    I love this location on La Cienega because they get it right each time. The food always tastes fresh and it does not make my stomach hurt. Other location just do not take pride in how they cook the food. Thank you Panda Express La Cienega and Centinela as you prepare the food the right way.

    Shout out to the staff at this location! They are getting people in and out quickly despite the insane rush off La Cienega. Doesn't matter whether it's rush dinner or weekend lunch time, food is fresh and tasty. DODGERSWIN is a deal every time.

    I made a simple online order (one plate with super greens, orange chicken and teriyaki chicken) for pickup during the middle of the lunchtime rush. I also added a special request note to the order to "make with love". Pickup was very easy. I walked in, gave the cashier my order number, and it was there ready to go. I spent maybe 45 seconds in the building. I spent more time finding parking than I did inside the restaurant. I opened the bag when I arrived home and they literally drew a heart on the box. They definitely could have disregarded the note. I still would have paid for it, took it home and ate it. But now I'm eating it with a smile on my face. Have you ever experienced an act of kindness where someone goes out of their way just because they can, and because they did it warms your heart? This is that sort of experience. Thank you to store #1488! About the food: It was great. Not because of the taste. I've had it a hundred times, and you know what to expect when you go to Panda. But this time was great because the food was hot. Not just slightly warm because it's been under a lamp. I actually had to let it cool down for a minute. Loved that. About the restaurant: This is one of the cleanest locations I've been to, which is probably why this is my preferred store even though it's not the closest.

    It's fresh, I always come home and warm it up more in the airfryer to make the chicken crispier. Everything is pretty good, I just wonder why the chow mein is so hard nowadays- it's not being cooked all the way.

    Food ok. There was only 1 customer in the store. The workers NEVER attended to us. When they did, it was like talking to a robot. No empathy. No friendliness. Ambiance was fair. Never will return to this location.

    Fast, hot, and polite. This experience was the best I've ever had at Panda and I used to work for the company at the Long Beach locations lol. Ashley was such a great help to us and she was so friendly! The whole team was so kind and helped us so fast. The food came out perfectly hot, special shout out to Cesar for helping fix the register. Seriously a great and kind team there tonight and we're more than happy.

    They doing what they can during the pandemic. Slow on orders, but decent customer service. Just not a great place to order at in the rain

This wasn't a one-time thing either -- I've experienced this multiple times, and it's gotten to the point where I don't even feel comfortable ordering here anymore. No customer should feel scared or disrespected when simply trying to get food. Management seriously needs to address this. Customer service should never feel like this.

I let him know I only want cheese & ketchup. I pull up, again this guy is rushing me. He tells me my total & I pay. Immediately after I ask, "this huge drink comes with a kids meal?" He says no, you ordered such & such. Uhhhh, no this meal is for my kid in the backseat. His manager comes over and offers me a cash refund for the difference, I'm guessing. There was no receipt, no apology & no heads up that our drink wouldn't have ice. WTH! I need to speak to Dave! He's actually currently rolling in his grave. RIP Dave, and RIP to us ever patronizing THIS Wendy's.

I ordered 3 sausage croissant breakfast sandwiches for my family because we were in a rush and hungry. The first thing I noticed was the bread felt stiff and old, but when I looked closer at mine, there was an actual blue/green spot on the croissant bun that looked like mold. I immediately lost my appetite. I even took pictures because I already knew this was going to turn into one of those "that's not what you saw" situations. Instead of just throwing it away, I drove all the way back because if they were serving me bread like this, who knows how many other people got the same thing that morning. I asked for a manager. The woman at the counter (no name tag, no introduction, nothing) first tried handing me ketchup because she wasn't even listening to what I was saying. Then when I showed her the sandwich, she immediately ripped the spot off the bread and said, "Oh, that's just a burnt piece," and literally tried to hand the sandwich back to me like I was still supposed to eat it. That response alone was INSANE to me! I told her I was not comfortable eating that. Instead of apologizing or taking the concern seriously, she immediately got defensive and asked, "What do you want?" with a bad attitude, like I was inconveniencing HER for bringing back potentially moldy food. Mind you, one family member had already eaten theirs quickly because they were hungry, and another had eaten half before we noticed the bread looked old. At that point I asked for two replacements because I genuinely did not trust the food anymore. She acted like I was trying to scam free sandwiches instead of addressing a legitimate food safety concern. Nobody drives back to Jack in the Box to "finesse" sausage croissants. The craziest part is the attempt to remove the moldy spot and pretend the issue just, disappeared! That's not how food safety works. If a customer says something looks moldy, you don't peel it off and hand it back. You replace the food, apologize, and check the rest of the batch. This is my second bad experience at this location. The first was poor service. This time it was a possible health issue combined with rude customer service and zero accountability. I'm posting the photos so people can decide for themselves whether that looked "burnt" or not. Either way, the bread was stale, old, and handled horribly by staff. If you care about freshness, customer service, or basic food safety, I would avoid this location. Do NOT come here and the only safe thing about this place is that I'm never coming back here again.

They had great communication and let me know when they were close so I met them outside and it was very easy to find their car in a long line of traffic coming into our campus since it is painted with their branding. Everything was delivered early! They were also thoughtful and brought napkins and a rainbow of their sauces not just the two that I chose online. While driving, everything was kept in the thermal bag, so the sandwiches were still really hot when I received them. And then they transferred everything into reusable bags for me to carry it into my event. I would definitely order through them again for other events.
