It's just bagels, but it was confusing to pickup and they left out a few things even though it was all on the receipt. 1. Got a text it was ready at the shelf, but it was not (it was brought out at a different counter) 2. No utensils 3. No napkins 4. Not sliced Sad

Ordered a four cheese soufflé last Friday 6/7 and it was grossly undercooked. Terrible!

This franchise is known for their bakery and sandwiches. Their Mac&Cheese is amazing...there's definitely a lot of cream and butter in it but it's addicting. They offer a lot of light/healthy options. I often get their 1/2 soup or salad with 1/2 sandwich for about $10. I used to order their bagels religiously but after working at a New York based bagel company, I could never go back to just Panera bagels.

Szechuan Chinese food in a tiny city like Olney is kind of crazy. The owners are really nice. Staff knows us by name now. My favorite dish is the spicy pickled soup with fish. I would've never ordered this, but I took a friend and he did and it now is my favorite. There are so many other good dishes, though as well the Szechuan crispy shrimp is really good. If you're looking for something that's not as hot the crispy beef is really good as well sweet and very mild. Their sushi is pretty good too. Sushi Katana is still my favorite local sushi restaurant. Jiang court sushi is right next to them in quality. If you're not sure about Szechuan Chinese food, ask Miss Lucy for recommendations. She is amazing if she's not around ask for Kevin he'll set you straight to. What I really like about the staff is you can ask them and they'll give you honest answers. They have the obligatory American general tso chicken. However, I would avoid that and get authentic Szechuan food. This is hands-down, the best Chinese food I've ever had. We used to go to New York City and eat Chinese a lot. I would eat this over any restaurant in nyc.

I have been coming to this restaurant for over six years, and after today's experience, I will…read morenever return. I called in an order for carne asada and a grilled chicken burrito. When my husband brought the food home, we realized we had been given a shredded beef burrito instead of grilled chicken. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with the same employee who took my order. She repeated what I had originally ordered and admitted that she entered it incorrectly in the system. She apologized and told me they would remake the correct burrito and that it would be ready for pickup in 15 minutes. My husband drove back to the restaurant, only to be told by the owner that they would not give him the replacement burrito unless he returned the incorrect one. That would have been completely understandable had we been told that before he made a second trip to the restaurant. When I called to address the situation, the owner explained that when an employee makes a mistake, the employee has to pay for the food and takes the incorrect food home. He was concerned about replacing the burrito without getting the original back because someone had to pay for it. Respectfully, how the restaurant chooses to handle employee mistakes internally has nothing to do with me as a paying customer. The restaurant admitted the mistake was theirs, and I simply expected them to correct it. Instead of trying to resolve a very simple issue, the owner became extremely rude and dismissive and told me to bring all of the food back and he would refund my entire order. When I arrived at the restaurant, the interaction became even worse. He again acknowledged that the employee had entered my order incorrectly but continued arguing with me over a mistake I did not make. He then accused me of "always having issues" when I come to his restaurant, which is simply untrue. In more than six years of patronizing this business, I have never returned a meal. I have even found a hair in my food in the past, brought it to their attention, and STILL paid for my meal without making an issue of it. What bothered me most was the complete lack of respect. I told him directly that I felt like I was being treated like sh** in front of an entire restaurant full of people, despite being a longtime customer and despite his own employee admitting that the restaurant made the mistake. His response was essentially to take the food back and refund everything rather than simply correct the order. I have the entire encounter recorded, so there is no confusion about how this situation was handled. Mistakes happen. I was never upset that the wrong burrito was made. The problem was how the owner chose to handle a simple mistake after it was acknowledged. A loyal customer should not be argued with, embarrassed, or treated disrespectfully because of an error made by the restaurant. After more than six years and hundreds of visits, I never expected to be treated this way. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed how I view this establishment, and I will not be returning.

We started with the Grand Caviar tasting, which was the most expensive caviar option on the menu. For the price, I expected much more. The caviar was extremely salty, to the point where it felt like additional salt had been added on top. The tasting included three varieties of caviar. The caviar they used on one was the exact caviar they used in sushi. Our second appetizer, the tuna dish, was significantly better. While the presentation could have been more refined and visually appealing, the flavor exceeded expectations and was one of the stronger dishes we tried. For my entrée, I ordered the branzino. The fish itself was decent, but def not crispy but it was salty. The sauce was salty and the fish was salty making the entire plate feel like salt layered upon salt. Additionally, the skin was advertised as crispy, but it lacked the crisp texture I was expecting. My husband ordered the rainbow trout stuffed with crab. It was enjoyable and probably the most balanced entrée of the evening, though it wasn't particularly memorable. For sides, I ordered the wild mushrooms, and my husband chose the risotto. The risotto had good flavor but seemed slightly undercooked. The mushroom side was also on the salty side, and despite being described as "wild mushrooms," it consisted primarily of portobello mushroom.

First, the fresh fruit section was small and the fruit was very expensive. So, I deducted a star. But, the store itself was pretty large. I did buy some strawberries and bananas. The surprises came in the ready to eat section. There was a ton of homemade soups, which looked delicious. I thought the prepared salads also looked really tasty. I ended up leaving with a Greek salad, which was fresh and delicious. Lots of feta cheese, lettuce, red peppers, olives and Greek dressing. Another, pleasant surprise was the bread section. There were a lot of freshly made breads. I bought a sourdough bread that was really good. It was hard to choose from the many different selections. The vegetable selections were plentiful and looked really nice. The service was excellent. I was checked out in a jiffy. My grocery helper was so nice and accommodating. The store was clean and well organized. I am sure the quality of food is higher, than a regular supermarket. I would probably return for the prepared foods and breads. But, the cost is pretty high. So, shop carefully.
