i would give this location a 4 because they are willing to remake my order whenever there is an issue but i seem to keep having issues with take out. last time i ordered a salad i found a feather. i decided to give this location another chance and this time what's pictured (a crouton & something else i'm not sure of) was found in my dressing. my salad doesn't come with croutons, nor does it come w/ some odd food piece. & my dressing shouldn't come w/ something floating in it. i've also requested on two occasions for an apple instead of bread and was given bread. please pay attention to the orders being requested and the food you give out. read more

This place is not worth the price tag and the employees are rude as well. Paid $12 for just a chicken Sandwhich, no side, no drink. Then was charged $5 for a 16 OZ coffee that was the size of a coke can. Came here for lunch and I like their choose 2 deal. I like how they mention how much calories and how the food here seems healthier. I got their turkey bacon avocado sandwich with their mac & cheese and it was a delicious plate. I even tried one of their cookies which was good. I could see myself coming here more often I wish they had other soups asThe ones they had was not really what I was in the mood for but that's just a personal preference I think I'm more used to wildflower bread Company in there potato soup they do. My mother and i went here for lunch today and while we were in line a lady in a red blouse I assume to be the manager was taking a woman's order and was soooo rude in her responses. It caught the attention of other customers in line. We were next to order where I ordered an Asian sesame salad no chicken and 10 veg soup. My mom got chicken an walnut sandwich, lettuce wrapped... We then waited for our food to arrive where my mom was served what appeared to be a child's size potion of chicken salad ? SLOWEST SERVICE EVER!! I work in guest service and I know how valuable peoples time is. Not only did I wait over 25 minutes for my food, the cashier at the register Bri was extremely unfriendly while I was ordering. She had no excitement for her job and did not at all seem like she appreciates my presence. While waiting for my food, I saw at least 10 workers in the business completely ignoring customers and doing anything but working. When I proceeded to go up and talk to and employee about the status of my order, I stood at the register while two employees had their backs to me talking for at least 5 minutes. Finally when the manager delivered my food, she was completely oblivious to the nature of her business and the mood of her guests.It is very clear that poor management plays a large roll in the atmosphere of this location. The inside of the restaurant was extremely dirty with trash on the floor and numerous tables with dirty dishes on them. The entire time I sat and waited for my food and ate, I never saw one employee go out into the lobby and clean the guest seating area. Worst service for curb side pickup! Makes me not want to come to the location ever again. Not only did they miss our three drinks, but when she returned with them they were the wrong drinks. We then checked our food to make sure we had the correct items in our bag. Again, we were missing items. The girl that came to give us our order acted like she had no cares or worries in the world. Didn't apologize for the mistakes and missing items. Panera, I understand that there is a shortage in workers and its hard to find quality people but please enforce that your employees at least have manners. It's pretty normal that I order and get curbside service and either the order comes out wrong, it doesn't come out at all, or takes 20 minutes to come out and it's cold. Food... meh Service... meh I used to come to this location when it was a Paradise Bakery and although back then it felt like chaos most of the time, I still felt good leaving satisfied with the food and service. This visit left me wanting more but regretting not going to one of the many other options in their area. It was okay. Normally, your food looks presentable but it was just a Chicken Caesar salad and a New England Clam Chowder soup and a tea. It was just $12 - I remember how excited I used to get to have my chocolate chip cookie included with my "You Pick Two" options... but no more cookies. I was offered bread, chips, or a fruit; so it's okay I guess. Most of the traffic areas were dirty, sticky, and out of lids for specific sizes. The person bringing out the food to the tables seemed to be the Manager. He was very nice to us but I wondered if he was going from table to table bringing the food out, why he couldn't see the empty tables that had no plates or anything on them but were still dirty. Nobody was wiping them down. I won't say I won't be back because I have enjoyed their food in the past. Did a quick breakfast stop today. The service was fast, friendly and clean inside. We got an egg soufflé, a blueberry muffin and a cinnamon twist. The twist was a little dry but the other two were delicious! And there was a gas station nearby to gas up on our way back to Orange County. Really, Nothing Special Panera Bread is a healthy option for lunch. Today, my lunch companion and I ordered sandwiches, chicken salad, and 2 different turkey sandwiches with chips. The chicken salad was on dark bread, with lettuce, tomatoes, and walnuts. The walnuts really made the sandwich, however, the chicken was a tad on the dry side as was the turkey. This location has really gone down hill. Decided to go back after the last bad experience and nothing has changed. I had a large order being delivered on 3/28/2022. 12 orders of food and paid a delivery fee, a convenience fee, and an 18% tip. The food was delivered a little late, which was not a big deal. But when I received my order they were missing 3 sandwiches...Not just one, but three. So I pick up the phone and call and was told sorry and they would refund me for the 3 sandwiches. I didn't want a refund, I wanted my sandwiches. The young man then stated they would make the sandwiches, but I had to pick them up? Um, NO! After paying a delivery fee, convenience fee, and tip I thought that was unacceptable. The young man stated they were swamp and could not deliver. I told him OK, I will pick them up, but you should still give me a refund for this not being convenient. He stated he would talk to the manager. I showed up and picked up my order and the young man said "Oh, I put some cookies in there for you. I stated "great" did you refund me, he said "NO". I said let me speak to you manager. He got the manager and she stated she could not refund me that she needed to speak the other manager who was on the phone. I handed her my order on paper that had my phone number and I said have him call me. No one called. Just shows you how far customer service had gone way down. I will be calling the corporate office. My main complaint is the convenience fee, it was not convenient and honestly if one per said, they would refund that. All would have been better. The manager did tell me how overwhelmed they were and that employees call in sick and they were short employees. Then why are you charging a convenience fee? I'm not sure why I come back. Maybe it's the convenience of the location since I work fairly close to here. But tables and floors are always, always, always dirty, soups are always sold out or unavailable, and you're spending close to $15-$20 for mediocre sandwiches and soups. I'm not sure why it takes 15-20 minutes for food to come out and there's no apologies. And the people who bring the food have no sort of customer service skills or acknowledge that you're sitting there. They just plop the food down and walk away. Management also just sits down at the big table and are always on their phones with other employees. Why not clean the tables off if you're sitting around? This establishment is awful.
