I don't frequent Panera, but this was the general consensus on this particular day at The Legends. Everything was A-OK to me. The food and drink were good, but nothing wowed me. The space was fine, and seemed well kept from what I could see. Service seemed to be at a speedy pace, and the place was doing a good piece of business at the time. The one highlight was the young woman behind the counter. She greeted us with a smile and was eager to answer any questions we may have had. She made us feel that they really appreciated our business. So my review is more 3.5 stars just for that. I may venture back in the future and sample something else on the menu, and see if that sways the stars upward. read more

My mom had ordered meals for her, my sister and I. Upon arriving home after picking up are meals there was a piece of half eaten bread thrown on top of the bag while the rest of the bread was in the bottom and my macaroni was missing even though it had been paid for. Very disappointed. read more

One of the more hectic Paneras I've been to, this is more of a reflection on their iced coffee at this location, rather than their food selection or service. Their iced coffee is self serve at the coffee counter and it was actually THE MOST watered down coffee ever. It looked like a thinned our iced tea. I stopped into Panera today for some warmth and hot chocolate while shopping at Legends. The line was long but they moved us through fast with little wait time. Juan took my order and made a killer hot chocolate. Chocolate marshmallows and Carmel topping. It was perfect! To top the whole experience off I used my Panera Card and had a free drink on it so my drink was free. Couldn't ask for anything better! read more

Good place to eat. Food is really good here and the service has been quick every time I've been here. I recently had the Pasta Primavera and it was delicious. Just the right amount of food. It was a bit pricey, but the primavera was definitely worth it. Had one of there blueberry muffins from the bakery and it was also delicious. If you haven't tried this place I would suggest to try it. They also have free wifi as well so come in have some lunch and if you need to work on some stuff bring in a laptop and get some stuff done. read more

This is a varying place to go. Sometimes its great to eat lunch or dinner, kind of quiet and the atmosphere is good. Other times you can walk in to way too many children and obnoxious adults talking loud enough that you can heat them across the room no problem. If you want food fast go here but otherwise I would find somewhere else to go. read more

I love Panera. The employees are always super nice, and their pumpkin lattes are amazing. I do have a major complaint about their wifi though. I've yet to find a Panera where I don't fight with their internet. This Panera is by far the worst. There are numerous ppl around me also complaining about not being able to connect. It's pretty ridiculous, and will force me to use other businesses when I work out of office since my job requires Wifi. I went in to get an iced coffee since it is the only place to get a coffee at the legends now. They do not just do regular iced coffee which is madness you put coffee over ice. Anyways I had to order a iced speciality coffee so I got an a caramel latte. This was a cup of milk with caramel sauce in it. If they added coffee it was the weakest coffee I have ever had. I could not even finish the drink it was to sweet. I do not understand these place at using all this milk it doesn't make sense. Milk is so much more expensive then coffee so give me more coffee. If you want an over priced sandwich or an iced cup of milk this is your place. read more

Even when it's busy, they don't make you feel rushed, I've never had an order messed up, and they are just plain friendly. Clean like most Panera's. Great service. Saw alot of people on the wifi so I am assuming that it works. Food was excellent. The only downside is the location. You have to try and find parking and on the weekend that could be a problem. read more

A great place to get a variety of light meal choices. The bagels are delicious and their seasonal salads are awesome. Sometimes service is not the best. There was not a very long wait, but the Preston that took our order did not get it right. However, they correct the error at no charge. Overall, a decent place to eat. read more

As a fan of Panera in a pinch, it is disappointing to me to write this review. While it is related in particular to this location; however, the information would be useful across franchises. Extra apples are a nice offer and all when you know you screw something up, but really, I'd rather just have my order or information correct. Employees need to know the differences between menu options, and when menu options change. Please do not attempt to sell a customer an item claiming it is "just like" another one, with only one addition. Case in point: When I ordered a Mediterranean Chicken Salad off of the Hidden Menu and was informed the Hidden Menu was no more, I was told the NEW Mediterranean Chicken Salad was "just like it", but with quinoa. This is NOT the case, and imagine my dismay after husband drove the 20 minutes home to present me with the salad. First off: huge calorie difference - almost double the calories in this new one. Second, this one had a oily greek dressing where the other one was squeezed lemon and the customer's choice of how much olive oil they sprinkled on there. Third, this new one had olives. LOTS of them. And I cannot stand olives or the taste that lingers on everything they touch. Fourth, there was no egg or bacon. Fifth (and this is the only one I was told about): quinoa, which is fine. Also, two grilled cheese sandwiches in the same panini press may not be a good idea. Neither sandwich was grilled or toasted in the least, instead smashed/crooked and soggy. It is a fairly busy location. But quality should not be rushed just to get people through. I will think twice before choosing to visit this location with all the other choices within Legends. read more
