If I could give 0 I would. They completely forgot my Mongolian chicken AND string bean chicken. When I contacted they refused to refund even part of my order. Bad service.

I ALMOST want to give them a 5-star simply because of their menu offering, their ingenuity, their uniqueness & AVAILABILITY OF SPECIALTY DRINKS!!! OMG this is NOT typical of Panda Express restaurants - and I have come close to being a panda specialist because my husband grew up frequenting them and because of my love of chinese food & lack of great chinese available in some non-metro areas we have had to live in, I'd succumbed to high patronization of Panda Express - I have yet to see this menu category in any other Panda Express. Anyway, I think they may also have a drive-thru (don't quote me), which is a plus in cold-weather locations. I also liked the edifice itself; contemporary, sleek, modern, clean, more so than other locations I've seen. I'd actually love to go back. There are MANY great food places to visit in Chicago! And if I find myself visiting the City soon, I think I'd make a quick pit stop here. If you're looking for something different & special at a Panda Express OR you are just thirsty or in need of caffeine, swing by this Panda. You won't be sorry.

I was pleasantly surprised when I found out that Panda Express has vegan options. Ever since I found out it's been one of my go to restaurants when I need something quick. I usually get the chow mein, veggie spring rolls, and vegetables. I cannot wait until the Beyond Orange chicken is available nationwide. More options would be amazing! This location is great. They are always so friendly, fresh food. and let me tell you they are always consistent! It's the same portion every time which is great. Because when I go to a restaurant chain I really want consistency.

Really great experience - fast, clear an coupon accepted. Maybe, the parking is too short, but use the Target parking lot instead.

Smallest portion of orange chicken and found this onion in my Chow mein

This place did me dirty. I got the smallest portion of orange chicken. And found this onion in my Chow mein

I haven't been to a Panda Express in at least 10 years . My daughter and I were starving and bought they'd have some decent vegetarian options. This place is updated , super clean and us a friendly staff . I asked about vegetarian items and was Told there is nothing labeled as vegetarian on the menu but he could let me know the items that we could get . Our meal was hot , fresh and yummy ... fast food but sooo good .

It's amazing to me that they're using styrofoam takeout containers! Food is okay, fast food level. If you want something fast and straightforward and aren't too interested in flavor, this is the place. Food is mass produced and sits under heating lamps until ordered.

We all know Panda Express. Either you love it or you hate it. Me? I have a horrible affliction for it and find the orange chicken and sesame chicken way tasty. That being said, I'd usually give any ol' run of the mill Panda a solid four star rating. But this Panda? It's a little more special. This location is fairly new and as such everything is still shiny, super clean and looking modern. Employees are really friendly and they have every food option a Panda could possibly have. I've been to some that are missing this option or that option. All that is good and great but what makes this location a little more special? The Tea Bar! I've never seen a Panda Express with a tea bar before. Pretty darn cool that you can get bubble tea in there, smoothies, lemonades...a variety of fun non-alcoholic drinks. Absolutely love that idea! Only bad thing - the weird tiny parking lot on the side. I always dread going into it and would suggest others just park in the main Target parking lot.

Got the teriyaki chicken , shrimp ,and subbed my rice for veggies .

Very Busy location so food is usually freshly prepared , typical Panda Express food , Service can be a bit slower.

We ordered like the PERFECT amount of food and best variety. Roast duck: I honestly don't know if I've ever had duck before, but I'm a duck believer now. The skin on theirs was the perfect crispy shatter texture and the duck was sooooo juicy! I don't know why I was always so worried about it being gamey. They give you fluffy steamed bao buns, a sauce, and scallions on the side as well as duck fried rice! Turnip cake: Obviously a must any time I come to dim sum. I've never seen turnip in any other form than this. Japanese salt & pepper tofu: My FAVORITE dish ever. Any fried salt & pepper tofu always makes me happy. They use a creamy egg-like tofu and the outside is lightly crispy with amazing aromatics stir fried in. Steamed white rice on the side is perfect with this. Loved everything else my dinner buds picked and we were super full by the end! Service was good and food came out fast and scorching hot! ***Parking in the area is treacherous (not the restaurants fault, but reconsider driving if possible bc cell signal can be zero to none around the garages if you get lucky) ***Their website allows you to request a reservation as long as it's 3 hours before your desired time. We came on a Saturday evening around dinner time and there was plenty of room for us to get a table immediately as walk-ins!

Please be advised, they do not take Apple Pay!…read more Both the egg yolk buns and shrimp friend rice were delicious! I went on Sunday afternoon and there were few parties dining in, so we were able to sit and get our food quickly.

Potstickers: Nice thin skins, good crunchy pan fry on the bottom, slightly underseasoned filling. Sautéed bok choy: Crispy and light with a hint of garlic, easy and healthy. Biang Biang noodles: Interesting mix of strong flavors, which weren't quite my favorite. I found it to be a touch too salty, and I was surprised by the tomato. Trialing the thin noodles was probably the wrong move; the thick hand pulled ones would've stood up to the savorineas much better. Large portion. Beef noodle soup: The thick hand pulled noodles were homey and delicious, just the right texture with some alternating thin and thick chewiness that reminded me of home. The beef noodle soup was quite light without any real beef flavor, though comforting nonetheless. Some pieces of beef were chewier and not completely cooked through while others were tender and melt in your mouth. I'd return when in the mood for a bowl of thick hand pulled noodles and maybe some healthy sauteed vegetables.
