Supervisor Derek is NOT a leader nor is he a good example for his staff! This was the worst treatment I've ever received at a public business. The food was good, but after my 2 friends & I went in to order something at approximately 8:30 pm (Dining room closes at 10:00 pm) we were told by the cashier that we couldn't eat inside the dining room area. So we went to the outside dining area to eat our meals. Shortly after, an employee came outside and told us that his supervisor said we couldn't sit there either because allegedly they were going to spray the outside dining area with chemicals. It seemed like the employee didn't want to say this and he was reluctantly saying it against his will. I can't even remember after this point how the situation escalated, but Derek the supervisor came out and aggressively told us this is the number for corporate offices and his name was Derek. That should've been it, but we weren't bothering anyone by sitting outside to eat our food except Derek. My friend was talking to us and Derek butted in and began to verbally harass us and my friend reacted by treating him the way he was treating us I stepped between them both and said ok break it up. Then Derek told me to get out of his face and I said I was trying to stop the situation and I didn't want any problems. As I was saying this to him he began chanting please leave please go please leave and wouldn't even listen to what I was saying. I said to him that he was acting unprofessional and he said I am professional this is my store and for us to go. I understand that sometimes people have long days but Derek went out of his way to make our experience bad at his store when he should've just smiled and said thank you for your business. After that happened my stomach was upset and now I feel like I paid $14 for a bad experience and an upset stomach. read more

Let's be real...this ain't real Chinese food but it's enough to quiet the cravings for Asian. We came here with my parents who commented that this Panda is much better than the one at the Santa Anita Mall food court. What impressed me most about this location is the exceptional service that we were given by Daliyah. Located right next to the Morongo Hotel and Casino and about 8 minutes away from the Outlet Mall. You can also visit the Cabazon Dinosaurs after eating which is 3 minutes away. The restaurant is clean. The bathrooms were clean also and the staff were courteous and pleasant. I ordered walnut shrimp, grilled chicken and fried rice. The wife ordered orange chicken. The fried rice was a little crunchy and tasted like it was from an old rice and was cooked with a burnt cooking oil. The grilled chicken was also burnt (see attached pic). The walnut shrimp is not bad. The orange chicken tasted more like vinegar. It was really sour. The Manager or whoever was in-charge should tell his/her cooks to NOT serve any burnt food. If they burn anything, they should just throw it away and cook another one. That's probably the reason why there was not many customers that day (today Dec 2, 2018). read more

This review is for Derek 'The Manager' on duty last night I hope you get to see this (I was the quiet one trying to eat my dinner in peace while all that craziness was happening )The unfortunate incident that happened last night at 'your place' could've been easily avoided if you the manager had used some management skills/people skills to handle and diffuse the situation instead you chose to escalate it by first having one of your employees eavesdrop on us and reporting to you our private conversations and secondly by you approaching us in a very aggressive manner and in a threatening tone demanding 'which one of you called me a B? Huh? Which one of you now?' Needless to say things went south from there very quickly It was shocking to say the least. I was thinking maybe lack of training and discipline but no, you sir have a bad attitude problem and an ego to match, attributes that have no place in the customer service industry. I worked in customer service for forty plus years and this is one of the worst I've ever encountered! June 9, 2018 This is by far the best Panda I ever been to....I have been to maybe 30 other states and cities. The location at Spring & Lis Coyotes next to Pavilion is the WORST one ever. So first time coming to this location and everything was outstanding perfectly cooked. I am so use to the 2 tablespoon of food of the main dish...their Owner said that was the norm which is not true. So I ordered the benji beef & fried rice only....wow.....wow! My food was extremely hot, fresh and believe this it was so much beef I did finish it. The fried rice actually had peas, carrots and wait for it. .....egg. never seen egg their rice I will make it a must stop every time we go to the Casino. Not Once but twice and that is why I decided to take the time and write about it. Order#425792 11/25 5:50pm check the video of how he hands food and hot sauce when I asked for more. The first time he was in the restaurant and asked me to wait 5 min for teriyaki chicken. It took 30 and when I complained about it he stopped working to check time and prove me wrong. We were greeted by very friendly counter persons and treated to an eye and nose pleasing array of freshly cooked beautiful entrees and sides. Our meal was equally impressive to the tastebuds.
