The orange chicken pieces did not look appetizing . It was missing sauce in places and looked dry

Tuesday closing team killed it. We came in 30 mins to closing looking for a late night dinner. Emily and the rest of the staff were efficient and friendly, the food was great as always. They always make sure to keep things fresh and refilled. Thank you Panda squad!

Service was actually amazing but food was darn inedible I had clunks of burnt rice scraping my mouth and I thought oh maybe just a few bad rice areas then I pick this up and threw the tray away ! Won't ever eat here again , I feel sorry for the worker who are taking orders their energy is great cooks just don't care I assume

Very bad service, it really matters who you are and when you go there. The manager Alex handled my order, asking me to move along and he would "have the order ready," skimming the portion of the entree. I've been there many times and never had an issue but probably choosing Panda Express was not a good idea an hour before closing. The associate that "helped" me out at the next section didn't even acknowledge my presence even though I was sent there early because of Alex. He just grabbed the bag of food and indicated he would help me at the second register when I was planning on getting egg rolls from his section. After realizing I was still purchasing, the young man grabbed my wanted egg rolls but forgot to add the sauce in the bag. I get home, hungry and craving this meal only to open the container and see 7 pieces of shrimp. I calculated meaning I was paying at least $1 per shrimp snd that's after generously deducting the price of the egg rolls and rice. Once again, I was a regular customer here but I doubt I will step into that store again.

I've been coming here for a while and I have to say the service is quick and the staff is very friendly. The food is very good and hits the spot when you're starving will definitely be coming back.

I came here for lunch today and decided to get a bigger bowl. I gotta say they cooked the broccoli and orange chicken very well it wasn't to crunchy. Also the veggie and nonveggie roll were bomb as heck. They have great customer service. All in all this is why I gave them five stars.

This is not what I ordered at all.

I ordered a delivery last night and to my surprise I ended up not getting what I ordered and was not able to eat dinner. So instead of sending me dinner last night, the store gives me a credit for some other night so last night I had to go hungry because I can't eat the stuff. It's been almost $30 to have it delivered for the wrong stuff. Shame on them.

Places an order through uber eats. I was happy to find my straw in the bag BUT No Soy sauce, no utensils, no napkins How am I supposed to eat?

It was a but busy when we got there but luckily we got seared pretty shortly after arrival. We originally wanted to sit at the bar, but opted for a table for less wait time. When first looking at the menu we were shocked by the prices. I knew immediately i wanted to get the hui tou potstikers with pork and noodles. We ended up adding on the hongkong style wontons too. To my suprise the wontons arrived in a delicious and warm broth, keeping them perfectly moist and plump. The broth was so delicious even on a hot day, tasting faintly of sesame and scallion. Despite both dishes being pork they were so different and equally amazing in flavor. The pan fried potstikers which were CRISPED TO PERFECTION especially reminded me of black bean shortribs that you get from dimsum, fatty but hearty and had me wanting more and more each bite. The minced pork noodles were to no suprise, so good. Noodles tasted fresh, the sauce was umami with mushrooms and pork. While im not the biggest fan of mushrooms, i still ate it up. I feel it would be so good with some picked cabbage too to complement the saltiness. Most notable thing... THAT CHILI OIL. We probably used almost half the jar left at the table. It wasnt spicy at all, but it had this flavor that i genuinely have never tasted before. The texture of the chilli and sesame and the nutty flavor had me in awe. Enough to take two jars home... i would do it again. Servers were so quick, made sure everything we needed was at the table. Regardless of the crowd we were met with promptness and generosity. This that wonton place your girl tells you not to worry about forreal. Will be coming back despite the long drive from home.

Anything you can eat you any night you don't have to cook is usually a great night out. This evening was no exception. Our waitress was kind and accommodating. Positive energy, drinks filled and smile that felt genuine. The ambiance of the restaurant was bar like, but with adequate seating for dining in. Everything was prepared wonderfully and had tremendous flavor. I recommend trying their Hui Tou, stuffed with pork or beef, pork and leek pancakes, they also have vegetarian options. Their pork shumai was delicious, xiao long bao's soup dumplings were flavorful. Delicious. I definitely need a second trip here to try their soups and more of their variety of dumplings.

I saw on here that someone said that the inside of the restaurant gave old school gyro spot vibes and I couldn't agree more lol. My favorite was actually the garlic bokchoy. The sauce paired perfectly with white rice . Soup was very warming and wontons were also super soupy and flavorful. We waited for our check for a minute but I think you have to pay at the front. We loved the beef noodle soup with its very healthy portion and perfect balance of flavor without being overly salty. They also give a very good amount of sliced beef. It was thoroughly marinated and extremely tender. The green onion pancake was thin and crispy, fried to perfection without it being too oily. The juicy pork dumplings as well as the spicy wontons were also a fan favorite amongst the entire family. While the dumpling skins were a bit thicker than I would have preferred, it was very meaty and the sauces were tasty. This is a perfect spot for a quick bite to eat right before (or after) watching a performance at the Pantages Theatre. Will definitely be back!

We sent the shrimp back and it returned fully cooked and crisp. The menu is quite large so it took me a while to decide on what I wanted to have. Like, one time I was watching Project Runway, a season finale episode, where the designers make their own creations, and do not have to make their ensembles from shredded newspaper or bird seeds or pinata remnants. And after a so-and-so of the fashion industry said, "I wanted to go and rip that jacket off the model." This other time, I saw a poster for a coming musical and it said, "stop everything you are doing, and go this musical now" says this important person in the theathre world. What am I am trying to say is that the comment I wanted to do this immediately or drop everything and do this immediately is so overwrought and widely used that it lost all meaning. Kind of like calling this place an institution. So I will call this place what I should to not be drown in my own trite. One time I went to this place and I went cause I was invited to a birthday party. And it was a large group of people. Me and a friend debated if Penny, from the Big Bang, had eaten at this place. She was also in Charmed--- it is a household name, I can't remember it. So this place is famous enough to be a go to move, and it has many pictures of celebrities that have gone there. The food is also super good, so this place, like I said is an insititution. When I went there a second time, I was more aware of the place I was visiting and kind of was ready to receive its Chinese fare with an unhinged jaw. I was dining with a friend, the same friend that I had the is that Penny from Big Bang debate? It was not. She eventually one. But like she and I ate here again, without knowing we were going to the same place. I would say its a small world but.... She and I ate with gusto. It does not take a lot to know that the speciality of the house is their slippery shrimp. They also have slippery chicken and slippery tofu. Super good, sweet, sour but it was not sweet and sour sauce shrimp, it had differences. I am not sure what. There were some heat notes but not like terrible heat. So I am not exactly sure what this place does to make their slippery sauce but let us just that it was delicious and different than other Chinese food sauces. Ronnie and I had the works. Rice, Beef with Brocoli, Pan fried dumplings, and dumpings. It was the type of Chinese food that was so good a coke was needed to balance the decadent saltiness of the fare. Yeah, that might not make sense but I wrote what I wrote. We had eniugh food to share between the two of us. It was that type of meal, where leftovers were welcomed and made sense. They were not left over, they were left untouched because it would be a shame to not enjoy them later. The service was great. The place felt traditional, and like it took you to an alley in China to eat a grandmother's food who knows how to use a Wok and pinch dumplings so they stay close for good. I saw this bad review that skewered this place. And I am like wow! How can we be so different. Not like Ying and Yang Different, more like flutter and flatten. The decor of the restaurant is stunning and the ambiance is 1 of 2 things saving me from leaving a plain 1 star review. Paid parking is available in the back lot (free for 1 hr!) but you'll need the Metropolis app / account. Upon arriving and being greeted and told to seat wherever we'd like, we were then fully ignored by our waitress until almost 40 minutes into our visit. Genuinely, I have never had an experience like this and we were in shock. Around 8 minutes after being seated, a very kind bartender who could see our waitress visibly ignoring us came by to drop off menus. 10 minutes after that, he then took our order. Another 10 minutes later, he dropped off our food. ANOTHER 10 minutes after that, our actual waitress came by to ask how everything was after we had already seen her look at our table and walk right on by multiple times. To be clear, she was also treating other tables like this and the bartender had to help those tables out as well. Maybe ~8 minutes later, she came by and asked if we wanted the check to which we had to tell her that we had just ordered dessert (with our aforementioned bartender) to which she replied back that she didn't know we did that (which,,, why would she,,, she had been ignoring us almost our entire time in the restaurant??) After all this mess, she is the only who was listed as our server on the bill and the tip we left went toward her as opposed to the bartender who was the one actually helping us out. Price wise, if you do want to come visit, come during happy hour or lunch specials time. We came during lunch special time by accident and were able to absolutely be full with just ordering from there. We opted for orange chicken (different than at other places but fine) + walnut shrimp (enjoyed) + chow mein (don't recommend) + vegan egg rolls (recommend!). We got the apple cinnamon wontons for dessert and I wish we had known this dish was predominantly ice cream prior to ordering (miss). Overall, I'm saddened by my experience here and while I was initially hoping to come back to this spot, I left feeling very uncertain of it.
