I love panda! Soooo much , but man , I've been to this location THREE times since its right across the gym and I love panda because it's easy to get some protein in when I'm in a hurry. Every single time , they mess up my order. Food is cold. Chow mein is in pieces , not long strands. They've given me the wrong entrees that I ordered and didn't notice till I've gotten home. I was very disappointed! I went all the way from Granada Hills to have the beyond orange chicken. When I got home I was SO disappointed that my pieces were BLACK and BURNED in one side. They were hard as a rock! What's more disappointing is that the server SAW this and still sold it and served it. The food isn't cheap and this is not a good impression for Panda Express. I went to location a few times in 2020 during the pandemic and they made me wait outside for my food. I waited for 10 or 15 min then I went inside and asked if they called me. They said no. So I continued to wait. 10 min later, I asked again. The employee looked at the orders and said, yes, it's been ready. Which was infuriating. This happened twice. Now that it's open, I went inside thinking that I won't have to deal with the wait. But of course, they ran out of a certain item and I had to wait for more to be made. So while I waited, I paid for my order. Eventually I got my food and left. When I got home I noticed that some items were missing from my bag even though I was charged for them. I tried calling back to get a refund because I didn't want to drive back but they said they could only refund me if I went back. When I opened the box I noticed that there was white rice underneath my beef broccoli so it appears heaping. In reality there was only a few broccoli and beef and mostly rice. Worst service at a Panda in my entire life and I've never received a bad service at any location. Customer service and food quality was terrible. Came in around 7. They definitely were not understaffed, but they still managed to mess up my order and rush me to the register. One tall woman was making my order of 3 plates. I asked for a fresh batch of fried rice for all 3 plates and she gave me an attitude. Then, she passed the plates over to an Asian woman which seemed like the manager. She asked her employee what I wanted on my plates and the woman just pushed the plates to her, scoffed, and said "I don't even know, dude" How unprofessional! Parking: There is a small parking lot here, but with a Starbucks and a At&t next door, its pretty difficult to find parking here during peak hours. Service: The service was great, I was greeted promptly and had my food ready to eat in less then 2 minutes. Food: I honestly never had panda express as bad as the one here. Customer service was amazing , did my order online and was told food would be ready in 20 mins and when I got there it was ready. Food quality was amazing and tasted amazing. We sat outside in patio area. As we're eating both a chef and the manager came out and told me we couldn't eat any other food there beside panda. I use to work at panda in a shopping center as well, that is not true. We always allowed our guest the courtesy of eating all foods there at our patio area in Encino. So unprofessional, they said because we were almost done that we could finish. I just don't understand why if they were going to allow us to finish eating there to even say anything. This is the worst Panda Express I've been to. Staff is extremely rude and obnoxious! No managers around as far as I've seen and the staff take their time doing the most trivial tasks. The few times I've been there they had 3 people behind the counter and all 3 stood around doing the same thing. Which was practically nothing. The entrees are always running low or unavailable until an order is placed, which causes long delays for customers.
