I don't do too many sandwich joints but i remember coming to this place awhile back. I think it used to be a different name. The last time I was here I had the chicken salad, it's was pretty good. Today not even close. With the size of the sandwich i was served, I thought I ordered a child's plate. The sandwich was cut in half and each half had about 1 tablespoon of chicken. It didn't come close in taste to the last sandwich I had before. $12 for a child's plate which consists of a small sandwich with a pickle spear and a snack size bag of chips. What a rip off. This location has absolutely no regard for customers. After placing a order (Two Adults) in a non busy Panera we waited almost 10 minutes to receive the order. It came with the soup you ordered we are out and no silverware on one of the plates. When looking back to see another soup option they didn't have any. When asked for silverware they wanted to know what was ordered. After looking over the food the salad had no dressing on it at all. My chicken salad was half the portion for a whole sandwich as I requested. When I went to talk to the manager about a refund she could be the least interested she could care less. I guess I interrupted her watching videos with the employee that was on lunch. This establishment is the WORST and I recommend a overhaul. Panera has lost a loyal customer. I just paid almost $70 for food, very poor customer service. While ordering the employee taking our order was sighing as if I was bothering her with my order. When we pulled up to pay we weren't greeted, or thanked. Our food was sloppily thrown together, I'm surprised we got all of our ordered items. My first time at Panera and I'm coming back. They offer some solid salads that are usually packed with tons of different veggies and toppings. I usually never order salad cause it doesn't fill me up, but their full salads are huge. This location has some awesome employees as well. Worst Panera ever. I've been going to Panera for years all over Phoenix and California and had great service and food. I waited over 40 mins for my breakfast sandwich and they could not get it right. Everyone knows that you don't go to Panera Bread for the food. I came here for the restroom, and that's what my stars count toward. There is one urinal and one toilet stall wide enough for those who are handicapped. Safety first, and even Panera does a good job of making sure their customers are aware of any wet floors with their stand-up caution cones. The stall door swings in and the lock works fine. My only beef is with the toilet seat covers. They ripped too easily when I tried to peel one out. As a result, I sat down bare-cheeked. My only other complaint is that the Wifi connection took too long on my phone. I can only imagine if I were a hungry customer who was too shy to order at the register, and wished to order from my table using Panera's slower-than-casual pace Wifi. Props to Panera for having an eco-friendly dual-flush handle. Only 4 stars because I've been to finer bathrooms in Tijuana. read more

Also, when I was asked if I wanted to add a pastry to my order for an additional 99 cents, I said "no" but was charged for it anyway. I came to this Panera Bread specifically looking for Mac and Cheese. First thing I found out was that they ran out of Mac and Cheese. I was so surprised because like 1/4 of their menu is Mac and Cheese, how do they run out?? Then I asked for a tomato soup, which they were also out of. So I settled on getting a Mediterranean sandwich. The bread on the sandwich, which keep in mind is supposed to be savory, had some sort of sweet cinnamon frosting on the sides. It didn't totally ruin the sandwich, but i most definitely would have preferred if it was not there. Lastly, it is very overpriced for what you are getting. Almost $6 for a measly half sandwich and a bag of chips is way too much. Decent, but I've had better Panera and the utter lack of choices is very frustrating. It was 9 AM on a Saturday. When I walked in the manager and 3 other workers were outside assembling new tables. There were several empty tables outside. I was 4th in line, only 1 person helping. While I was in line a man walked up to the counter to tell them they were out of 2 coffees. A man behind me commented on the 4 employees working outside and only the 1 inside. His comment, "they definitely have their priorities wrong" was spot on. Later another young lady came out, tryin to work the register and brew the coffee. 7 min later when I went to get my coffee, they were out of all 4 coffees. Still only 2 ladies working the register and refilling coffee. The 2 young ladies were working very hard. The workers here are always very helpful and courteous. However this location is always out of coffee. It always takes them a long time to replenish. I cancelled my order, expressed my dissatisfaction to the manager and left. I suggest management implements a system where the order-taker reads it back to the customer because they seem to glaze over a lot of instructions, resulting in having to send something back or park/go inside more than once. Online corporate site has 18 bagels for 13.99 but when I got here and ordered they said this was not available,they were not doing specials due to the changes because of Corona.
