Stop changing the recipes go back to the way they were now they're terrible had honey walnut shrimp three little walnuts no sweetness to it at all, chow mein. To be honest when you're hungry and tired after a long day of work, this is an affordable option as far as a fast & yummy meal. Having said that, I will say some of the staff were very disappointing.... Not giving proper portions, and not listening to me, and other customers. I know it is a stressful work environment, but I think that they should really be more mindful as to how they treat their customers. Panda has good food. BUT this is my last straw. I rarely come because something silly happens making me not want to go back. But I try again thinking they were just having a bad day but nope. 1. Wait times are ridiculous in the drive thru. I've been stuck 2x for over an hour waiting 2. Always out of something // item you want needs to be made requiring more waiting 3. They ALWAYS forget the side of teriyaki even after reminding them. Don't drive off before checking your order I guess 4. They skimp you on the sides, including the items that cost 1.25 extra. Me: When did that happen? Panda: beginning of December. Welp, it's the beginning of January. Plenty of time to update your menu board. Panda: We're out of Chow Main. Should be a sign on the board. Me: Well, there is a sign but it's too far away to read in the dark. Me: Ok, can I have some Spring Rolls? Panda: Sorry we just ran out. Omg!!! I'm done with them. How hard is it to order and keep the more popular items cooked at dinner time? I'm not in the food industry but I would think that would be one of the unspoken rules. This location is so mis-managed. I think that I agree with another reviewer that most people only write a Yelp! review of Panda Express if they have had a negative experience. The 30+ minutes wait to order tells me that a lot of people like Panda Express's food. We ordered a Family Meal: Fried Rice, Chow Mein, The Original Orange Chicken, Honey Sesame Chicken Breast, and Beijing Beef. We wanted some Honey Walnut Shrimp; but, we were told that it would require a 15 minute wait. We passed on that menu item. This was the first time I have tried Honey Sesame Chicken Breast and Beijing Beef. Honey Sesame Chicken Breast was nicely sweet but not too sweet. Beijing Beef was slightly more spicy than The Original Orange Chicken. Another upside is the leftovers. We will be exploring other Chinese restaurants in the Redmond area; but, for now, Panda Express is a comfortable option. read more

I do love Panda Express, but AVOID this location. There are clear and profound management problems. Wait times are really, really bad. The dining room is generally closed. Drive through is ridiculously slow and you can get stuck there. They never have their most basic items available. Online ordering doesn't work. Trust me, you're better off getting anything else than coming here. I love Orange Chicken, too...but save your day and mood and move on. If you reallly want Panda, you really drive the 25 minutes south to the Bend location or just move on...corporate needs to step in here Bigtime or just close it and save customers from this experience. read more

they were pretty rude and even condescending towards me and I think it was pretty unwarranted. I place an order last night telling me it would be ready around 9:15 and it was ready at 9:05 no big deal at all so I head down there and their lobby is closed resulting in a drive thru line that leads out of their parking lot. I can understand being short staffed at fast food I used to work in the industry, so I called twice to see if I could skip waiting in line since my food was ready and I didn't want it to get cold from being in the line forever but no one answered so I waited in line. I didn't get up to the window until 9:45 meaning my food had been sitting there for 40 minutes so I asked them to remake it because it's not my fault their lobby was closed or that no one answered so I could skip the line, and they began getting pretty rude to me it was a female worker. she said they couldn't remake because the tickets already came out and that it's no possible to reprint them. ive worked at fast food so I know you can reprint a ticket, or even take that same ticket and jus slap it onto the remade food so I said and I quote "okay well that's a little ridiculous and unfair my food has been there for 40 minutes I just want it remade" they were treating me like what I asked for was unreasonable and I really think it isn't? I wasn't rude or anything jus simply asked for new food and at this time a male worker started talking to me and he kept reiterating that they were short staffed I don't know how many times I had to say I get it I jus want new food and at this point they told me to call the store so I could talk to the manager and I call because I genuinely wanted to hear what bs they had for why they can't remake some food and he cut me off as soon as started talking and said we're remaking it and hung up. I get up the window and it's the original female worker who was talking to me over the order here thing and she's kinda aggressively pushes the food towards me and goes "nice and fresh!" n shuts the window. never once was I rude or even hinted at being annoyed for waiting so long (because I get being short staffed at work) I only asked for them to remake my food and it was a very unpleasant experience they weren't friendly at all and gave me a very hard time. the whole ordeal would've been much faster if they jus remade it in the first place since that was end result anyway, or at least they told me they remade it. read more

After about the 10th time of this happening, I'm leaving a review. I always order via doordash and have to frantically try to get a hold of my dasher to make sure I get a fork and straw. Sometimes they see the message and sometimes they don't. But bottom line, Panda should be including these items! So sick of throwing food away because I don't have a way to eat it. If you come here, expect the inside to be closed, the drive thru to be long, and "that'll be a 15 minute wait" for anything except orange chicken and rice. Ordered a bigger plate, got a normal plate with a small side of three pieces of orange chicken. Then on my bowl, I received only 4 pieces of small orange chicken. Disappointed every time I go there. My 5 year old loves Panda so I'll take him there occasionally and every time we go, the staff is rude, the food is lukewarm, they forget to give us our fortune cookies nearly EVERY SINGLE TIME. The lemon aid is watered down and when I asked for soy sauce the guy at the window got irritated and practically threw it in my car window and said "there ya go". I love to make my son happy, but I leave in a terrible mood every time we stop there. I would advise you not to waste your time... or your money. read more

This particular location continues to make the same mistakes over and over for years. It's got to be a management and training issue. They have a 90% failure rate at remembering to add teriyaki sauce for the teriyaki chicken so you will just have plain cut of chicken when you get home as your main entree. Even after you've asked and double checked again as they hand you the bag, they will say "yes" and you'll check the bag annnnd no. Nope. It's not there. Same with any dipping sauces such as the sauce that goes with the Rangoons. Less frequently food will be wrong or there a missing plate/bowl entirely. Basically, If you're in the drive through don't drive away UNTIL you've checked your order thoroughly. Most likely something IS wrong. I went inside to order today to avoid mistakes and still the same thing happened. It gets 2 stars because panda food is predictably good and this location is no exception for that if your lucky enough to actually get your whole order correctly. read more

We pulled through the drive through at 9:10 and we're told they were closed and not serving anymore. Panda Express must be another one of those places people only think to review if they've had a bad experience, because this place was not bad. It was clean and service was exactly what you'd hope for. I'm sure more people come in and have a good experience than those who don't. I like the food from Panda Express and I always have. I know what to expect and what I am gonna get and this location did not disappoint. If it's your first time, you may not like it, but if you've had Panda Express before and enjoyed the food, then you more than likely will enjoy the food from here as well. I was kindly greeted as I walked in and helped instantly. They were well stocked with food so I didn't have much of a wait time (though it's not a problem when that happens since, naturally, sometimes that's gonna happen!) and food was exactly as expected. I enjoyed my simple meal of orange chicken and chow mein and went on my way. I've also been here once through the drive thru to grab a side of chow mein, and that was fine as well. Ordered a pickup order for my girlfriend and got a notification saying it was ready for pickup inside 3 mins later. Pulled up to the restaurant and had to park outside of the parking lot because the drive thru line wrapped around the building. No problem, but when I got to the door to pickup my order inside, as the app instructed, the door was locked. I made eye contact with multiple employees who proceeded to look away. I was standing there hoping to be handed my pickup order. When I finally maintained eye contact with one of the workers, she proceeded to point to the drive thru line and spin her finger, implying I need to go wait in line, while I was holding up the pickup order confirmation on my phone. Keep in mind, I could see my order sitting on the shelf ready to go. Considering I had already paid for the order, I needed to get in the line to pick it up. 15-20 mins later, I got to the window, where the employee who told me to go to the drive thru waited. She handed me the food and, before I could ask for chilli sauce, she closed the window on me. Keep in mind, I sat through all of this, only to get a very small portion of cold food. I ordered a plate and received less than a bowl portion size. It was mostly liquid, which proceeded to leak out into my car's interior on the way home, because of how it was positioned in the paper bag. Panda is good, but this one isn't. Definitely an over-promise, under-deliver situation. It turned a good day into a bad day. This would've been avoided by not advertising pickup inside as an option. read more

The first time, they didn't have any of the three items I wanted to order. What a blessing that turned out to be! Tonight, I ordered String Bean Chicken, Chow Mein and Crab Rangoon. The medium string bean chicken had 2 pieces of onion in it (not enough). The chow mein, I literally closed the box and could POUR the grease off it.
