Firstly I'd like to say I normally love this place. BUT today is my birthday, I came to get my order, my egg roll was so hard I couldn't eat it and my entree i ordered which isn't spicy, WAS spicy when I took a bite. I went and asked to exchange my eggroll and my food for something different and instead of apologizing neither the manager or the other employee apologized. They instead argued with me and told me that the food was fine that my food wasn't spicy. Instead of "I apologize what can I get you instead" which is what every other restaurant would have done! We stopped on Saturday, 12/21. I ordered a chicken and a beef plate. The chicken was overcooked and the beef was so dry it was inedible. I threw it away. The guy behind the counter could not be understood because he was wearing not one but TWO face masks. His voice was muffled and I called his attention to it and he just looked at me. The person I was with is hard of hearing and couldn't understand a word he said. I'm wondering if he drives alone like that in his car. I got teriyaki chicken and the chicken looked raw on some pieces. I understand it could be dark meat but this is absolutely horrific. Once they opened the doors several people just stood waiting to order and nobody said anything to us. We just stood there for like ten minutes. I have had nothing but issues with this store since March 2020. Today I placed an order and honestly arrived early to pick it up and it wasn't ready. They said they had not received the order thru their system and asked me to pull around front so they could talk with the manager. They came out to my car and said they could not fill the order, that for all they knew I made up my receipt from my computer! How insulting! They could have asked me to wait a few minutes to see if the order comes thru and I would have gladly done that. But since they accused me of lying to get food, I told them I would never use their store again. And guess what? On my way back to my office, then called me twice on my cell to tell me the order had come thru. I told them to cancel it! Service is always prompt, polite and friendly. The food is always hot and fresh plus they serve large portions that have not been allowed to sit around and mellow out. We came in an hour before they closed and they told us they were going to have to use to go boxes to dine in. I don't understand that. Food isn't bad. Got the honey walnut shrimp and it is great in my opinion. The fried rice is okay, but with a little soy sauce added it makes it much better. However, went the drive thru and when I paid I was told to pull forward to a parking spot and I'd get my food. I waited 10 minutes and nothing came out so I went inside and it was just sitting on a tray along with 4 other people's food that pulled forward. I recommend going inside because taking the time to park, walk inside, order, then get your food, then walk back outside to your car is quicker than going to the drive thru. read more

The food is good, usually pretty fresh and service is always friendly and quick. The ratio of entree to side is not consistent compared to other Panda's I've been at. The entree is the higher cost for the buyer, however they give you a small portion and load up your bowl or plate with the side. I'd say 10% entrée, 90% side. Tried going in to dine and found the same thing - didn't fill the bowl all the way (8 pieces of chicken), and when I asked for a little more I was told it would cost extra.
