Not sure if it's because we were walking around the casino quite a bit or if this just had a nice, fresh batch when we went. We stopped here after going around Morongo Casino on our last day from our Palm Desert trip. We were looking for something quick but weren't feeling burgers at the time (since in n out is next door). This was super convenient, workers were nice, food was amazing. Great quality and Panda Express is always a great pick me up. Loved that the Honey Sesame Chicken was back as well! Would definitely come back if we're ever in Morongo again. IG: @ammysalamii

Great Panda Express location. I was craving some orange flavored chicken so I hit up this spot. It is well run, staff were friendly, everything was clean, great location, food was good and line moved fast.

The food just took a lot longer than expected I think over 25 minutes. Everything was good though nothing was special, except for the dessert. The Thai tea creme brulee was genius and is definitely a must try 10/10. Beef pho: 8/10 solid nothing that special and is a big portion. Shrimp dumplings: 7.5/10 just simple. Crispy fish: 8/10 needed a better sauce to pair with it. Thai tea creme brulee: 10/10. Perfect.

On top of that, the sauce was way too salty. The dish ended up terrible. I also had crab fried rice. It was virtually flavorless and used flake meat from the crab body. Yes, the flavorless cheap parts from the crab's body cavity. Again, this was a disappointment. The server and hostess were both really nice. No complaints there. Both were the best part of my dining experience. The restaurant is nice and clean. The seats are somewhat uncomfortable, but look nice with the rest of the decor. I sat at a table in the dining room and not out front on the higher stool seats. I may or may not try mozen again. If I do, I will stay away from the drunken noodles and crab fried rice.

The food male server behind the hot fast food counter was so busy chatting with a young lady customer ahead of me while attending to her orders, he was all smiles and very jolly making conversations with her who seems a friend of his .... When finally he finished her transaction and it was my turn, his facial expression changed drastically, his smile was replaced by a very stern face and impolitey impatiently asking me what I wanted to order . After paying him for my orders , I found a seat and from where I was seated I have been observing him how he was taking and serving orders to other customers.... It was the same as he was with me ! Food was ok but not something I will order again! The steamed bbq bun had very little filling ; The pork dumplings were tasty; The pork siomai was slightly dry . It is a very cute restaurant! When we got in it took just a little bit for us to get our orders in and for the food to arrive *BUT* you could tell it was because everything that everyone ordered was being made fresh right then and there. This is my first time posting a review, but I felt like more people need to know about this place because of how great the food was. Me and my friend each got an order of the sizzling sisig, and then split garlic rice and sinigang wings. I would go back for any of those in a heartbeat, and plan on doing so soon!

This is not fast food, fast casual, or some slapdash affair. Everything I've had was made with care, precision, and finesse. I'm over joyed to trade any concessions of speed for the flavors, textures, and balances I've enjoyed again and again. The staff has always been divinely friendly and I love seeing a family owned spot where they make site top take care of themselves and take time off. But the food and drinks are beyond compare. I understand why so many items sell out each day; this is a place that rewards early eaters. But every time I've gone, almost without exception each dish and drink was obscenely delicious.

The flavor was good and I enjoyed them, but unfortunately they were missing one of my favorite parts of xiao long bao. The soup. There was very little to no broth inside. The braised beef noodle soup was easily my favorite dish. The broth was flavorful, the beef was tender, and it came out at the perfect temperature. My only complaint was the noodles themselves. They were pretty tangled and clumped together, almost like they had been sitting refrigerated before being added to the broth. Once separated, though, I really enjoyed the dish. We also ordered the sliced beef with hot peppers. The beef had good flavor, but I thought the sauce was a little too dry for my preference. And when they say hot peppers, they mean it, there were A LOT of jalapeños. There was also a small wait between receiving the noodle soup and the rest of our entrées, so the timing could have been a little better. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, plenty of space, and is conveniently located near Downtown Redlands. Overall, I'm glad to see a place serving good Shanghai style Chinese food in an area where there aren't a ton of options like this. Definitely a place I'd come back to and try more of the menu. 7/10
