management considers bringing in weekend staff whose personalities reflect the warmth and atmosphere the space deserves, there are plenty of more qualified bartenders in Seattle that would gladly fill their spot.
