Been to this location often, but never realized I did not rate it. Typical Panera location, food, drinks etc. I really like Panera as they offer a bit healthier options vs. typical fast food or fast casual options out there. Good place to be able to sit and relax to enjoy your meal or get some work done, which is also a bonus for them. The staff is great and I have never had any issue when visiting, appreciate them being nice and friendly. Came here today to grab a Sip Club drink, if you don't know what it is or are not a member, I highly recommend you joining. You pay a monthly or a yearly membership and you can get teas, coffee, soda, lemonades, etc. every two hours everyday. It is a great deal for anyone and it works well for me as I am always traveling around the State and nice to be able to grab a drink when I want one. I also recommend using their app, great way to earn perks, save money and get various discounts. Not to mention, you can order in advance and save to waiting for it to be ready. TERRIBLE SERVICE First time at Panera and the experience was painful and disappointing. I spent $50 just to be treated like crap by the employees doing absolutely nothing. Don't waste your time at this location. Extremely unhelpful-Melony and the fat guy obsessed with cleaning rather than assisting are the worst customer service employees I've ever come across. I usually stop by this Panera location when I am both hungry and in need of a cozy & reliable space to get some work done. The food itself is pretty standard cafe food: soups, sandwiches, salads, and baked goods. In all of my visits, it has been consistently fresh and satisfying. I will say that sometimes my orders take a little longer to be prepared, but again, it's always fresh and tasty. The price is a little steep, but I think the "You Pick Two" option has a pretty good value level. I usually order on the kiosk and overall, the availability of seating and consistently good food keeps me coming back. read more

I recently joined the Sip Club, so I have been visiting different locations more frequently. This particular one wouldn't be my first choice if you are planning to work or study. It tends to be noisy, and there are very few wall outlets. I only noticed one or two. It's just not a very study-friendly environment for me. Mornings are especially busy. There is a regular group of older adults who meet up, take a few tables, and catch up. Nothing against them at all -- just something to be aware of if you're looking for a quieter space. On the bright side, parking is never an issue. There's plenty of it, which is a plus. read more

Unfortunately I did not have the best experience at this location. I ordered the black bean soup, fruit cup and a baguette during lunchtime. I got back to the office and opened my soup and to my surprise it was full of black bean juice/broth. There were barely any black beans in the cup. I may have gotten 5 spoons of black beans from the entire cup. That's very disappointing considering I ordered a full cup of soup. The fruit cup was average, nothing special. It was full of cantaloupe, honey dew and a few pieces of pineapple. The baguette was tasty. The customer service was ok. I didn't know I had to go down a hallway to pickup my food. I order pickup but it was confusing because they have a section with cubby holes near the ordering counter but no sign that says pickup orders this way. It would've been helpful. Parking was good. This location is located in a shopping center so there's plenty of open parking spaces. The restaurant was clean and had many of their desserts on display at the counter. Overall, the experience was not acceptable because I paid for black bean soup and I got barely any black beans. Nice quiet place to come have a date or read/ do computer work. The service is always friendly but they do forget things from time to time (like our dip for the French bread and our bread bowl... twice) The food is consistently good. They have THE best broccoli cheddar soup and lots of choices for different sandwiches . I don't like their tomato soup (tastes like marinara sauce, honestly). This location is situated next to a movie theater in a very busy populaepro I ordered online and the staff at the pick-up window is very friendly. Fairly decent Panera bread. Came on a Friday afternoon and it was quiet, with some loud children and teens but it was okay. Unfortunately there was only 1 outlet available out of the entire dining room space, which was taken by one gentleman. Other branches are equipped with multiple outlets so it was disappointing. The seating is also very lacking in booths-- maybe 2-3 booths total? One table was half a booth and the other half had the wood hard chairs. Over time, it gets uncomfortable sitting on them. My laptop died as I worked on stuff I needed to do. I don't recommend coming here if you plan to be here for a long duration of time as it'z not really comfortable. Also ordered a bowl of soup, a cookie, and chips. We go to pick it up and the staff said wait, he needs to wait real quick for the cookie. "Ok!" We say, all excited. He puts it on the tray. While waiting on my order--three sandwiches for me and my children totaling over $50--I watched Joel Ortiz, an employee behind the counter, drop a marker INTO the food right in front of me. Yes, a marker, as in the kind you write with. I immediately said something, expecting a prompt apology and for the contaminated food to be thrown out. Instead? He ignored me. I alerted another employee--also ignored. Their excuse? "He doesn't speak English." I'm sorry, but basic food safety is universal. A health violation is a health violation in any language. But it gets worse. Joel then proceeded to shove his hands inside the back of his pants to adjust his waistband--with no gloves on, no hand wash afterward, and then went right back to building sandwiches like nothing happened. I pointed this out too. Still, no urgency, no apology--just excuses. And after all that? He had the audacity to ask for my name and then cancel our order. We waited over 20 minutes just to be told to leave, handed a new refund receipt and absolutely nothing to show for it. The place wasn't even busy. This is not just poor service--it's a complete breakdown of health code standards, professionalism, and basic human decency. Panera, if this is your version of hospitality, it's no wonder your location is sitting at 2.5 stars on Yelp. And yes, I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and posting this on Google Reviews too. You can reply with whatever excuse you want, but the reviews speak for themselves. We came here cause we wanted a quick and easy lunch pit stop. This location is a busy lunch spot, but we didn't have to wait long for our order which was nice. We ordered a full Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich, half chicken Cesar salad and a small ginger ale. The sandwich was tasty and hit the spot! It was not super huge so it was the perfect size for us to share and not be stuffed. Really just a lunch for one. The chicken Cesar salad was small, but we weren't looking for a huge salad. The chicken was sliced thin which was nice. Sucks there were only 4 croutons! The meal cost was just under $28! Ridiculous, what a joke! Plenty of tables inside a few outside. Staff was nice. I received an email stating my order was ready for pickup, but when I arrived, the store had absolutely nothing in stock except for three bagel flavors. This order should have been canceled by the store instead of wasting my time and gas. The location itself was disgusting--filthy floors and zero maintenance. The staff is incompetent and spends more time talking to each other than working. The Manager, Melody (or Melanie), was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I repeated her name back to her so I could remember it for my records, she turned around and started shouting at me in an attempt to be intimidating. To top it off, corporate is now claiming a refund takes 30 days because they have "franchisees" they apparently can't control. I am not waiting 30 days for my money. I am filing a formal complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) regarding these predatory refund practices and emailing the CEO, Paul Carbone, directly. It's been a while since I have been to a Panera bread for breakfast and I wanted to take my parents out to have a nice little morning with them so we decided to dine at Panera. Although we did put dine in for our order, we decided at the pick up counter, that with my moms stomach problems it would be better to have it packaged to go just in case we have to leave quickly. When I asked the line cook (really nicely I might add) if we could wrap it to go instead, her response was so negative and rude it made us not want to eat there at all anymore. I feel like this place could us a bit of a cleaning. It's not overly dirty, but every time I come in here it just looks like it could use a quick wipe down. The location also feels somewhat cramped. It's a very long, narrow location with little room between tables. Also, despite the restrooms saying to check the receipt for the code, I have found that it is not on there & you need to grab an employee to get the code. Staff here is friendly and do a good job of suggesting meals and answering questions. Even when they're busy it feels like they're giving each person a reasonable amount of time. I appreciate that. Food here always tastes fresh. Though I feel like portion sizes are small for the prices you're paying. I don't feel like the food is particularly fresh or organic or anything to justify the uncharge so I am always a bit surprised when I get the bill. But at the same time, I know what I'm getting in to when I come here to eat. I guess at the end of the day, just set your expectations when coming to Panera. It's a hit or miss, really. They lack consistency. Sometimes, they forget basil and other times, not enough tomatoes. This time, huge tomatoes, but where's the basil? Clearly they were in a rush and didn't care. It's just not good. It tasted like bread and tomato sauce. Next time I'll make sure to check the food before I leave the premises.
