I've been going to Palm Beach Bagel for a few years, a couple of times a month, on my way to work. The staff at the register are amazing and, frankly, the only reason this is a two star review instead of a one. The food is just ok, nothing to write home about, and I mostly go because it's convenient on my commute. Today I did my usual roast beef on asiago order and, for probably about the fifth time, they forgot to give me mayo packets on the side. I should have checked the bag but I was in a hurry and now I'm at work and sad. No more. I will drive out of my way from now on.

My first time back at Palm Beach Bagel since they shut down our office and turned us remote. I have always wanted to try their breakfast but refrained when conveniently nearby as this hearty breakfast kills any office productivity. Lunch was always good though -- from salads to wraps. Hello November 1, Halloween's Hangover Recovery Day on a day off. We had to take 95 northbound on this day off and Palm Beach Bagel is conveniently en route. I indulged in a Salmon Benedict. Delicious and large portion! This was the first time I've ever dined inside. The waitress was a lot of fun, joking at my friend when he asked for a regular bagel. She said what's regular is different for everybody. Regular everything bagel? Regular onion bagel? Food coma to follow to soak up that Halloween night hangover. My friend went with the Cuban Reuben which came with a side of macaroni salad. Fun times! I miss the memories when we worked nearby and regularly ordered takeout. Whoever is in BRiC, Palm Beach Bagel is the best nearby option.

I've been going to Palm Beach Bagel since they were at their old location! Service depends on the day haha I'm going to be honest! Some days I feel like they are great and some days eh. But still a good place to go! Wish they used different syrup! Never been a fan of the log cabin syrup. Their omelette's are good. Pancakes are good. Everything I've tried is good. My bf this recent trip got the grilled chicken omelette and enjoyed it. Said it would've been better if it had cheese so next time he's gonna add it! I got the 2-2-2 Scrambled eggs with American cheese. Bacon and for some reason sausage also was on the plate. All good

Got bagels here Christmas morning. They were out of a few flavors, but not unexpected. Service quick.

Again, I don't get it? The review is below 4. We have never…read morehad a bad meal there! I just had a hot pastrami sandwich on rye. This just bested the former gold standard for this sandwich (now not even edible)! The service was friendly and accommodating. I implore my flow Yelpers not to drive ratings down because of a condiment left out, a delivery gone awry or any other non food malfeasance out of control of the restaurant. I also wish Yelp management would consider allowing a code which would tell readers/Yelpers how the food was obtained? ( in house, pickup and delivery service and online vs in person and in person carry out?) Again I recommend Bagel Works, highly!

I went back with my family for a late lunch and had a mixed experience overall. I ordered a…read moremake-your-own salad with romaine, chickpeas, tomatoes, cucumber, and egg, and asked for bagel chips on the side. Unfortunately, the bagel chips turned out to be cinnamon-flavored, which I really don't like and wasn't expecting at all. When I mentioned it, the waitress said that's all they had--but it would have been helpful if she had told me that so I could choose something else. To her credit, she did bring me a toasted everything bagel (scooped out) instead, but by then it had already disrupted the meal a bit. The issue wasn't just the food, but the communication--if I had known ahead of time, the experience would have felt much smoother. My husband had a pastrami with cheese sandwich and loved it, and my son enjoyed his strawberry cream cheese bagel. Portions were generous--I ended up taking home half my salad and half the bagel. Overall, I'd say it was just okay. Next time, I'd probably stick with something more predictable like an omelette and double-check any sides. This seems like the kind of place where it's best to go with the "known wins."

Aside from the questionable plaza, the free parking was plentiful and directly in front of the eatery. Ordered several sandwiches at the walk up take out window that posed some confusion by two servers. My attempt for them to crack a smile was futile. But the food was prepared quickly and looked and smelled fantastic. The pastrami (does NOT include melted cheese as a standard topping - $2 more !!!) sandwiches were NOT oversized with two small sides (cole slaw was great but fries limp) for the hefty price of $18.00 which may strain a few wallets. The inside was very basic and required a face life unless the intent was to keep a retro image. The gender assigned bathroom was basic and clean with brown porcelain floor tiles and an oddly positioned dining room chair next to the garbage can. Basically, this was a legit jewish style deli with very good tasting pastrami sandwiches and a tiny kosher spear pickle. Did not really anticipate anything extravagant.
