When we took it back, the manager, an unkempt lady, didnt know what to do and call in her sidekick Robyn, who informed us that she LOVES the bread and will take it for herself. But then she refused to refund for her error. Both her and the manager refused to give their full names. I was extremely disappointed with my wait time for my curbside service! I waited in my car for twenty minutes! I finally went in to get my order and asked for the manager. When she came out after five minutes of my waiting, I was not pleased with her answer as to why I had to wait twenty minutes!! My order was ready and sitting on the counter. She offered to remake my sandwich. That was nice! This establishment needs more employees and better customer service. I tried calling corporate and I could not get through. The breakfast souffles were horrible this morning. I went at 7:45 .a.m. to pick up four of them. After I got to my office, I realized the souffles were struck to the paper liner - I literally had to peel them off. They were also flat, not fluffy like a souffle should be. I called Panera and spoke to a manager. Her response to me was "I'll leave a note for the baker and let him know". Really? I bought a French bread there and after a couple days it got hard and I returned it but the stupid lady manager said no refund. On our way home from my parents, we decided to grab dinner at PB. Since we had our pup in the car, we ordered take out, which came out pretty fast. I was a bit surprised when we walked in, cause normally when I go to any PB it would be packed but it was pretty quiet for 6 pm. Anywho, I ordered pick-2- tomato basil soup and mac and cheese. The soup was pretty good and served hot. I was a little sad they didn't give croutons with the soup, but it did come with a side of baguette. The mac and cheese was pretty good but was disappointed to find out that they microwaved it. The consistency of the temp varied from cold spots to burning hot. My hubs got a tuna sandwich that came with tomatoes, lettuce, onions and a pickle spear. The sandwich was pretty good but the ratio of tuna and bread lacked a bit. But nonetheless, it was good and a healthier option. PB has also started to sell san pelligrenos (sparkling flavored water), which is a great option to have, if you don't want coffee, tea or pop. read more

Update. A year ago I couldn't be happier with this location. Must have changed owners or managers. Almost all of the art was taken off the walls so the ambience is gone. They stopped using Paneras crushed ice and have giant cubes that jam the ice dispenser. They took the iced tea out of the refrigerated dispenser that recirculates it and keeps it fresh and cold so a full cup of ice is needed to cool it! Not much tea to take with you! The don't keep sip club cups out, we have to ask cashier waiting on people when we use the kiosk. Neighboring town has no problem leaving them out because they don't leave the counter unstaffed. Small thing but they removed the napkins from the drink station. Who hasn't needed to sometimes wipe their hands after filling a drink? Oh, and they locked the restroom a long time ago. Sigh. I feel like our store has really gone downhill and doesn't meet Paneras standards. We drove cross-country this summer and ate at all the Paneras we could find, and they were all nice and looked upscale. The prices have gone up a lot so we try to share a sandwich. $4 for a drink. $4 for a cookie? Bread went up substantially. We should be treated to a much better dining room for these prices. read more

Where can I start, first and foremost me and my mother always get Panera, nothing new. Except this last time I went with my fiancé. We wanted a soup so of course we came here to get the chicken noodle soup. We only ate a little and went throughout our day..a couple hours later we were both feeling really sick. We didn't pay no mind to it, the next day we both woke up with food poisoning. It was horrible, I spent majority of my day trying to recover from all the trauma my body had to go through. My mom and I love this place! We get the pick two with the Mediterranean Bowl and the tomato soup. It's so fresh and tasty and it's much healthier that anything we could get anywhere else. This morning i wanted to treat my co workers to some nice breakfast bagels. I was running late so I decided to use uber . Uber was great. The bagels were soooooo disappointing!!! They were sooo hard and dry! my co workers decided to make the best of it, so we popped them into the toaster...still TOO HARD! I dont know what happened, Panera usually has nice fresh bagels...I Decided to call the manager to let them know how bad they were, after thinking about the fact that I just spent $32.00 on bagels and cream cheese all fees included. The manager asked me "well what do you want me to do?!" Exchange them? You can bring them in to exchange them. I told him I could not leave work. He didn't offer anything more. He just said he would check them out. I felt he could have tried to reach out a bit more with trying to make it right . He did not. Even when I am the only one in line, it takes 15 plus minutes to get tended to...either the cashiers are chatting away, or yet again they ran out of coffee (80% of the time - if not the coffee is cold). At times there are 5 - 7 people in line...only one cashier while the rest are running around - not sure what the heck they are up to - tending to customers in line is not one of the things they are doing. I have never had a problem with their food, and it is consistent with other locations. I love the 'You Pick 2' option because I can never decide what to order! The food: Napa Almond Chicken Salad Sandwich: 5/5, my favorite thing to get here! It's a mix of chicken, grapes, almonds, celery, and Panera dressing on a sesame semolina bread. It is honestly too good to even describe in words. It's creamy and flavorful and smooth and oh so yummy. Chicken Noodle Soup: 5/5, this soup is always warm and consistent. The egg noodles are cooked well, and the chicken broth is seasoned extremely well. My go to! Mac & Cheese: 4/5, the pasta is always cooked well, and the white cheddar cheese sauce is soooo smooth. My friend went in on my behalf and they told her it was part of the wrapping. "Cordon Bleu" is a breaded chicken breast that was previously cut open and filled with ham and swiss cheese, and then deep fried till the breading is crispy. Well I saw in their sandwich section of the menu "Cordon Blue". So I'm thinking what I described above slapped in between a French roll. Forget the description they put in fine print. If you see "Cheeseburger" in a sandwich menu; you expect a cheeseburger when it's ready. You don't expect to see a french roll with ground beef and some cheese melted in it. They may not be legally guilty of false advertising; but see if I ever step foot into Panera again. What I received was a shredded chicken sandwich with ham and cheese. It should be labeled "Chicken, ham, and cheese sandwich". Had I known how they deceived me; I would have paid for it with a card, my AAA membership card. See if they get any money out of it. I've been here many times, and keep coming back... The food is good, the service is generally good, but there's one thing that stands out to me every single time I come here, and it's the reason this isn't a 5-star review instead of a 3-star review. EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I. COME. HERE. I have to clean my own table and the seats. Every single time. The bussers get the trays but they don't wipe the tables. This would be a 5-star Panera if they would simply step up and start wiping the tables and the seats. How bout it Panera? Got some cleaning products back there? I just watched two tables get bussed... And they didn't even do a simple wipe of the crumbs, let alone a real cleaning. Oh, and there's a 3rd and a 4th table getting bussed and not wiped as I write this. Bad practice. Update: Sitting here I've managed to identify the problem, but also, the solution. The problem is that bussing needs to happen all at once. Currently the busser comes to the table and collects the plates, dishes, and flatware.... Then several minutes later someone comes by to wipe tables. It can't work this way. It's way too busy here. By the time someone comes back to wipe, more than half of the tables are reseated. If people are left to seat themselves, it has to be done in one fell swoop. Pick up the dishes, wipe the table, done. :-) read more

I ordered 2 times from Panera. I was so excited because the description of the Mediterranean sandwich and the Mediterranean salad seems so delicious. However the next day I was sick to my stomach for 3 Days throwing up. I never linked it to the food I ate until way later. Then two weeks later I ordered chicken and rice soup and a chicken salad sandwich. The next day I was throwing up for 5 days straight. I couldn't even keep water down. I was so sick but never linked it to Panera until I read a review online. I was going to order the Panera soups from Walmart however on the label it said you could heat it up on the stove but do not let it boil. Then it later said that you must keep them refrigerated. I couldn't understand why until I read the review. It was from an employee who was telling about the kind of chicken they use. Then it all made sense as to why I was getting food poisoning both times I ate there. I ran into several people who said they also had food poisoning and would not recommend the restaurant to anyone or eat there again. I did buy half a dozen bagels which were so delicious but also found out they were not up to speed either. So I highly discourage you eating at this restaurant unless you like having food poisoning. read more

I give this panera a "second chance" all the time but after this I'm done. I ordered the blueberry oatmeal and it came to me so thick I couldn't even swallow it. After giving up, I tried logging into my computer to do some work and the WiFi isn't working AT ALL. I look behind me and there's a couple with 3 different computers and all this electrical work playing some online game. I get it's a public place and they can't really regulate that but come on.
