There are lots of options, and I've never had a bad one. This particular location wasn't terribly busy at the time, which was nice. It took a little while to get our food, but we did have four sandwiches to make. One was prepared wrong (perhaps a communication issue at the register), but they were content to make one the way we wanted it. I find the "bang for my buck" to be a little shy at Firehouse Subs. $10 for a 8" sandwich that isn't horribly complicated feels steep - which is probably why I only eat here when traveling and not regularily.

After waiting about 15 minutes, a worker brought it back out--and it was the exact same plate. When we pointed it out, she just giggled and stood there. We asked for a manager, who apologized and promised it would be remade, but they brought out another cold plate. At that point, we asked for a refund and left. About a month later, I decided to give them one last chance and went through the drive-thru. I ordered a wrap, and when I got home, I opened it to fix how it was rolled. That's when I found a dead fly inside. I really wanted to keep supporting this place because we loved it when it first opened, but after these experiences, I just can't. I haven't been back since.

I went here to get a vegan lentil quinoa bowl, and the lentil quinoa bowl with cage-free egg, and I noticed that it said on the board my food was ready. So I go the pick up side and don't see anything there. I'm standing there waiting for 10 minutes, and keep in mind no one has acknowledged me, they finally asked me if I was the to go order, and I said yes. The lady tells me we actually don't have your soups only the soba noodle bowl with Edamame. I asked her if it would be ready soon, and if it was the same price she said yes. I have now been waiting over 30 minutes to get this two soups. I looked at the price and there is actually a price difference. When she finally gives me my food it's now been 45 minutes, I advised her there actually was a price difference with both of my soups. She literally walked away, and didn't say anything. The lady that is on the bagel section tells me are you waiting for someone, I tell her yes the lady that was making my food. She then tells me here is my manager. I then speak to the manager explained to him the situation and tell him the price difference, and he has the nerve to tell me " it's only a few dollars of a difference ", I then tell him yes it is but I'm paying for this food it's not free. Also keep in mind he didn't even apologize. I have gone to different locations, and this is the worse one I have ever been too. PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Clearly the manager and the staff here doesn't care about you and is rude. The only one that was nice was the lady in the bagel section. First time in this location, and the last time. I'm now warning people about how rude this location is, and making sure they don't come here. read more

Today, while in Clarksville, Tennessee on business, I stopped at this location and ordered three scoops of the Flavor of the Day (dark chocolate) through the drive-thru. After paying, I was given a number and asked to pull forward into one of the waiting spaces. I understand that many restaurants now use this system to keep the drive-thru line moving, but in this case it created a problem. I waited approximately 7-10 minutes while multiple vehicles that had arrived before and after me received their orders. When my custard was finally brought out, it was already half melted. Since my entire order was simply three scoops of frozen custard in a dish, it would have made much more sense to bring it out immediately rather than letting it sit while other orders were completed. I had planned to park and eat it anyway, but by the time it reached me, I ate part of it with a spoon and ended up drinking the rest. The custard itself was delicious, which is exactly what I expect from Culver's. My concern is with the process. Food that melts should be served as soon as it is prepared. I don't believe that's an unreasonable expectation. I still enjoy Culver's and will continue to visit, but I hope management will reconsider how frozen desserts are handled when customers are asked to pull forward and wait.
