    California Burrito

This place is ok. The cashier was nice. It's kinda of fast food of Mexican food. No shame in that. If that's what your into and your not someone who frequents taco trucks then boom! This is the place for you.

Torrance Food Crawl #440 Pancho's Tacos has had a location on 190th for some years, a little southwest of here. This location opened earlier this year and has a similar menu. The menu at Pancho's has the standard fare you would expect at a Mexican fast-food restaurant. I haven't had any really standout items, but all the items have been good. Their namesake Tacos are soft shell, with options like a choice of meat, fish, or veggies. I've felt they're perhaps a little Americanized, but fine all the same. The Burritos were similar and had similar meat, fish, and veggie options. The burritos were on the large side. Just like the tacos, everything seems fresh. The Vegetarian Burrito was one of the veggie style burritos that I've had that I can say were very good, especially when some hot sauce from the salsa bar was added. And there are breakfast burritos too. Don't miss the salsa bar. There are three spice levels of sauce, Salsa Verde (mild), Salsa Roja (medium), and Habanero (hot). All the sauces are excellent. The bar also has pickled carrots, sliced lemons, and radish slices. Shortly after they opened, the carrots were accompanied by jalapenos, but recently the jalapenos have been fewer in number. The drink refrigerator is well-stocked with a large variety of drinks. The staff have always been polite, and the interior has always been clean when I've been there.

Got asada tacos from here for my kids. So good. The meat was tender and seasoned well. Service was prompt and food was delicious.

Second time here I had the asada Taco plate . One of the things I liked when I first visited was their salsa bar selection. Today I tried the green salsa , red salsa and pickled zanahorias (carrots ) always a good addition to tacos . A Mexican restaurant has to have good rice and beans and they sure do . Enjoyed sitting outside catching some after this rainy week in LA.

Decided to check this place out one day on my lunch break. Very clean on the inside, plenty of seating. I went like at 11:30am and there was only 2 people eating inside. I looked at the menu, which was pretty big. I decided to order the combo that came with enchiladas and a drink. There was a choice to either have cheese or a choice of meat inside the enchiladas. I chose to have meat and choose asada (beef). I waited about 5 minutes for my food. I observed their sauce bar and was surprised to see how clean it was. They had the food ready. They poured me my drink of choice. I am not sure if they do free refills. I did like the flavor of the food. Portions were good sized. The only complaint is that my enchiladas fell apart. Oh and the combo was $14 plus tip. Other than that, food is good. If I am craving Mexican food, i'll be back. Just will try something different next time.

    first time here.

first time there. wanted a breakfast burrito and they serve breakfast all day. service was friendly. we were the only ones there at the time. they some deals. BOGO Friday Fish Tacos, taco Tuesdays they have 10 tacos for just under $30. place was clean and we just ordered the bacon egg burrito. taste good and was a decent portion for just under $10. still abit pricey but compares to what others charge for less...pretty good deal.

Just had a breakfast burrito with no meat, no beans and add guacamole and let me tell you. FIRE!!!! The best burrito ever had. Serving breakfast all day which is a plus. I am a vegetarian but my sister had other items on the menu and all she said was... ITS TGE BOMB!!! 6 stars

You pay a decent price for delicious food. I had the Gordo Burrito, and my kids had the grilled chicken burrito and a bean and cheese burrito. They love eit, and they're kids. Another major plus is that they have their own special habanero sauce. It's not as crazy spicy as this other place I went to in Inglewood, but that's not bad because it still is spicier than other places that have hot sauce. It's a new favorite.

It's the home made rice and beans for me ... get the huevos rancheros

This place is straight fire!!!! 3rd straight day eating here. The breakfast burritos are amazing if you don't like too much beans just tell them to go light. Service was incredible Friendly people . But the star of the show was that mango habanero. Salsa was absolutely delicious on top of that burrito. Definitely if you're in the area stop by. Also, I knew this place was legit when you see the copper bowl cooking the Carnitas.

I first landed here when they recently had I opened and I was in the mood for a good breakfast burrito. I got their most popular breakfast burrito and upgraded the meat to carnitas. Let me tell you that's been one of the best breakfast burritos of my life, hands down. I came back often trying different things on the menu. The asada fries and tacos are delicious and freshly made. The carnitas burrito is always a hit! Especially if you get the gordo burrito which has all of the goodies inside of it. Everything from the beans to the salsas are amazing here. I can't stress this enough, everything is fresh and full of flavor. Definitely recommend this to anyone in the mood for some delicious authentic mexican fast food. Call in ahead and order if you're in a rush, never fail tk amaze me with my order pickups. If you have time to sit and enjoy your meal, you will enjoy it with a nice authentic ambience and salsa bar calling your name.

Breakfast burrito no hashbrowns by request very good.

I had been wanting to try this place for a while and I am happy I finally did. The breakfast burrito was perfect and everything was excellent. Very fresh and delicious. The crew working was kind and the inside of the restaurant is clean and bright. I will definitely be back.

I've been here before, and the birria tacos were exactly what I needed for a late-night craving. Crispy on the outside with a good amount of filling and strong flavor - they really hit the spot. I ended up having four of them. The consomé on the side was really good too - rich and flavorful, almost something I could've just had on its own. The street tacos were solid. The carnitas had that tender, slightly crisp texture, and the al pastor added a bit more seasoning and contrast. Nothing overcomplicated, just straightforward and satisfying. Service was friendly, and the setup is quick and casual. In the South Bay where places tend to close early, it was nice that they were open until around 10pm. Overall, this is a no-frills taco spot where the focus is on the food. Easy choice when you're in the mood for tacos.

Before her food was ready, she received an emergency call and had to leave immediately. That's the reality of being a first responder--when a call comes in, you leave immediately, no time to wait for your meal. Before leaving, she politely asked the cashier to cancel the order and refund her card. Instead of showing understanding or offering assistance, the cashier was dismissive and unhelpful. After completing the call, my daughter contacted the restaurant, apologized for the inconvenience, and again requested a refund. She was initially told that the receipt had been thrown away. Later, the receipt was apparently found, but she was then informed that if she wanted a refund--or even the food she had paid for--she would have to return to the location in person. The problem is that she lives more than an hour away and was only in the area because she was working. I called the following day in an attempt to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, I was met with the same attitude. The employee refused to provide her name, refused to provide a manager's name, and refused to provide any contact information for someone who could address the complaint. To be clear, this is not about the cost of a meal. Had the employee been courteous, professional, or even remotely helpful, we likely would have let the matter go. Emergencies happen. Schedules change. We understand that. What prompted this review was not the lost food or the refund itself--it was the employee's rude attitude, lack of professionalism, and complete unwillingness to help resolve a simple customer service issue. I will also acknowledge that by the end of my phone call, I became frustrated and was not as polite as I should have been. I regret that. However, that frustration came only after repeated attempts to handle the situation respectfully and being met with rudeness and resistance at every turn. A business can recover from a mistake. What it cannot afford is employees who treat customers with contempt and then refuse to provide any way to contact management when a legitimate concern is raised. Management should be aware that this employee's behavior reflects poorly on the entire business. If this is how customers are treated when they encounter an unexpected emergency, then potential customers deserve to know before choosing to spend their money here.
