This is consistently the worst Panera in the chain. I've had nothing but excellent experiences at Panera stores in Montgomery, AL, Columbia, SC, Dalton, GA, and Ft. Myers, FL; this one is always just horrendous. I had a call-in order for two salads and two French baguettes. When I arrived, my bag had both salads but no baguettes - there were two pieces of bread that you get as a side instead. I politely asked where my baguettes were, and the young lady rudely asked if I'd ordered them. Uh, obviously I ordered them if I'm asking where they are. She acted like the issue was my fault and handled the entire situation with uncalled-for snark. If you're looking for your typical positive Panera experience, find another store. read more

I have been coming to this location for years and eat here at least 3-4 times a month. I have never had a complaint about food, workers or management. Very nice setting, open to all. There is a valid reason why their parking lot is always / usually full. Good food, good service, good reputation. Nuff said. :) read more

We've been coming to this location for years and it's always been consistent. With that being said, I've seen them start to slip and I really hate it. I don't know if it's poor management or they're feeling the heat from the new Newk's right up the road. I stopped in last night and ordered our regular. Italian combo with a tomato soup and a chicken sandwich with the broccoli cheddar soup. I know that they make them to order, so I don't understand the problem. I'm a big fan of Panera, and this one did not disappoint. I ran in for a to-go order, and at other Paneras it normally takes 10-15 minutes. After ordering, this one took maybe 5 minutes for me to get my order. Soup was hot, salad tasted fresh, and the employees were very nice and upbeat. Eating a late lunch at 3 pm. Food is typical Panera, so no issues there. However, listening to ALL of the employees stand around and talk (with one guy coughing like crazy), I have to wonder about management. Mt experience with food service is if you have time to talk, you have time to clean... which brings me to my next point: pink mold in the ice nozzle on soft drink machine. Very evident it has not been cleaned in at least a couple of weeks. Makes me wonder how the rest of their sanitation is if they have this in a prominent guest area.... read more

Somethink terrible has changed. We visited today and the front desk manager was rude, insulting..basically a "jerk". The menu has these numbers which do not make sense since half of a sandwich evidently has less calories than half of a whole sandwich. Went here twice in the past week. I ordered the chicken Mediterranean pita the first time. A whopping 3 tiny pieces of chicken were hidden among dried and caked sauce that looked like it was a few days old. The next visit I ordered a turkey sandwich on country wheat. Of course it comes out on white bread, and my friend never even received his order. Great job Panera, you've really stepped up your game. read more

I like how you can order on their website and have the option for rapid pick up.. Good for when you're on a lunch break!

I seldom come here for lunch, usually just some coffee and a soufflé in the mornings. The staff here is always welcoming and the coffee is good. I usually have a bacon and spinach soufflé and have never had a bad one here. The free wi-fi is great and I find it to be a nice relaxing atmosphere to get some work done instead of sitting at my desk in the office. I normally stay away from negative reviews, but my recent visit to Panera Bread was so disappointing I decided to spend 5 minutes venting about it. My husband and I had a long day at work and we did not feel like cooking when we got home so we decided to head to Panera.. When we got there we noticed the cooks sitting on the prep station in the back and food all over the floor. (Whatever, we were hungry so we ordered anyway). I ordered tomato soup and a grilled cheese.. When I got home I found two hairs in my grilled cheese and I had a completely different soup than what I had ordered.. I feel like the morning crew is always so much better at service and the food quality is much better as well... I don't think we will be returning anytime soon.. :/ read more

Their Caesar salad isn't. Their portions are small. The 'salad' is mostly croutons. Basically, I had a half a bowl of croutons with a sprinkling of lettuce and a dash of bland dressing, with a side of bread. read more

Service is great and the food is top notch. This place is my go to for lunch. The broccoli and cheese soup is my staple.
