Parking is bad here unless you're lucky and come when the plaza not busy. The sandwich was okay, the fries needed more seasoning and the Pepsi tasted kind of flat. For the price, I think it's a great deal. Custom service was fine, I was greeted when I walked inside and there was only one worker.

Not only were the whole grilled onions missing, but they forgot the onions entirely on all three burgers. Mistakes happen, and I normally wouldn't make a big deal out of it. But after specifically mentioning the onions multiple times to 2-3 employees, it was pretty frustrating to end up with none. I still love In-N-Out, but this Sylmar location has a consistently slow drive-thru, and this experience definitely didn't help. Hopefully they can tighten things up... because I really want to keep loving this location as much as I love In-N-Out.

The ambiance is definitely nostalgic of the restaurant that came before it, which added to the charm. I tried their chickpea stew with injera, and was a huge fan. The service was very friendly as well. I overheard the staff talking in the back about how they were getting noticed on social media, so it warms my heart to see great restaurants get the promotion they deserve. Will be back the next time I'm in the area!

I'm on my way soon I'm in the area again two days with the worst experience I order angus steak they never have it ready so they prepare the plate and push it down the line they screwed up? I get home by then chow mein and rice are not hot and my double teriyaki chicken is burnt I called manager said come back later or tomorrow. I went in yesterday again she was not there so I was told to come back when she's there. And on top of that on one of my plates I asked for double string bean they give me double orange chicken. So I paid for my meals again and they screw up again. This is now way to treat people. Horrible !!!!!!!! read more
