Soooo, I kind of have a blueberry muffin addiction. When I'm getting that craving, I come here and get 2-3 at a time. I'll eat one per day. Most of the time, they have them. Only a few times were they out. I mainly go through the drive thru, but I've been inside once. When I've gone inside, it was easy to see a few of their staff members preoccupied with their phones. That explains why last week I was literally waiting in the drive thru with only 1 person ahead of me for about 25 minutes. When I got to the window, they didn't open the window to greet me for 10 minutes. As I peered inside trying to figure out what the hold up was, I saw one on her phone and then others were walking around. When they got to the window finally, the young lady quickly apologized & gave me an extra treat for my inconvenience. Who am I to complain? I took it and left. Their store was clean when I went inside. The customer service is lacking big time though. As long as I have this addiction, I will be going there. My son loves their sandwiches and soup too. So, there's no complaints there. Hopefully, I can update this review in the future for a higher score.

This combo after tax was just shy of 9 dollars. It's a perfect portion size for lunch or brunch...filling and tasty. This was my first visit to this particular location. Service was prompt and the facility was clean (I visited around mid day). I will certainly visit again.

This is a brand new location. Stopped for lunch to see how they are doing. Overall a good visit. They had a ton of staff, the main reason for a 4 is because of the untidiness of the dining room. Almost all the tables were dirty, had to self clean.

This is by far the best Panera I've ever been to. The portion sizes were accurate to pricing. The service was delivered with efficiency, smiles, and a positive attitude. This location was very pleasant in that it was airy, light & we felt almost peaceful, enjoying our lunch here. It was a very great and memorable experience.

If you order online avoid picking up in the drive thru. Took 25 mins to get to the window....just go inside

Service is insanely slow. Waiting in the drive through for 30 min+ for three charged lemonades....

I went with a half grilled cheese sandwich and the tomato soup, totaling to abt $10 (without a drink).

I don't know…read moreif I'm ever going to order anything else, but I probably will since it was made so well I'm curious to see what else they've mastered. Collard greens had a nice kick. The people are really nice. They sell kinds of fish (and cook them) that I didn't see at any online menu, like barramundi, without charging stupid money. The lobster prices are a little steep, but a 12 ounce tail is not coming from a chicken lobster. Even though I am, I sorta don't want to rave about this place because yeah, that's a teeny parking lot. Off peak no problem but pretty soon weekend dinner rush will require a shuttle bus once word gets around that this place is the real deal. You might look at their online menu and see a lot of fried stuff but there's plenty of options to steer clear of ultra processed food and get some of that doubleplusgood protein. OTOH, two things: salad served in a plastic basket on top of foil is a fail, get bowls, and please please turn down the lights. This is the second place in Chaindale with stupid overbright. At least it's not that cold blue daylight temp that makes me think I'm about to have an MRI. But none of that should stop you from trying this place. I hope they do very well. They're definitely trying their best.

You order at the register and they bring it to your table, the gentleman serving us was super friendly and helpful and attentive his name was Eric. Really everyone there was awesome and accommodating. The food was ahmazzzzzzzing!!!! The catfish was seasoned perfectly with a crispy batter and soft flaky fish inside, the low boil was hearty and flavorful with plenty of meat and veggies the ratio was perfect. The jambalaya was also super flavorful and generous with the meats and had a beautiful spice to it but not overwhelming. The hush puppies were delicious on their own but over the top delicious with the honey butter to dip in. I was in town for work and I loved it so much I came twice. The second time was just as great and Jessica the general manager was just as nice. My first stop when returning back to Raleigh is A'nets hands down!!

There isn't much I'd say they could improve when it comes to chain steakhouses. I'd never go to outback over Saltgrass either. Their cocktails are nice and flavorful, I try a new one every time we go. My favorite by far is the grilled pineapple marg. My husband says he's never had a bad old fashioned from there either. Steaks are of decent quality (for a chain), not rubbery and have great flavor. I personally haven't ever received bad service from anyone there either. Im sure there are exceptions not to discredit anyone else's experience but ours have always been good. Whenever Im in the mood for a good steak dinner, I'll go here. They do offer call head seating so do it if it's a weekend, they stay pretty busy for that area.

This place was within walking distance of our hotel and it was a beautiful day, so we walked down to have some steaks for dinner. The inside decor is pretty retro - reminds me of the old school Lone Star/Texas Roadhouse style 90s places. We arrived about 4:45 p.m. on a Saturday and the place was already packed. We had to wait an hour at the bar for a table - we sat down about 5:45. I ordered the bacon wrapped filet with grilled shrimp and sweet potato fries. Got a first course of the Caesar salad and bread rolls. The kids menu was reasonably priced and the portions my kids got were pretty sizeable. My oldest got the sirloin, and my youngest got a burger. The food was delicious all around, although my steak was overcooked for what I ordered (medium rare). Overall, we had a pleasant experience. The long wait was really inconvenient with two kids, but the food came reasonably quickly (10 minutes for the first course, mains served 30 minutes after we sat). If we are back for competition in this area again, we'd certainly revisit. I debated between 3 and 4 stars -- I'd say 4 stars for the food at the table service, 3 and less for the long wait time.
