The staff (two girls) were openly mocking and being rude to two customers who were clearly just hungry and trying to order, but didn't speak much English. It was awful to watch and absolutely unacceptable behavior for anyone working in customer service. No one deserves to be treated that way especially for something as simple as a language barrier. Food was great, much better than most Panda Express I've had, I got the Orange Chicken with Super Greens. The cashier was attentive and while handling multiple things at once seemed to balance everything really well. Drive through is pretty pokey; nearing ten minutes to get my food behind three cars and there were four more behind me when I pulled out just before 2pm. I like that they cleaned up the display board (if memory serves from so long ago) so the combo choices are clearer. Got a bowl (one entree, one side) of orange chicken with brown rice. Rice was dry like most fast food, sauce was pretty spicy. I don't hate really spicy, I just want to be able to taste the meat I'm eating for more than the first bite unless I'm debriefed beforehand. Cashier asked if I wanted to round up to the next dollar and give the difference to a children's hospital, which I did. He thanked me specifically for the donation at the time and again when he handed me my receipt. He was positive, friendly, so polite. There were two soy packets, a fortune cookie, napkins and a fork in my bag, all unrequested. Thank you, Austin! Two Stars, two-and-a-half at best. I eat here way more often than I should. It is super close to my office, I can eat for cheap, and their chow mein is vegan friendly. As other reviews have accurately pointed out, inconsistency is the downfall of this location. If you're lucky and get a fresh batch of food, it is pretty darn good. On the other hand, if luck is not on your side you get warmed over (or over warmed) food that has an off taste. I cannot place or describe the flavor, but it is bitter and not even soy sauce or hot mustard can salvage it. Speaking of the hot mustard-that stuff is good but HOT! A little goes a long way. Staff has always been pleasant and for the most part they keep the dining room picked up. This panda never fails! I travel to this panda not because of the location, because I drive by another panda, but because of the CUSTOMER SERVICE and cleanliness. I walked in the other day and was greeted by this young lady. Despite the amount of customers, the line moved really fast. When it was my turn to order, I was explained the differences between the orange chicken and the Beijing beef. The young lady asked if I'd care to try the honey walnut shrimp. I was given a sample and she stated they had freshly made the shrimp. The same lady assisted with getting my order and ringing me up. The above might seem "normal" but I then noticed the color shirt she was wearing. It was black. She was the manager and if I remember correctly her name was Martina. It goes to show the team work and the customer service at that location is on point. No matter if you are at a supervisor position, it's always great to humble yourself and help around instead of barking orders. I have frequented this location multiple times since moving. They were all okay experiences until today. I came into the store to get a plate to go. There was no chow mein so I was told to wait and they'd call my name. Five minutes go by and no one was working on my order. At the same time about six people in line behind me had been served. I asked an employee who looked like the supervisor named Martina about my order. Martina was very abrupt and dismissive to me. She mumbled okay walked off and continued serving other customers in the store. I proceeded to watch another half dozen customers get served. At that point I asked the cashier who had been standing five feet from me the whole time and began to get a little upset. He quickly asked someone personally to get my food. When I got home to finally eat, I opened my styrofoam box and found that one entree I ordered was incorrect. The other which was correct beef and broccoli literally had two measly pieces of beef. At this Panda Express you get the great, usually fresh food, the friendly employees, and an underwhelming dining room. I do realize that when you hear "Panda Express" you don't immediately think of five star dining, however in my recent experience here the dining room was freezing cold, the drink station was messy, and the music playing was entirely too loud. If you can live with these vices and appreciate the food for what it is then this is the place for you, however I believe that the food you eat is only as good as the place you eat it at. read more

Biggest problem at this restaurant is consistency. I have eaten here almost every week for the last 3 months. There are times when the food is equal to other Panda's in the chain (an I eat at Panda Express vs Fast Food Burgers when I travel all over the US). But there are too many times when I find the quality of food and service at this location leave something to be desired. I've had a variety of problems with their meals including: Over salted Soup - could not eat Cold Entrees Overcooked Veggies - way overcooked. Missing items not in bag at drive thru (this happened twice) When I do eat here, I only order as a walk-in customer. No more drive thru roulette at this place. Overall - This is better than a burger joint from a calorie standpoint, but the lack of consistency leave me looking for something better. Good luck is all I can say. read more

I'll never understand why Yelp makes you give at least one star. Zero should be an option. If it was, this would definitely qualify. Seven. Dollars. And. Forty. Cents. Let that sink in. No side, just the entree. The box was tiny--smaller than a coffee mug! My husband actually went back in to make sure they gave us the right size. They said "some things are tiny." Some. Things. Are. Tiny. Boochacha please. Anyway, see the picture of the box for reference. But that's not all! On the way home, it leaked some sort of juice out of the box into my newly cleaned car. Not. Happy. When we got home, we opened the box, which should supposedly serve two. And THIS is what was in it--approximately three and a half pieces of beef and some soggy broccoli. Well, that was a waste of $7.40 plus taxes. I could buy a head of broccoli and a piece of beef jerky cheaper than that and have more to eat. And to top it all off, my son found a HAIR in his orange chicken. I'm so done. Staff is always nice. The lobby is always clean but bring a sweater. They have an open kitchen so you can see everything they're doing. I suppose the cooks get hot so they crank the AC down, which freezes everyone else. Sometimes they have to cook your order so you don't get it as quickly but overall they have freshly cooked food ready to dish up. This is a great place to go if you need some quality groceries in your belly. They have great tea too. read more
