The manager Johnny has terrible customer service skills and thought process. Who stops people that have been waiting in line for 10mins to fill a new phone/online order and then tries to make the people waiting in line wait another 5-7mins because you used all the chow mein to fill an order for people that aren't even in the restaurant yet? Only reason I gave 2 stars is because the day crew is usually pretty good, and because this experience finally pushed me to try Falafel Express next door which was amazing. read more

They completely got my order wrong twice first was a underpriced received order said they'd give my card the money back then a hour later I use my own cash again to get my order and it's wrong again I don't recommend ordering take out here. Upon entering the restaurant I was greeted warmly with energetic and smiling employees. The food here was hot and perfectly cooked, I ordered the chow mein and teriyaki chicken and could not of been happier with my order. The store itself was well maintained and clean, which made the experience all the more pleasing. read more

Ordered what should have been a good amount of food-or so I thought, medium orange chicken with fried rice- small sweetfire chicken, and Kong Pao chicken(all peanuts, no chicken)and cream cheese Rangoon. When delivered from Grub Hub- they were not plates like ordered but tiny little boxes of almost nothing for A LoT of $$. No rice or noodles. Went in to grab some to-go dinner tonight and wanted to leave a quick review for a gentleman working the front named Toren. When we came the place was very busy and it looked like they possibly were understaffed for a Friday night, but no biggie not an issue for us we are patient folks. Just wanted to say what a great job this employee did, while under pressure from call in orders coming in and also many of us waiting for our orders he treated each and every customer very well and even asked us about sampling anything if we were curious. I was extremely upset with my experience today. I'm a very understanding and patient person as I have myself worked in the food industry. I know things have been difficult. But I don't understand why I placed an online order and didn't get my food until an hour after the "pickup time". What's the point of ordering online if people who ordered in person got their food 30 minutes before me? I was standing there for 40 min right at the front. An employee would come out and ask for names of online orders periodically. At one point I said my name 3 times but was ignored. It's Panda Express so don't expect amazing Chinese food. My dad and I used to frequent this place when I did martial arts nearby and we needed dinner. One day my dad and I ate there and due to my dad's clear disdain for one of the dishes he ordered, the manager walked over to him while he chewed whatever he was eating down and gave him a voucher for money off (may have been for a free meal, I'm not really certain as this was probably a year ago now) his next visit, which stuck out to me. read more

I'm little upset because I usually have really good service at Panda Express. The boy who started my order politely told me it would be a five min wait for the honey walnut shrimp. So I stepped aside to wait. After a few mins a young girl grabbed my container and called me over to ring up. When I got home and opened my container there was only rice and the little remains of black pepper chicken for my one side. I am very disappointed that the young lady didn't bother to check to see that my order was completed before she rang me up and charged me full price for the shrimp that I didn't even get... :-/ read more

Can't comment on the food as we didn't get any. Three of us stood there watching one person man the counter while the manager wandered around doing nothing, the cook washed pans, and someone else stocked supplies and took out the garbage. After fifteen minutes we gave up and left. Tip: when you have a line of hungry people, serve them. read more

Don't get me wrong my kids live the food. The service was great, it is a little off putting when the staff is making there dinner in front of you and they are picking all the protein out of the entrees. I'm leaving this comment as a general statement and as specific to this location. Restaurants have got to figure out how to balance all the GrubHub, Postmates, Doordash, etc. orders with the orders from walk in customers URGENTLY! This location is no exception! I can't tell you how many times I watched as food disappeared, even as I was being helped, to fill orders for these delivery services. Also, it was very apparent that the added stress on the staff was making the quality of service take a nosedive for walk-in customers. I had to repeat myself multiple times because staff could either not hear me or because they are not concentrating on the people in front of them, namely me. The "cherry on the sundae" was when I got home and my order was wrong even though the markings on the box clearly stated what was to go into my order. Nothing worse than driving a couple miles to pick up food and getting home only to find out it was wrong. Too far to go back now; might as well eat it and, once again, swallow my disappointment. read more

I went there on a Tuesday night, and it was some what busy. probably around 7pm i ordered the orange chicken, teriyaki chicken and chow mien so it was a plate. the orange chicken was tough the teriyaki chicken was over cooked and they were out of the beef broccoli. i did like however the fact that that it was very quick to go through the line. i said what i wanted they dished it up and i paid boom easy as that. i am not sure if i will go back it was not that expensive and with other options at nimbus i probably will choose one of them. read more

Normally not a bad location, but on 04/19/2017 this was a very bad location. 1st we ordered and the staff forgot our food because theu had to cook it. Most everything was out, and it was only 7:pm. 2nd, we finally got our food and after eating about 1/2 of it both my wife and I found multiple long hairs in it. This resulted in our instant revulsion. At this point, due to nausea, we left. We did not want replacement food. Needless to say, we will not be returning any time soon. read more

It's Panda Express. Decent fast food Chinese. The issue with this specific panda is the consistent under staffing. There is always a line and one person serving and ringing out the food. This Panda tends to skimp a lot on portion sizes. They seem to always be understaffed and do I mention attitude? Goodness. This girl, I believe who is a shift lead, Gina is always acting like something has crawled up her ass. Obviously hates her job. I walked into this panda and it was empty, so obviously our 5 orders shouldnt be too difficult. Almost immediatly the girl putting our food on plates started arguing with the cook about how to make something we ordered. She gave me small portions and the food was dry. We ordered five meals, and four spring rolls. The girl almost forgot one of our orders, and handed it to us while we were walking out the door. Upon arriving home we found that one of our orders was completely wrong and they COMPLETELY forgot to put in another. Absolutely ridiculous. When I called to tell them what they had done the girl never apoligized and told me to just come get our food. Just wow. read more

Two employees - Danilo C. and a female employee (did not get her name) were both great! Not only are they fast and efficient, they did not cause a scene when I told them what I wanted to purchase today. I was unsure if they were going to treat me like a criminal for asking to purchase a Bigger Plate ($8.90) and still use the promotional receipt to receive 1 sm free entrée item - to my relief, neither employee questioned it, or acted as if I was a criminal trying to get over - they simply fixed my to go food, offered me samples and rung up my purchase without any problems. I am pleased as I have had problems with 1 individual at another store, on multiple occasions. I really thank the employees today. First thing I notuce was how clean this place is. Not the usual barely bussed tables I'm used to at other faster food places. I would like to comment on how the manager runs a grwat crew this shift, but everyone works so well it was impossible to tell who was manager. I was served by 2 different employees, which is fine as it kept the line moving quit smoothly. I was offered samples of the Beijing Beef and Firecracjer Chicken, both were purchased because they are delicious! I wishI remebered the first gentlemans name who helped me so I could say " job well done " and "Thank You" to him. The second person to help ne was a nice lady named Karen. I misunderstood what she had finished for me on my order, and she just smiled and went along with it until I figured out she was on top of it without being rude or even giving a sideways look. Im tired and hungry from moving, abd she even offered some nice sentiments for my move. Is this Panda Express or a sit down, right? Great Service. You get what you get with this location and often it is far less than you pay for! WARNING!!! Make sure you don't leave the drive up window until you have check your entire order. Not the first time they have missed bagging up one of my orders. Called the store manager to tell him that I had gotten 10 mins home without my complete order and I wanted a credit back for my meal that I was now going to drive 10 mins out and 10 mins back to get. Once I arrived at the store, my meal had been waiting for me for probably since I was there 30 mins prior. When I asked the manager to credit me back for my inconvenience, his response was that he gave me spring rolls for that. I wasn't satisfied and asked him to credit my card to which he responded with being unable to do that but that he would "write my name down for a credit the next time I came in". I responded with asking that he give me a gift card for it if he couldn't credit my account to which he said he couldn't do that either.
