I ordered the following: - Mac & Cheese (Group) with 4 packs of chips - Kitchen Sink Cookie The Mac & Cheese was flavorful and cheesy, especially with the tangy white cheddar cheese sauce. I added freshly grounded black pepper on top and it enhanced the taste. The Kitchen Sink Cookie was also the perfection combination of sweet and salty. It included chocolate, caramel pieces, pretzels and salt flakes. When I placed my order, I did the Rapid Pick-Up. The preparation of the order was fairly quick. The staff members were welcoming and kind. The interior had a cozy, calm feel with an inviting space. I like this Panera Bread location. I'd definitely return here in the future. read more

I ordered a grilled cheese and chicken avocado sandwich pick 2. When they ring it up, there's no itemized view of the order, only the total. I got charged full price so I went back, saying I wanted the Pick 2. The cashier, Isabella, was arguing with me "well I read you your order." Sure, you read it but I specifically said Pick 2 and you didn't enter it correctly. Why are you arguing with a customer instead of just apologizing and making it right... I was craving a French onion soup so after doing some research I was surprised to see Panera had it. This is not your typical French onion soup with the top covered with cheese. It just had shredded cheese sprinkled in the middle of the bowl. And they had small croutons (like for salads) so it didn't have that bread yumminess. I paid $15 for 4 oz of chicken - maybe a 1 1/2 cups salad-a scant amount of nuts and dried fruit I think. It was thrown in a small container. The chicken was tasty. The salad dressing-generous portion- was good. It was pathetic presentation and the "chinese" part of it was negligible. I wouldn't have paid $5 for it. I went into this store and asked the lady if any of their soups were vegan. She said the ones up there that are marked with a leaf are vegetarian. And I said and are they vegan. And she said well vegan and vegetarian are the same thing. Have to say this is the 1st Panera I have walked into and someone actually greeted me and welcomed me in. So service was off to a great start. For food I had the strawberry, apple and pecan salad. Very surprisingly very tasty I also liked the fact that I asked for extra dressing and instead of a "that will be an extra charge" it was met with a how many would you like? I come here once or twice a month as my wife really enjoys their cranberry muffins, but more recently we have been ordering their family feast. The soup and sandwiches are really good and for the price, it is one of the better values around. The quality and freshness is always good and I have never had any big issues ordering online for pick up. Our son was in the Sip Club for a time and enjoyed it and if they offered their Green Passion Smoothie as a part of the club, I know my wife would be a member too. They have a lot to offer here and the quality and value is definitely there. There is a reason this location has been around for so long and I look forward to coming back as long as they are here. read more

I'd love Panera Bread. The only problem I have with this location is every time I ask for extra mayo on both sides of my bread I never get extra mayo. It's like a drop on each slice of bread and then one day I went and they completely skipped out on my meat, so I'm not too sure I would recommend this place. I did a mobile order while getting my daughter food from In-n-Out and after eating the Chicken Avocado Chipotle sandwich from here, I regret not getting a burger instead. In the past, this Panera is a one of a handful of places I would choose for a meeting with a friend or colleague because it had a nice seating area, away from the food and typically uncrowded which made for a comfortable place to conversate with the option of a light meal. Unfortunately since COVID began and there has been no inside dining anywhere, I had all but forgotten about it. Luckily my husband stopped in to grab us a nice brunch the other day and I was reminded what a nice spot it is to have around. Last week we grabbed a half dozen pastries and some sandwiches and chips and had a nice little picnic. The selection was good, the business was clean and distancing and the staff were nice enough to answer all our questions. We ordered 2 muffins, 2 scones and 2 croissants and that cost us around $20. While the croissants and scones were hit and miss, the muffins were delicious and I would highly recommend them. We had blueberry and cranberry orange and they were sweet, moist and delicious throughout. There were no vegan options and the only vegetarian options for me was either a grilled cheese sandwich or a Mediterranean Vegetarian. I chose the Mediterranean and the price was a very reasonable $7 while my my husband got a turkey bacon avocado sandwich for close to $12. When we opened the bag, the smell of the Mediterranean was overwhelming (as is too be expected) but we found that the flavor and value were exceptional. My husband actually opted to feed the second half of his sandwich to our pup and steal the second half of mine :) We will definitely be back for the muffins and perhaps a veggie sandwich or two as I was glad for the reminder of this little spot I hope you are too. We came here because of their amazing broccoli cheddar soup. It's something that we have loved for a long time and it keeps us coming back. However, aside from the soup, the rest of our experience was not so amazing. We came to the front and ordered our food. It's something pretty simple, but an essential step when it comes to getting what you really want to eat. I put in the order, not being told even once by the cashier that she could not hear me nor the other person who was ordering with me. Ok. So, having ordered, we give her our member rewards phone number verification, which she types in exactly correct, and we return to our table. A short while later, we receive our food. A Caesar salad was ordered, but input as a Greek Salad, much to our surprise. Another mishap happened when we did not receive one of the bowls of BC soup that we ordered separately. This made no sense to me, as she made sure to confirm whether or not I wanted a cup or bowl when ordering. The other soup had already been placed into the order before I placed mine, meaning that it is not possible that the two were mixed-up with each other during the ordering process. We went back and ordered with another cashier and we finally received our second bowl. Later, I saw that our first attendant had gotten off of her shift right after placing a few orders after us. Oh how I love my old faithful, Panera. When all else fails and you are hungry af and far from home you can always count on Panera for fresh and healthy. The staff were super friendly and answered all my questions (Bc I didn't know what I wanted and started looking at stuff I normally doesn't order here). I have dined inside Panera many times and food has always been good. Today we ordered delivery on their website for our Christmas work lunch, firstly it showed up almost 1/2 an hour early. The bag was not sealed,it had a little strip with their survey QR code, and when I looked inside our bread was just loose not covered or wrapped. Sorry but that's kind of gross, bag not sealed and loose food in there, for all, I know, the driver had his hands on it ! First time trying their salad today. Disappointed. They give you enough dressing to barely cover the top of the salad. I put it on and shook it up and still couldn't taste the dressing. The lettuce was always begging to turn as well. The manager didn't care and just said "they go by a chat ". I paid $8 for this. You could provide more dressing than this.
