So many other shops close to this place . Lots of space inside to sit and dine . Nice restroom facilities . Priced ok but some food items were a little more than average price . Coffee was priced ok. Not that expensive . I liked the coffee but it was a bit watery . Not the strong Starbucks kind of taste . Breakfast options were ok. I saw bagels / cream cheese and some of other bread items . I bought a Chicken Salad Stuffer and it had one small cube of chicken in it. For the price I feel abused.

I was excited to see a summer new item, Lobster roll @$22 and decided to try it for lunch, for 2 people it was a quick lunch over $50!! And it wasn't good, not worth the money. I was so disappointed. There was a decent amount of lobster meat but the roll was not toasted and it was hard like a day old bread! Had a sandwhich yesterday, and ate inside the location. It was fantastic. Ordered same sandwich today- to go- and it came out one tenth the size of the one yesterday. It had one 1-inch slice of chicken on it. When I initially unwrapped the sandwich, I thought they had forgot to put anything in the bread at all. There is definitely a 500 calorie difference in the two sandwiches, I'm surprised they can even list nutritional information for these items since there is no consistency. Not even a hint or dream of consistency. After having lighted my panera candles on my kitchen table, and dimming the lights, and taking my shirt off to prepare for the same religious experience of the sandwich I had the night before, this was certinaly a downer. Clean, efficient, astonishingly friendly, and damn tasty,too... It's been a while since I've been in a Panera. They have grown up and everything boring and dingy has been replaced. My bride's tuna was fresh and opulent and double-sized, topped with exactly what you'd want on a tuna salad sandwich. If you should happen to want a tuna salad sandwich. Mine was a chipotle chicken with avocado. real chicken (surprise!) and simply delicious. Alas, any hint of chipotle pepper must have been exhausted on someone else's sandwich. But even at that, mild as it was, I absolutely loved it. Yeah, that good. All that, oh, probably 3 and a half-stars. The extra star...? Amazingly kind, efficient, pleasant human staff. That nice. That responsive. This was just another stop along the road for me. But I have to come home, too, and I'll definitely stop back here. Stopped in for a quick lunch on our road trip. The good thing about panera is it is fast but doesn't feel like fast food.I can cheat myself into thinking it is healthy. This was just off the highway, not out of the way at all. I got the Chinese chicken salad- delicious. Its a bit pricey but when you have the rewards programs it pays off. I get free bagels for the month! There's a large parking lot, plenty of seating, and its clean. Unfortunately there's only two restrooms stalls so I had to wait. My recent visit to this location was uneventful yet pleasant. Mid morning breakfast consisted of a toasted everything bagel with chive cream cheese and coffee. Just stopped in here to use a free coupon I received via mail about a month ago. A got a toasted plain bagel with cream cheese, I ordered it "for here". It's a simple order I expected to get it quickly. But I had to wait about 10 minutes before the pager started beeping to signal my order was ready. I expected faster service for such a simple item and I had been the only one in line at the time so there was no orders in front of mine. The establishment itself is very clean. The music isn't too loud either. You could sit in here and talk which is nice. The cashier was friendly enough. Only complaint is I wish the service had been faster. read more

Panera is wonderful. This one isn't. It's always an interesting experience coming to this one. They are always out of major ingredients, sometimes they don't tell you until after you order, and announce the substitution as you pick up your order. That's annoying, but bearable. Tonight, though, was a different story. They close at 9pm on Sunday. I arrived at 8:43. Their drive thru announced in the automated voice that they were closed. I heard voices in the background of the speaker. I walked into the store and entered my order swiftly into the kiosk before the manager reached me to tell me they were closed. I heard the kitchen complain ingredients about me as they made my to-do order. When I picked it up they snarled at me, and when I tried to be nice and wish them a good evening, they sarcastically said 'yeah, thanks..' As I was leaving, I saw a couple leave right ahead of me after being refused service because of the closing. This was around 8:50, 10 minutes before they actually closed. read more

This Panera sucks the big one! We arrived and went straight to the self serve kiosks which I like because I try to make as little human interaction in my day as possible. I understand that they can't serve the romaine lettuce through this whole debocle, however that was the least of my concern. I was craving the Cuban and my husband loves the Italian. We go to click the sandwiches to see that they were not serving the "artisan ham" which is a huge component in both of those sandwiches. We still decided to add them and customize to find that they were also out of the bread it comes on. WHAT?!? I digress. I thought that maybe since they weren't serving the sandwich with that ham that maybe we could select another meat to replace it, but they make you pay the extra $1 to add it on! I eventually said whatever and just paid the extra dollar. We took our seats which was a little difficult considering each table was littered in crumbs. As we wait, I notice that every employee was sauntering around looking absolutely miserable. My buzzer starts going off giving me a slight myocardial infarction which means I need to go get my food. I grab half of my turkey sandwich to find that they've pre-sliced the bread before making the sandwich. The bread was cut diagonally but the meats and veggies weren't cut through. I go up and say "can I please have a knife" they ask what for so I tell them. They look as though I've made some unreasonable request. Is this place so busy that they need to pre cut the bread? Other trips I've made to this location have been equally disappointing ie paying for bacon Mac and just getting plain. Another would be missing items from my order in the drive thru. The whole panera drive thru concept is a mess. It takes forever to receive the order and the process of giving your rewards number through the mic is frustrating. read more

Be careful about food safety at this Panera. Just got a hazelnut coffee as part of a larger order through the drive up and noticed it looked peculiar with clumps of brown residue around the inside of the cup - I think it might have been the cream but it looked yucky - The server was not friendly at all and I did not get credit for a free coffee which I'm entitled to as we pay $ 8.99 a month for that benefit- I am was really disappointed as I had gone there just a couple of days before and had the flatbread which was fabulous read more

I'm really upset about this location. They consistently close early, and it's not fair. Tonight, I raced there after work because I haven't eaten all day, got there about 10 minutes before closing, and the drive through had an automated message saying they were closed and to come back during business hours. I drove to the front, and the manager raced out to lock the door. I rolled down the window and asked if they closed at 9:00. He answered, "No, 9:30." I said, "Well, it's only 9:23." He yelled at me, "THERE'S NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT! Everything is automated." I very calmly responded that I just wanted a cup of soup. He again yelled that they were closed. I work right across the street and easily spend $30-40 a week here. No more. I'm done with this location. If you close at 9:30, you shouldn't be locking the door and yelling at customers before then. read more

I've never been to a Panera bread, so walking in I was somewhat confused, all the tablets were covered with a paper that said order at register, when greeted I had said well I've never been here and they just laughed. Okay? So when I finally decided what I wanted and ordered the cashier she replied with a mumble some words and I replied what? Then repeats fast "breadapplechip" uh...what? she said THEY come with the meal. So I replied sure? No you have to pick one. I feel like an awkward loser. She gives me a a pager..it goes off I don't even know where the hell im going, finally get my food, it's mediocre at best. Tables were clean. Food ready pretty quick and all dishes tasted good. I had the roast turkey BLT- literally a small pile of turkey at one end of the sandwich and then a quarter slice of avocado shoved in at the other end- so I had to fix the sandwich myself. I want to love this location but I just can't. I have come at 6:15 for breakfast, 11-12 for lunch, and even in the afternoon for an early dinner and it is terrible every time I come. The food is great but the service is painful. I wait more when there are less people in the store than I do when it is busy. Everyone is standing behind the counter talking and joking and laughing and they aren't working. I was the only person in the store and I waited 20 minutes for a salad and soup. It was ridiculous. They constantly mess up the order and are very pushy when you walk in the door to use the kiosk. If I didn't love Panera food I wouldn't never come back but this is he worst service I have ever received at a Panera before and it has been time and time again. It's like they don't care.
