One thing to note is that the dining room feels a bit tight, especially with the traditional dim sum carts moving around the aisles. Parking was easy since there's free parking nearby, which is definitely a plus. Overall, while Ocean Bay wouldn't be my first choice for Sunday dim sum, it's a solid option if you're in the area or craving dim sum without a long wait.

People will try to get on top of you (and I don't mean that in the best way). 2. Dim sum selection is intentionally small and service is slow to provoke you to order the expensive entree dishes. The dim sum is nothing to write home about at all and is just sufficient enough for any dim sum craving. There's no consistency with the quality, as well as the quantity. The same also goes for the large dishes, though I've only eaten dinner here once or twice since the new management, and there wasn't anything memorable. Service is generally okay, but the employees are definitely overworked during the weekend lunch hours. It's as if everyone who doesn't live in or around Flushing comes here, hence the insane crowds.
