Green goddess with broccoli cheddar soup and a bread bowl. Strawberry banana smoothie.

Store looked clean to me; albeit, service was a little slow. Food expectations were fine. It's standardized across the country. Probably one of my favourite breakfast chains.

    Small Mac & Cheese

Everything was good. But $7 for a freaking small mac n cheese is ridiculous. Should be more like $3-4, that's so pitiful

New Ciabata Dipper. Looks nothing like advertised. Where's the meat?

The new Ciabata Dipper is nothing like advertised. Where's the meat. What a disappointment 1)2 a sandwich was $8.59 +$2 with delivery. Not worth it.

    Chicken Caesar Salad

What happened to Panera Bread? Somewhere in my mind, there are these memories of this place being great, but my few experiences here (not just at this location) make me question why I would have ever liked this place. I ordered a Chicken Caesar Salad with a chocolate chip cookie. The Caesar salad was a couple of handfuls of lettuce, five croutons, four pieces of chicken (maybe 2-2.5oz), and there was a light sprinkling of Parmesan cheese from a can. Yep, that'll be $11. I remember this salad having more chicken, and I for certain remember it having actual real cheese. Disappointing. And they forgot my cookie. I don't like when people forget my cookies!

Loved everything we ordered Grilled Cheese and tomatoe soup, Steak and cheese cabatta and French onion soup and two pepperoni and sausage pizzas as well as croissants Asiago bagels with cream cheese!! Everything was wonderful thanks Nathan!!!

    Where is the avacado ?

Bummer. First covid fail! Good job on touchless delivery, but glitches with the food quantity and quality. Please see my pictures. Where's the bacon on my $12 BALT sandwich? Hardly any avocado? Geez, What happened to the gorgeous BALT I used to get months ago? What is this excuse for a pickle slice? Call it a "pickle sliver" on the menu to be more accurate. This BALT is about $7 as made. Also the Mayo has a bit of horseradish taste to it ? Bummer. On the flip wife and daughter liked their Greek salads son thought the bbq Mac had a funny aftertaste (but a big portion). $37 for family of 4 is not bad, but Panera is now out of the rotation. Don't become the next Applebee's.

Incomplete sandwich haphazardly thrown into the box by hostile teen, with dirty look on the side.

Awful personnel, rarely gets my drive through order correct, not what I typically experience with other Panera locations.

This is a terrible and unorganized Panera. Expect your rapid pickup to be 30-45 minutes after the time you come into the store.

Our table had onion rings and deviled eggs for appetizers. Our main courses were: sausage gravy and biscuit (from the brunch menu), chicken skewers over a pilaf of ancient grains, a chicken sandwich with some of the best fries around, an eye popping huge ribeye steak and a simple grilled small grilled sirloin. It was all excellent except for my small steak which I had requested it to be medium rare. It came bordering on well done in spots. I rarely send anything back to the kitchen, but this was the exception. Our charming waiter, Brendon took at my plate and whisked it away. It took a while for my lunch to come back, so I mooched off every plate at our table. It was all good, even the chicken breast which is not my favorite. However, the big winner was my grandson's wood fire grilled rib eye, which was done a juicy and flavorful medium rare. Wow! The restaurant manager personally brought out my fresh and perfectly medium rare steak, which was fanned out in lovely tender thin slices. It came out on a fresh plate with fresh silverware and a fresh baked potato, mushrooms and a compound butter. I could taste the wood fire grill. Delicious! To me, mistakes can be made, but how a place recovers to the customers satisfaction is the true measure of a restaurant. There was also some comping involved, which was a nice surprise, but getting the perfect meal was the reward! We are already planning our next visit to this lovely newer addition to N. Hamilton Road.

So this was an interesting visit and it epitomizes the problem we have today with customer service…read more And it all begins with good management, but I'll get into that in a moment. When we walked in the hostess told us, it would be a two hour wait. Yes I expect delays on a Saturday evening, but when I asked if the bar was open seating, she told me yes. I walked around the bar and noticed that the bar was full, but there were the small tables around the bar. I asked the hostess are those tables part of the open bar seating and she said yes. There were a couple available and of course we sat down, but my wife and I were both surprised that the hostess would not have encouraged us and informed us right upfront that those tables were available rather than running the risk that we would leave due to a two hour wait. We then ordered a drink before dinner and I asked for a Corona. The waiter said we're out of corona and I said that is too bad on a Saturday evening at 6:30 PM -- how is an upscale restaurant out of one of the few bottled beers that they offer? We noticed also on the drinks menu that wine is served and poured at 5 and 8 ounces, but it is priced rather high and certainly as high as a 6 and 9 ounce pours, which is more customary at those price points The meal was ok, but the chicken breast was a little bit overcooked and the seasoned sauce was stronger than our pallets can handle. We also ordered dessert and decided to have coffee. My wife asked for a decaffeinated coffee. The waiter said to us "we don't carry decaf coffee only regular." I said you've got to be kidding, really? He said yes. I said well it's not your fault at all. You are just doing your job, but please have your manager come over, so I can speak with him. He never came by, so I asked another waitress walking by to have the manager come by. He finally came to our table and he opens by saying "It's a busy night." Clearly conveying that he was annoyed that he was called to our table. I explained to him that a restaurant like Firebirds that's on the higher end of the price scale in the area should definitely have Corona beer in stock and certainly decaffeinated coffee should be on the menu on a Saturday night, in frankly every night of the week. And all he could say to me is.. " I'm sorry we'll work on that." and then he walked away. Bottom line, Fire Bird's, you lost a good customer in us. Somebody needs to council the manager on how to communicate with customers and to express genuine concern for their interest, wishes, and any inconvenience that they might encounter. For this reason, two stars is probably a generous rating, and I will give credit to our waiter who did his best and behaved far more professionally than his manager.

I was in the area and found this spot…read more Love me some pizza, but since I'm new in town, and close to this spot, I thought I stop by and give it a tried. Since I'm by myself, I like pizza around 10"-12", any bigger I won't be able to finish it, and this spot offer that. But first, I'm pulling up back of the parking lot, not sure if the landlord forgot to pay their bills or what, it is dark, when I pulled up I wasn't even sure they open. I saw some people coming out, so I'm like okay, they open, they Ned one of those neon open sign. So new people like me can find it and know is open. They also have front entrance facing the street, but not many parking, so I think most people parked in the back I ordered the "meat" pizza. I thought it was meat pizza, but actually create your own pizza. Just a little confused the way they listed. Anyway, I ordered the 3 meat pizza, you can add more meat, but will be additional. For $15 I think is a fair deal The lady at the front was very nice taken my order, but I think she's new, cuz she can't find the meat pizza on the screen, she have to go ask her boss. lol Is all good little lady. I believe after the owner or the manager brought it out to me, very nice man. Pizza! Delicious! I will definitely go back I see why the rating is so high on here Keep up the good work people Ps: they also have a bar inside, so if you just go by yourself, you can just sit at the bar. Perfect

Great pizza- fantastic meatballs & sauce!…read more there are a lot of good woodfired pizza places in the Columbus Metro area. If you haven't been to Elliot's, I recommend you try it. I met the kitchen manager, and he told me about the class that he went to. He told me about how they prepare their sauce their oven everything about it and it was wonderful. The crust was tasty. The sauce was one of the better ones I've had in a long time. It wasn't just a red sauce out of a jar, it had pieces of the tomato in it and was very authentic tasting. The ingredients were fresh. I could smell the mushrooms from across the way, not a mushroom guy myself, but if you're into that, this will definitely be the place. My wife had the meatball appetizer because she really didn't want the bread, and she, being from Greece, focuses on how ingredients taste. They need to be fresh. They need to be more than just a filler to make up for something else. She wants to come back and just have this again. Great texture, the meatballs had flavor and work just ground beef. I'll put together like other places, this was a flavorful experience. She even convinced me to try a meatball sub next time we come. Which might be hard for me, because I like the pizza so much. There's plenty of parking in the back, they have specials and a happy hour as well. A couple of different beers on tap and a nice overflow area that's covered outside for larger crowds. I can definitely see us coming back sometime soon..
