You can't miss them, as they are among the many tempting food stalls located on the lower level. Their line is a bit longer than others but well worth the wait. I was mesmerized by the sight of hand pulled noodles, made to order right before my very eyes. I was excited to taste, and the decision to get either noodles in soup or stir fried was a tough one. I ordered the house special stir fried noodles after some hesitation as I really am a fan of it served both ways. The noodles were bouncy in texture and were really good. Unfortunately I do not have a comparison as this is my first time eating Chinese hand pulled noodles. For me the flavors were well balanced and what can I say about portion size? It's plenty to share and that's a real plus. I was not disappointed and I hope to try their other noodle dishes on my next visit! Side note, this is a cash only stall. I got the small size and brought it home to snack on for a couple of days. Delicious! The noodles in the soup are chewy and toothsome- the perfect noodle texture. The broth itself is extremely flavorful and the flavor profile is slightly different from a Taiwanese or other standard beef noodle soup. It has some warm spices in it I think, and the fattiness of the tender beef is well balanced by a tangy vinegar note. The soy milk was a great compliment to my meal, slightly sweet and refreshing. The prices are so cheap, especially given the large portions. This place is worth traveling to.
