I would recommend to work on efficiency. I was in there today and the woman working the cash register forgot to give me my second entree in my plate, yet I paid for two. I don't care how sidetracked or distracted you are, service is service and if you chose that job be efficient-- your main task was to ensure the customer gets both entrees yet you failed. Ordered a combo meal with mushroom chicken for to go and when I took a piece and tried to cut it in half, it had a rubbery texture and showed the inside of the meat still pinkish and shiny, hence RAW. The cook should've made sure that chicken meat was cooked through because raw poultry can easily get contaminated and can cause illnesses if ingested raw. It seems like the cook is in a hurry to serve the dish as you can see in the photo, besides the raw chicken meat you can notice the sliced zucchini was still sticking together! This store is so extremely stingy with their entrees. Came here a few months ago and yesterday as well. When I first came here I got orange chicken and there was like barely any. Yesterday when I ordered, they first scooped a spoonful of shrimp into my bowl and then they legit just decided to take some back out of my bowl into the entree wok that holds the shrimp. So in the end I was literally only left with 4 or 5 pieces of shrimp for my entire order which I had to pay a whole extra $1.25 for. Legit would've been better if I just drove a bit further to a Chipotle bowl for an even cheaper price and also much larger. I love eating their entrees, but I am so disappointed with how stingy these terrible workers are. Really don't want to come back because of how bad their employees are. Also in their pictures of each meal, the food is packed. This is seriously very misleading advertising. I've started taking school seriously now and I am really pursuing to have a Bachelor's degree. Until then, I'll be slaving away at EVC. The plaza in which this Panda Express stands has a Wells Fargo, Pizza My Heart, CVS, Iguana's, Starbucks, and more... It's pretty useful one if you ask me. Lately, I've been getting a lot of Chinese food, since my classes have been stressing me out! There's another place down the way, Evergreen Panda, much bigger portions and cheaper. But when I'm too lazy to drive over and/or if I'm craving walnut shrimp (yes, I know it's extra), I'd settle for this. In fairness, they got a little more generous on the portions throughout the years, if I'm correct. People love consistency. That is one main successor in a business and Panda does it well. Hubby and I share the bigger plate which includes your choice of a side of chow mein, fried rice or mixed vegetables. Also included are a choice of 3 entrees. We recently had the chow mein, broccoli beef, string bean chicken breast, and mushroom chicken. It was very fresh and tasted great. It's enough food for two people and only costs $10.00! Really disappointed with the the lack of courtesy the staff gave to me, my partner, and his father. They were rude. Took forever to even come take our order when we were the only people in there. What is wrong with this location. Every time I've come it's never been super busy. The lady was trying to rush the poor gentleman in front of us, she was trying to rush him to pick his items yet he really didn't know what he wanted because all he could see was rice or chow mein (there were people waiting for items to be cooked therefore blocking the view to the food.) Now it's our turn to order we tell the lady what we would like and she goes ahead and gets our order together (mind you we are still standing at the back of the line so we can't see anything being put into our trays.) fast forward we are home and are about to eat and my boyfriend and I see that we don't have the teriyaki sauce on our chicken like we asked. Idk if it's just this location or the fact that they don't really listen to you but every time we have come to this location something in our order has been messed up. I'll be honest up front -- I'm not a huge fan of Panda Express. We have many excellent Chinese restaurants in the area, but Panda is good enough when you're in a hurry and just want something you can grab and take home. However, the food and staff at this location are definitely a step below any other Panda I have visited. With the exception of the sides, they always seem just about out of most items. The fried rice is bland and has nothing in it to bind it together. The Broccoli Beef has very little beef and the Beijing Beef has as many peppers as it does beef with some of the beef pieces just being bits of breading. On our most recent visit, the service would best be described as "confused". One person took our order, put our sides into containers, scribbled on the containers and walked away leaving them sit next to the entrees. The next employee just stared at us when he had finished with the customer in front of us, started serving the next customers, then finally noticed our containers on the counter. He ignored the notes made by the first employee and asked for our orders all over again. When we went to pay, the first employee we spoke to was on the register, took our payment, and walked away leaving our order behind the counter. After starting and abandoning someone else's order like he did ours, he came back to the register and looked at us like "why are you still standing there". When we pointed out that we were waiting for the order we had already paid for, he dropped two fortune cookies in the bag and handed it to us (without chopsticks or napkins). At no time did anyone welcome us to the store, apologize for the confusion with the ordering/payment process or thank us for our order. The store seems to be staffed with employees who are just going through the motions and could care less about the customers -- or at least it was on Saturday night. If you're in a hurry and the mood for mediocre Chinese food with bad service, this is the place for you. LAZY, UNPROFESSIONAL, AND IRRESPONSIBLE!! BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! When it comes down to Panda Express, most of us like/love the food. I placed an online catering order and filled out all required contact information (it's required before checking out), requested delivery and also paid $10+ delivery fee upon checking out. I also received a confirmation email for this $460 worth of catering order earlier in the week, but of course that didn't mean much to this Panda Express location... ON THE DAY OF THE PARTY, I called to see if they will be providing serving utensils. Spoke to the manager and she told me THEN that my order will not be delivered because they don't deliver. WHY DIDN'T ANYONE SAID ANYTHING TO ME BEFORE I CALLED???!!! I spent weeks planning my daughter's 1st birthday party and our food was not even going to be delivered! She said there was no phone number on the order. That's your problem, the phone number was one of required fields to be filled out online and so I did! Also, my email was on the order confirmation so she was too lazy to type up an email??? Instead of fixing this problem or even apologize, she was rushing me off the phone by saying, "cancel the order and order on UberEATS. We don't deliver." WTF you telling me this a few hours before my event?! At the time was still pretty calm (but in my mind was actually flipping out), I kindly told her they will have to fix their online ordering page - Shouldn't let people order delivery service and charge a fee if you can't deliver. She said, "talk to corporate. Bye". I was being nice to her throughout the entire conversation but she still treated me like shit! I was SO PISSED by the time I hung up the phone. Oh yea, I called Panda Express corporate and the girl who helped me was very nice. She was upset for me and apologized for this unexceptable experience. And she evened called the manager of this location and told her she shouldn't have treated me that way. Manager called me back while I was trying to figure out how to use UberEATS for the first time... then I just had it when I heard her voice again. Told her that she almost ruined my party because of her inconsiderateness and laziness!! She was setting me up for failure! Why not leave the tray for a second and step back at least a feet?!
