I've been frequenting this place ever since I joined the Sip Club. For just $3 for 3 months and unlimited drinks every 2 hours - how can I say no? It's a fantastic deal! I usually stop by to grab a drink, but I've noticed a lot of people working here with their laptops and books. There are plenty of outlets to keep your electronics charged, which is super convenient. It's usually busy, but I've always been able to find a table. They also have an outdoor seating, which is a nice option when the weather's good. They offer a ton of items on the menu, but I haven't tried the food at this location yet - aside from the free pastry on my birthday (which was a nice treat!). You will need a code to use the restroom. Parking is ample but shared with nearby businesses. read more

This place is HORRIBLE!!!! Cold food! Bad service! Dirty, dirty, location!!! Leticia, the "Store Manager" is so rude and disrespectful!!! When I called to inquire about my order that showed it was ready for pick up, she kept speaking over me and kept saying how she was busy and didn't have time to listen to concerns. She stated she didn't care about what I had to say and that she didn't care about her unprofessionalism. After waiting for about 20 minutes for my order, I stated it was cold since it had been sitting and nobody seemed to care. I ordered the bagel special on Tuesday and drove to curbside pickup with my flashers on . I watched them load an order, a big order so I'm ok with that. Then I call because it's been 15 minutes now. They can't find my order and I tell them I have the order #. Finally after another 10 more minutes I get my order. When I get home they replaced 6 of my bagels I never ordered. This used to be a place I could rely on good fresh food in my community. The last time I ate here they had changed the recipe of the multi vegetable soup to dehydrated vegetable pieces of dust with less flavor. The pecan braid started tasting like they added lemon flavor...smh. I have been greatly disappointed ever since. This review is not only for this particular location. This goes for locations outside the area a well. As for this location. The tables are always dirty and the area where you get your drinks is usually a hot mess. The place can use some updates, bathroom cleaning, and staff that care. The location has gone down the drain when it comes to freshness, service, and appearance. There has been an obvious change in the way food is prepared or cooked at Panera's. Nothing has a fresh baked bakery taste anymore. The Pecan bread, cookies, and bagels used to be my go to but not anymore! The bagels now taste like chemicals, store bagels are better which is awful to say. Everything in the bake case taste like it had been frozen or prepackaged and must be warmed up to taste ok or feel soft. I'm not sure why they have the backed goods presented in open air getting harder and harder. The chicken sandwiches are not the same. The frontega chicken sandwich, the chicken is rubbery watery and have a funky taste. It absolutely appears to be processed meat. Yuck... it has a funky taste what a waste of money. Hey Panera Bread staff: Just wanted to let you know that my 1/2 salad with chicken was wilted on one side. The salad felt frozen. Most of the under lettuce was black or clear, the cucumber was clear (to close to the freezer or frig. set too cold.) The chicken tasted watery as well (frozen/thaw?). Watch your standards! So disappointed in this experience! I confess; been dieting for 3 months, down 16 pounds (went back on Keto!) and haven't visited this spot in months and months. Went off Keto this week (last week before returning to the classroom) and decided to treat myself with my favorite cinnamon roll from Panera. Ordering on app was super easy (always is!) but pick up was a disaster! Took 12 minutes to get my roll - fine, mid morning (9:54 am, pick up was stated as 10:04 but it wasn't ready yet, which was fine), kind of busy. No more go to the pickup shelves and find your order, now you go to an undisclosed counter ... I waited in the order line since there was only one young woman working that whole area and she was helping everyone alone - another guy comes in for a mobile order, yells it to her and she gets his - okay, yes, I was next but he must have been in a bigger hurry ... I told her I, too, was picking up and where were we supposed to go? Sh said over there where the other guy was (again, no signage, nothing) as pickups must now be behind the counter - thanks AV thugs ... She asked for my name and I told her - it was now 10:10 and she couldn't find my order then went over to the sandwich making section and returned with my cold cinnamon roll wrapped in a small bag - not warmed, no fork, no napkins - and practically threw it at me. Was going to eat in my car and listen to the LA CO fire updates and eat it but now I have to go home and warm it up. So disappointed! I will say she was very polite the whole time - and very busy - Haven't gone home yet as I wanted to post this first (and listening to update at same time). This Panera is locally owned I believe and has been a GREAT stop for me, for my family, for get together as with gal pals and for a quick comforting goodie, whether it's the amazing sandwiches or delicious soups and of course the baked goods. But with prices so high, I do expect good customer service and today it did not happen. Including the photo of my sad little roll. BTW; receipt "confirms" napkins - never got - and time is waaaay off (that's the time my app said it would be ready but it didn't show up until 10:06 that it was ready and again, I didn't get it until well after that time as I had to wait and the counter person couldn't find it. I went to have dinner at 6pm & ordered a salad that was not fresh (several wilted/brown pieces of lettuce & the bread that came with it had zero flavor.). This day wasn't a good day for the cashier with "Eduardo" name tag. The interaction started well and we were greeted promptly. We came in knowing what we wanted and as we were placing the order , they made a mistake after placing our order. Right after we completed our order , they asked if we had a Panera number , we said yes but they hit a button on register and made the receipt print out - then the register display said 0.00 and I haven't even given my money or card. Then they said oh hold on just one second - after we were told we couldn't give our number but we could sign in online and input our transaction number to get our points. Then we paid. This was no problem - the issue was we wanted to redeem our free pastry or free even bowl but he wouldn't just void the transaction or even call over management for a 30$ transaction. Issue 2 was the cookies in the display were all hard! Even when warmed up the would be hard n just hot. Not excited about the customer service shown today. Wasn't pleased. I ordered for curbside, had difficulty ordering called for assistance in ordering I placed an order for a salad extra mozzarella cheese, it said it will be ready within nine minutes hurried up got dressed ran over there as I was running over there email said we're still working on it. I sat there. another email came through had same time as my first delay email that it said it's still working but it popped up eight minutes later saying your order is ready. I'd rate the food about a 3. However after I filled out their survey about their abysmal salad not having dressing on the salad as well as some extra on the side as was written on my order their manager emailed me to politely suggest I need to learn how to order. So I decided I'd swing over here and give you the entire scoop. You guys can decide for yourselves. Their salad was stuffed into a tiny container and absolutely soaking wet in the middle (how does that work when it's a cheap bagged spring mix and there's NO dressing on it). The small size of the container as well as being densely packed with soaking wet salad would not allow me to mix their meagre dressing supplied. Why buy 1.5 oz containers and only fill them 1/2 full? If you actually filled them up you could have a cost savings when using 50% fewer containers! Just a thought although being lectured on how to order from a fast food joint I'm sure was the better option for customer service. I had zero problem paying almost 40 bucks for this mess of a salad and 1/2 soup (and my husband's meal), but after their managers condescending email I'll never eat there again. If I had received an email apology I'd have been fine. Things happen and I understand that. I didn't bother to return it because I didn't want, or need any compensation. I simply tried to give them a heads up so someone else wouldn't be hungry the rest of the day. Just a suggestion instead of trying to teach your patrons how to order try teaching your crew how to read and properly fill containers! I love the food at Panera but I will no longer go to this location. Hubby and I went yesterday and we ordered from the kiosk. We customized our meals to have certain items removed. They did not follow the order. Also, hubbys Mac and cheese was cold and a very sad portion. I know that food is very expensive right now and that restaurants have to charge more but if you're going to charge more, your food and service needs to not be subpar. We will no longer go to this location. We will stick to the one in Palmdale, which is amazing and we never have any issues there. I don't know why there is such a distinct difference in food, service, not to mention ambience as the Lancaster location does not keep things very clean. read more

A friend picked me up dinner from there, because I had never had food from there and neither had he. It was terrible. $13 for a Caesar salad, but only filled half the bowl with chicken on with a taste of spoiled I nearly threw up. The bagel was over toasted and dry. Then they charge $2.29 for a 1 ounce container of cream cheese. That's ridiculous. Chocolate chip cookies have an odd aftertaste. I don't see what all the fuss is about Panera. First of all it's beyond overpriced. I ordered broccoli macaroni and cheese. As I'm eating my food I find plastic in mouth. I'm glad I chew my food because if inhaled it who knows what would happened. It looks like they cut a package and the plastic fell inside the soup. Ok so my Husband and I were feeling under the weather today with the change of weather... so we wanted some bread bowl soups. My husband ordered through Postmates. We got our order and they gave us the soup but no bread bowls. We LOVE Panera's onion soup but it seems the last few times we have ordered either through Postmates or for pick up something is always missing from our bag. I simply just recommend that you triple check your order before you leave. Also side note they give you the exact same amount for a to go order of soup so save your money for the large bowl because your just wasting your money. I was so disappointed today I placed an order for pick up and I had to call so they can add butter to my order and Leticia said "we can't because we are too busy" then she said "maybe we see" . No more eletrical outlets here! I'm from LA but work out in the Antelope Valley 2 to 3 weeks out of each Month. Enough to call it a second home. After work I typically have come here for an hour or two for dinner and a chance to catch up on emails and maybe get a little work done. However Just last week they coverd up all of the electrical outlets. I cannot plug my laptop in and my battery doesnt last longer than 20 minutes. Check your order before you leave the restaurant. I was not informed that they were out of the ciabatta bread. First, it took me awhile to receive my pick up order because I was directed to the wrong section. Instead of the person in that area helping me, I had to go back in line. I ordered pick up because it was my lunch time and I had to return to the office. When I arrived at my office I discovered it was the wrong bread. I usually like Panera Bread. Take your money any place, but here. The people do not want to help, they want you using the ordering computers only. When you order is completed, your name appears on a screen. There is no customer service here. on 11-30-19 at 10:52 I was on the way to my 12 hour shift at work when I decided to swing by Panera to grab my one meal for the day only because I had a coupon. I ordered a chicken baja bowl and a coffee. The kid working the register had no clue what he was doing. The manager wouldn't help him or the line forming. I was not able to use my coupon because the clerk did not know how, so I paid and left. Now I'm at work and I notice there is no chicken in the bowl. I just wasted $14.62 on rice. I use to love Panera Bread. They have really good bagels. I decided to go there for lunch today and was really disappointed. I order the poppy chicken strawberry salad. When I got my salad I was in disbelief. It was a bowl of iceberg lettuce, 3 small pieces of chicken about the size of a dime and a few strawberries. I paid over$12.00 for this. So generally, we enjoy Panera. Great place to eat and study with a group, food is yummy, bakery goods are yummy. However, yesterday my mom ordered Panera and had it delivered and it was super disappointing. I have only done a few food deliveries throughout the pandemic, but I'm beginning to think that the quality of food is not the same as if you are there in person, at any restaurant. My husband ordered a half sandwich with salad, the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken Sandwich. Attached is a picture of the advertised sandwich and what he received. There was also a hair in his Green Goddess Cobb Salad. I watched him pull it out! The three of us at the table didn't have this hair color, and it was wound around in the salad. My mom did get in touch with them and at first they refused to refund any money, but she persisted and they finally agreed to refund her for the meal, which I appreciate. However she should not have had to push the issue. The sandwich was a let down, and hair was not appreciated. Be better! read more

We saw the Panera flat bread pizza on TV. Long story short, the wife thought it looked really good, and I have to admit, I thought so too. We were greeted by a young lady named Joy.
