They also discourage you from ordering certain items on the menu claiming it will take too long to make. How can it take too long to make if everything is pre-made and just has to be heated? Went through the drive thru on Tuesday 7/19 around 230pm, the person in the speaker did not sound like they wanted to help or even be in the "customer service" mood. She didn't ask for my rewards information, she didn't even tell me my total. I get to the window and you can tell if someone else (they weren't on the speaker) she was super sweet and repeated my order and told me my total. I asked her about my rewards and she was able to add my points in. After given my card and drink, I was told my food would be out shortly. And some other girl gave me my food (she did have a head piece so I'm assuming this was the girl that took my order) and didn't even say her "goodbyes" "have a nice day" "anything else I can give you". Just gave me my food and closed the window on me. I work customer service in corporate and that to me was not ok. You want to bring the customer in not push them away. If you don't want to work or hate your job than leave. The other girl who helped me with my points was great however the girl in the speaker was not. read more

I normally enjoy Panera Bread but this location is horrible. Waited forever for my food and it was cold... got a clam chowder bread bowl and Caesar salad. Let me just keep it short.... clam chowder is nasty. Very bland and clams are chopped so tiny it's like they don't exist. Bread bowl was cold and stale. Salad was warm and dry. We love Panera and decided to stop in after our trip to Home Depot. It's 11:50am and the place is so dirty. The dining room is dirty and the floor has food all over it. I look outside for possible patio seating and found it to be the same. I was able to get a table clean but disappointed by their appearance and question if health safety standards are being met. I could understand appearance if it was after the lunch rush but that is not the case. read more

This Panera is great conveniently located, easy to order online and pick up and clean. I give it a 3 star because they are under staffed on weekends and holidays and are ALWAYS out of the breakfast soufflé. I even placed an order one time very early in the morning .... my credit card was charged and when I went to pick up my order I was greeted with "oh we ran out of breakfast soufflé." With a huge soccer park less than 5 mins away you would think that after being open this long that they would have learned and staffed accordingly and have an a large amount of soufflés prepared. The lines today in the drive through took 30 minutes and there was the line out the door for inside orders. read more

this one-star rating is for the catering delivery. i ordered two large platters of sandwiches on-line, about 2 or 3 days in advance, plus a little salad box. i requested delivery by between 10:30 a.m. and 10:45 a.m. it was important to me and my organization to have the food delivered on time. i called the place the day before the scheduled delivery to make sure all was good with my order and that there would be no hiccups. all was good on that front. the day i needed the food delivered . . . they were late. i gave them 5-10 more minutes before i started calling the manager. upon my first call, the manager said, "oh, the driver just left. he should be there in just a few more minutes." 10 minutes later, i called a second time. the manager said, "he had to come back because we left out one of the items on your order -- the salad. but he should be there soon; why don't you give me your phone number and i'll have him call you so that he can give you his status?" third call was with the driver: "i'm just a few minutes away. there's traffic." i waited another 5-10 minutes: "i'm almost there." the food arrived at 11:30 a.m. -_- in short, i don't recommend ordering catering from this location. read more

Have been to this location many times now. It's very hit and miss there. There are some excellent employees who make you feel welcome. Other times it's such a long wait it's not worth it. Today I went through the drive through. It took a little longer then I had hoped but I waited and figure it was just a little busy. But when I got home my salad had no dressing. I don't live close enough to turn around and go back. I called to let them know and all she said was sorry I will talk to them. No offer to replace my salad or a free pastry on my next visit. To compensate for their mistake they made the forgotten sandwich into a whole instead of a half order. Update: I would give this place a zero if I could. I had a major stomach ache from the food here. If it's just me, I don't really mind a little colon cleanse every now and then, but I also fed my toddler some of my soup and chicken salad from this place. Panera clearly isn't as wholesome and healthy as they make themselves out to be if their customers are leaving running for the toilet. Please, especially if you have small children and you want to offer them a healthier option than regular fast food, steer clear of this place unless you want to deal with a possible urgent care visit. read more

Went with my boyfriend and his mom tonight it was just okay the cashier wasn't very friendly and my boyfriends steak sandwich was decent barely had any meat I have gotten that at many other Panera breads and always have had a lot more meat this was pretty much bread and a little meat. Then mine was the chicken tortellini it wasn't great at all. I got 3 itty bitty peaces of chicken. And a lot of the pasta was as hard as a rock threw most away. My bf mom liked her soup but they couldn't really mess that up. It wasn't fresh at all. Pretty disappointed honestly. Update: once again this place let me down. Went thru the drive thru at 7pm to get the Tuesday bakers dozen bagel deal. The girl informs us "we are out of bagels" why would you run a special deal for bagels and run out 3 hours before closing? Then we had to wait 15 minutes in line even though we were not getting anything. Asked to talk to the manager to see if we could get the deal tomorrow since they are the ones who don't make enough. He said "we make extra on Tuesdays but we always run out.""you should come earlier" I'm sorry but I'm pretty sure the deal doesn't say only available early in the day. If you know you are running a deal like this and you know you always run out of bagels every Tuesday why the heck would you not make more!?? To sum it up service sucks, they are beyond slow and customer service is not great either. I doubt I will be returning to this location. They really need to take notes from some other places if they want to keep customers. Another update 3/7 Went at 1 pm for the bagels thought I would give them one last chance. They were out of bagels except 2 kinds. On a Tuesday that they are supposedly running the 13 bagels for 6.99 special. The special is a joke and they need to learn how to make enough bagels. I'm going to start off by saying that I love the franchise Panera, however this particular location does not impress me at all. The past two times I've gone to this location I've had one of my food items come out cold. First time the mac & cheese and second time a soup. I complained the first time and they offered to remake my Mac and cheese. The second time, I told a bus boy that my soup was cold and he recommended that I warm up my soup in the microwave!!!! As you can imagine, I was heated when I was told to put the soup i just paid $10 for to be put in the microwave! I told the bus boy that I would not be microwaving my soup, and that I would like them to serve it to me the way it should be served, which is hot! At that point he said he would let the kitchen know. The kitchen then brought me another bowl of soup. Typically I would never go back to a place like that after two of the same type of incidents back to back, and especially for what I'm paying.... for cold food!!! However, when I brought the situation up to the manager, he handled it very professionally and I was very pleased with his attention to the issue. The manager I spoke with was named Jamie. I recommend if anybody has issues with this location to definitely speak with him. He left me feeling like the repeated issue I had was important, and assured me he would address them with the staff and crew, and kitchen. He offered to make us some more food, and/or pastries from the bakery. He asked if we would give them another chance in the future, and because of the way he handled the situation, I obliged. I will try this location again ONLY because of the way the Jaime handled the situation. HOPEFULLY, the kitchen will start to get the idea that hot food should be coming out, HOT. read more

I ordered online so I can just run in and get my food. I get there right when it said my order will be ready for pick up. I go in and didn't see my name on the screen. So I figured they are probably still preparing it...about five mins passes by, nothing. No name on screen or anything saying preparing!! I see bags on the counter and look to see if mine was there? Sure enough it was sitting there the whole time!!! I told the girl I was sitting here for fives mins and you didn't notified me or put it in the cubby. She said they put the food on the counter! Since when??? It seemed like they were ALL to busy gossiping in the back. What the heck is the point of having cubby's if you're not going to use them or put your on the screen that my food is ready?!!! On top off all that my sandwich was a mess and sloppy. I had to correct the person back when they read my order to me, then when they printed my recipe they still had wrong so i asked for it to be corrected. Once they finally brought my order to my car (i was asked to pull around from the drive thru) my order was still wrong. read more

Just tried the roasted turkey & caramelized kale panini, which was sooo good ! I went through the drive through & had Lyndsey helping me. She was super sweet. I forgot to add pesto to my panini when I was ordering at the menu & when I had pulled up I just asked for some on the side & she had no problem having them add it on for me so I wouldn't have to do it.
