Nothing happened. The place is closed down. Accuracy is key the place has been closed down from what I know for a nearly 3 months or longer. I did have the privilege of going once, though I would give it a six out of 10 the food was decent. The customer service wasn't mad. I was the only person there the place is extremely small. Had lunch with friends at Pancho's a few months ago, we all liked the food. Nice ambiance, quiet, neighborhood restaurant, very friendly wait staff. Had Valentine's Day lunch today and we enjoyed our lunch very much. My husband ordered the loaded carne asada fries and a torta, I ordered one of the Valentine's Day specials, the shrimp and lobster enchiladas with beans, rice and it included a glass of champagne. We both enjoyed our meals. Service was fast and friendly. Will definitely visit again soon. read more

Delicious! And authentic! I got the enchilada breakfast item and it was so tasty! The menudo was very popular so we tried it too. It's intestine soup with a lot of intestine so might be a good idea to share but overall the staff was very friendly and I liked the food. Wow! Came on a spontaneous whim because my man and I wanted something warm and soupy for a cold October evening. A bowl of Pozole, a bowl albondigas, two sides of 3 taquitos and 4 drinks later...we are stuffed. There is no words for how AMAZING, AUTHENTIC AND TASTY the food is. Service was 10/10. I've been in twice at their new location at the old Joy's restaurant and bar. Very nice inside but I go by often as I was in the restaurant business for years just to see how they and others in my area are doing. Chips and salsa not great taste like bagged chips and salsa. So thin it won't stay on the chip. Last time I was in the service was not great, server talking to the cook and I'm looking at my water and chips sitting in the window for at least 5 minutes. I was in the old location and met with the owners. The food was good and they seemed nice. Menu prices for items are averaged price, The food was good, it wouldn't hurt to have a couple of things on the menu that weren't priced at $13 to $20.. The competition in that area is strong. Three other Mexican restaurants within a couple of blocks! I'd love to see them succeed but I drive by and never see cars. read more

Terrible service!! Kindly waited like everyone else but because the gentleman after us threw a tantrum about the wait time he was tended to first! Not only him, but the 3 parties after us that checked in after where all tended to first. Very rude of the lady in charge to completely ignore us and not even offer us a drink or water but yet the three parties after us had their drinks, chips and their orders were even being taken! The service was great! Our first time and we felt welcomed. The ladies were very friendly and greeted us with a smile. The place was small but very nicely decorated and clean. The food had great flavor and they give you very nice portions. They also have options as add-ons to some of their breakfast dishes, which it was interesting. For example, we added asada to our chilaquiles and the huevos rancheros. They also serve you complimentary salsa and chips while you wait for your food. Every time I come around a new city, I love to check out the mom and pop restaurants. But there's always one that disappoints. I chose the menudo because there was reviews and comments about how good it was. The soup smelled like raw meat and/or dirty not cleaned meat. What a disappointment.
