    Food was fantastic and fresh with almost all the sides available and full which I appreciated considering how many people were inside. I came in around 1:30pm on a Saturday and it was BUSY. Line of about a dozen people in front of me but it kept moving and we were able to order in about 15 minutes. I got half chow mein half veggies with orange chicken and sweetfire chicken breast. Both sides were great! Sometimes Panda can be hit or miss depending on the quality of the sides or how close to empty the bowls of food is but even with it being as busy as it was, the sides were perfectly cooked and filled to the top for maximum freshness. I loved the sweetfire chicken breast which was not very hot! I think I'd get 2 sides of that next time. Mom got orange chicken and honey shrimp which she loved! I tried one and it was super good. Highly recommend that if it looks fresh! Overall a good experience here. Mom and I originally went to the Panda Express in Olympia but the orange chicken was low and looked burnt and half the sides were empty. So glad we drove over to this one!

    Went here specifically for the beyond orange chicken. It's great! All the food is good. Was fairly busy when I arrived and got busier as I stood in line. Girl taking orders would not listen to her superior and it was embarrassing. I felt bad for him. I got a bigger plate with double orange with shrimp and I thought the shrimp should be in a bigger container but I didn't ask.

    You know that show kitchen nightmares? I'm pretty sure that one of those restaurants closed down and then whoever was running that failed restaurant is now running this Panda Express. Food is fine but be ready for a wait. This past year I've not waited less than 30 minutes to pick up an online order. They are very clearly understaffed and staff looks exhausted and burnt out. Hire some more people. Prepare some more food. Plan breaks better. Get some more people working online orders. I even waited an extra 20 minutes before leaving my house and I've been here for almost another 20 minutes waiting to pick up my order. Ownership/corporate, whoever needs to pay some serious attention to this location. Orders are way behind and there's a staff member in the lobby just straightening chairs instead of helping.

    This place must have made some changes. The guy (possible manager) dipping up the food was shorting every customer. We were all shocked. Beijing beef had barely any sauce. Our chow mein was 70 percent cabbage. Looks like he was trying to make the food stretch longer. Never had this happen at any location before. Attached is a picture of all the cabbage that was in the chow mein. There was only 3-4 bites of actual noodles in each meal since so little chow mein was even put in the box to begin with. Terrible experience.

    DO NOT ORDER online if you expect to have your food order ready to go by the time you were notified it was ready to go. I ordered my food ONLINE at 5:45 pm, and I received an email receipt confirming they received my order at that time. On the webpage it said my food would be ready at 6 pm. So I arrived at the restaurant at that time. My order was still not ready. At 6:09 pm I received a text notification saying my food was ready. When I asked for it they told me it was "on the line." 30+ minutes and 10+ people WHO DID NOT ORDER ONLINE AND WERE WALKING IN TO WAIT IN LINE had received all their orders and mine was still "on the line." I had informed them that they received my online order at 5:45 pm and I still have not received my order. No one did ANYTHING. When my order was ready I explained to them that my order was received at 5:45 pm and I received a text message at 6:09 pm stating it was ready. The person handing me my order rudely disregarded that and said "well it's ready now." I asked him to double check my order and they missed one of the spring rolls I paid for. I do not recommend this place, they are unorganized, rude, and do not honor people who order online first then the people who just walk in and wait in line afterwards. There is no order or even an order of first come first serve. There were over 10 people in the kitchen. I am not sure how they managed to make people wait more than 30 minutes for a preordered meal.

    Food was alright. They didnt put napkins or a fork in my bag to go. Burger king in centralia does atleast that much. Over all, not bad.

    Have a lot of time on your hands if you want the teriyaki chicken. Rest of your food will be cold by the time they get it together. Sad

The drive up…read morewas always on the funky side and we made it a tradition to stop here for lunch while on the way to the ocean beaches to run the dogs. The dogs eventually lost their enthusiasm for such a long car trip and so that kind of ended our frequent visits here. We used to go to a nearby park to eat our hamburgers and fries. But while we didn't go back for a quite a while Eastside Big Tom's changed quite a bit. They added seating on their premises which is under an open outside roof. And as you wander through this area it's loaded with dinosaur props! There are all sorts of dinosaurs hanging out here while you eat your burger and fries. They have a speaker on inside the open roof with snarling, growling and roaring in the style of what dinosaurs may do. Since they added seating they also added a walk up as well to place your orders in addition to the still existing drive up. Eastside Big Tom's has maintained their five star score just with the fact they made everything so much more funkier that it once was. My favorite things to order here is the cheeseburger, French Fries ( to share as it's a pretty big order) and a Dr. Pepper milkshake. Eastside Big Tom's has even thrown in more motivation to have us be more frequent customers again!

Ordering is straightforward and during this detour, accurate and expedient from welcoming staff. Ordered a Little Tom burger and a milkshake to go before jumping back onto I-5N heading back to Shoreline. Tasty & worthy. Support indie businesses!

    So, I have never left a yelp review in my life. but my experience this morning changed my mind…read more Long story short... The young adult male working the first window was extremely rude and snippy towards me. Making a very snippy and rude comment the slamming the window in my face. When talking to the heavier set woman at the second window... who may of been an opening manager I assume? Didn't take my concern seriously. When I asked her for the name of the guy so I can contact corporate she said "we don't give out names" after giving me me my food... I address again what happened... she says "oh, there is oil in the window that makes it slam shut" not even taking into consideration about the rudeness the male adult at the first window has given me... she finally gave me a name... and I contacted the 1877 number on the receipt and talked to McDonald's customer service. I will be following up with in store management also today. I personally work in customer service. I'm a department manager at a common grocery store here in Washington State and I deal with customers constantly and if I were to have talked and treated a customer rudely like the guy treated me... I would have been reprimanded. Also... about 75% of the time I order from this McDonald's they get my order wrong. Most of the time I let it slide.... But in this instance. I'm not. It's a shame because this is a McDonald's I frequent on average about twice a week. And never once had an experience like this. If management thinks it's okay for their workers to treat customers who are choosing that particular McDonald's with such rudeness.... Then I will Not be going back there. So end statement. Guy at first window rude. Woman at second window huffed and rolled eyes and didn't even take me seriously when I told her about what happened. I had to ask her multiple times for a name of the person who was rude. She didn't say she was sorry, didn't apologize. Nothing. Not happy at all about this situation and I'm looking forward to speaking directly with the store owner about this.

    The only reason to bring children here at all is to play in the play place and eat lunch on a rainy…read moreday. This McDonald's refuses to open the play place because it's raining.
