This afternoon, we placed an order for delivery later in the evening (timed order). Order was confirmed, payment cleared and thought we were all set for the night. The ten minute time range came and went without our order arriving. We didn't give it a second thought as the store and/or delivery service could be running a little behind/late. Fifteen additional minutes past and still no order - this started to upset us but we waited patiently. Five more minutes past and we were still without our dinner. At this point, the order was 20-30 minutes late (based upon the ten minute range they use) and still no order. I then checked online to see if there was an update on our delivery. There was. The order was cancelled, yet it was confirmed and payment cleared, and informed it would take five days to reverse the charge. REALLY? You took our order, confirmed it and the funds for it and you need that long to reverse the charge. Bad enough to not have what we wanted for dinner tonight but this left us scrambling for our meal for tonight. This was the absolute worst experience with them in over 20+years. Will we give them another chance? Most likely yes but not for at least two months as there are many places we like getting delivery from. Hopefully this was an isolated incident but if it's not, their are other Chinese places we enjoy equally as well. read more

I stopped by today while staying at a local hotel, looking for something quick I could take back to my family who was exhausted from traveling all day. I found this place checking online reviews after my wife mentioned a craving for some fast Chinese food. We ordered the Moo Goo Gai Pan, General Tso, and Sweet/Sour Chicken, all combos with fried rice and egg rolls. The food was served up within 10 minutes. The portion sizes are HUGE, we probably ordered more than we needed. For fast Chinese food, it was definitely some of the better I've had recently. Everyone liked what they had, and my wife can be especially picky about her General Tso but she liked it also. My kids couldn't stop eating the pork fried rice that came with the combo. Also, the service was excellent. When I mentioned to the young girl taking orders that we were staying in a hotel, she bagged up plastic utensils, extra napkins, plastic plates and asked if I needed extra sauce. She definitely went the extra mile to make sure we would have what we needed to share in a hotel room. Not a place for sit down dining, but if you are looking for some quality, large portioned Chinese fast food, this place hits the mark and then some. I'm from NY and used to having great food, including Chinese. It's really difficult to find good Chinese in South Florida, but years ago when we found Panda Pavillion, we really liked it. We hadn't been in a few years, and last month we got a large order and couldn't believe how awful every single thing was- including eggrolls, which had some strange seasoning that we'd never tasted before. I'm originally from Boston area and this is the only Chinese place in town I like. Many of the take out only places are like what you'd find at the Food Court in a mall but not this place! They had a sit down restaurant down town about 25 years ago but they downsized to this little place, take out only. The food is very good, if you don't see what you want on the menu they'll make it for you. Portions are big, especially dinner combo meals they can feed 2-3 people. Visiting from Jersey with my fiancé and had a long day in the sun so we just wanted some takeout and to cuddle and watch TV. We didn't expect much from Chinese food down here but man were we wrong! So delicious! The sauce with the chicken and broccoli was to die for and the lo mein was great until I saw the amount of oil on the bottom, which is why this place gets only 4 stars instead of 5. Used to be the best take-out place in Naples but now they're just incredibly inconsistent. Sometimes the food is inedible and had to be brought back/refunded. They were very fast and not too expensive. The egg rolls were standard and the wonton soup had a good broth. The lo mein was good, but the chicken with broccoli was lacking. After reading the reviews on Yelp I expected a lot better food than what we got. Really I would rate it 2.5 stars- average- for Florida. I live a distance away, but the delivery is always fast and the food is great. The portions are huge, perhaps a bit too huge- usually get at least three full meals out of any entree. Ingredients are always fresh. And, they offer some things that I have not found in other local Chinese restaurants like Scallion pancakes - one of my favorite appetizers. A previous reviewer notes that the restaurant is closed - this is not true. I wanted some won-ton soup and fried rice so we searched for places close to hotel and this was only 1 1/2 miles away so off we went. Take out only but that was okay. I stood and watched the kitchen line make the food; kitchen was clean. The small soup had 4 LARGE won-tons in it and they were quite tasty. I have lived outside NY for over 20 yrs now... and I have to say one thing I miss having lived in AZ, and various places in FL is decent Chinese food. When I read the reviews here, I drove the extra 10 minutes to check this place out and I am so happy I did. House Wonton soup is awesome, and the crispy noodles were fresh and didn't taste like stale grease. (Note they order them from NY). The soup had wonderful fresh ingredients that added to the flavor, this time, I ordered pot stickers and they were good with a nice amount of filling, still a little thick, but not the massive amount nasty pasta I usually run into. The Fried rice was great and they actually add the egg when they cook it. *note for next time I can ask them to exclude it as a preference. They're set up is perfect for the amount of business they do, which is a lot, I enjoyed watching them cook as I waited. I don't eat Chinese as much as I used to, so I'm glad to have found a place that makes it worthwhile when I do indulge my craving for it. read more

We have ordered from this place for take-out (thats all they do) at least 25-30 times inthe past few years. We have never had anything but a great meal - hot, delivered on time, reasonable and best of all the guy who answes the phone when you call is very fluent and communication is no problem. The portions are large, the sauces are very definitive and as far as I am concerned it may be the best takeout place in the country. I did have one bad experience which they did not offer to make right. I ordered some spare ribs a few weeks ago and half of them were so dry and chewy that they were not edible. They were overcooked and too touch to eat. I mentjoned it when we ordered again and the owner said - sorry - but that was it.
