This place is so yummy. So I ordered the pick two and I got the turkey chili with bread and this big humongous chicken and pepperoni w cheese melt sandwich. And when I say this sandwich was HUGE it's enough for 3 people. The turkey chili was very flavorful and delicious. The sandwich I got the bread had the perfect crisp with each bite and the pepperoni cheese and chicken all paired perfectly together. I have loved Panera ever since I knew the place existed. Their green tea and the cinnamon crunch bagel became my absolute go-to for a road trip. I love almost everything on the menu- until today. I ordered through the app for a pick up order, steel cut oatmeal with berries and pecans and opted to pay extra for added blueberries. Now, I get food is expensive these days- I go to the grocery store and gawk at prices like everyone else. However, to be charged almost a dollar and a half for blueberries, only to open my cup to find 7.... SEVEN..... little blueberries for almost a third of what I can buy in the grocery store..?? I was very taken aback. If I had not had an obligation, I would have turned around and complained. It's a decent portion size, I have no complaints there, it simply needs more than 7 blueberries! Come on Panera, you tout being the best with the freshest ingredients, don't get cheap on me, don't be like everyone else. You're better than that. Just have a critique of cranberry chicken sandwich. It's too sweet - it's put me off going back to Paneras.

I ordered the bacon, egg, cheese croissant. There was one slice of bacon ripped in half, and smothered by the cheese and egg. I would have taken a picture but had to eat it while driving to work. I will never be ordering that sandwich again. Shame on you panera for charging nearly $8 for an egg and cheese sandwich, and the bread was burned. read more

So, I don't know what happened, but a big difference in Panera this last time around. Usually we get a couple of pieces of lettuce for a salad and like no meat in a sandwich. Food is OK, however, being asked to tip when I literally bust my own food, I have to wipe my own table clean get my own drink and even had to microwave my own food on a plate that got super hot cause it's maybe not microwavable. It is super annoying and again having to be confronted with saying no to tipping makes the in-store experience annoying. Also, the music was horrible and the sound system is fuzzy. Should have read reviews before visiting. Today they seemed a bit challenged getting orders taken and out correctly. Before I ordered one customer was already complaining about an incomplete order. I only ordered a Greek salad with chicken. I took it to go so didn't open the sealed bag until I got back to work. Gee thanks for charging me for a salad with chicken but not outing chicken on the salad. And people want $15 an hour to mess up simple orders. I will never visit this location ever again. The food was terrible and I love Panera but this location is worse then a McDonalds. Me and my boyfriend went there to get soup and sandwiches there was 3 hairs in his sandwich. Well, went back to this Panera for the first time in over two years. Their front register system and serving procedure was awful. There was one girl working the register just taking orders, ringing them and taking payment. From there she just put the ticket on a back counter where they stacked up for one other employee to prepare orders. I ordered three bagels to go, and it took over 15 minutes. Apparently the constant turnover employees remains. Also noted that their pricing on soup, sandwiches, salads is quite high for an establishment of this type. read more

This a warning to all those that choose to go to this establishment. They have now messed up my order the last 6 times. Sometimes I caught it before leaving and sometimes I didn't. They always make up for it and the manager is apologetic. The food has generally been good. Another warning, If you call be prepared to be put on hold or deal with some snarky person on the other end. And when you visit the restaurant don't expect to be treated with smiles, it's usually a teenager with an attitude (TWA). Panera Bread has gone to the dogs. Seems like ever since they sold out in 2017, they've gotten steadily worse. I've been going to my local store for over 10 years, always loved the place. But over the past year it's just gone down down down. Tonight I went out for a light Valentine's Day dinner with my girlfriend. When I drove past the nearby Chick-fil-A and saw dozens of cars lined up I thought we would have a wait at Panera. I arrived to a half empty parking lot. No waiting line inside, just two super young, totally untrained people at the counter, both attending to one register because neither one knew what they were doing. I won't detail how complicated they made the ordering process, but it was clear that there wasn't an adult member of staff in the entire restaurant, not a manager or supervisor or anybody who actually knew what they were doing, who could come over and fix everything. They had to simply figure it all out by themselves, at our expense in time. We finally got our order placed and dinner served. And it was cold soup, which I then had to microwave myself to get it to a proper temperature. Then halfway through our dinner, at 8 PM, a full hour before they close, the staff start vacuuming the floor right nearby to us with a loud electric standup vacuum cleaner. I got up and requested them to stop since we were trying to have a nice quiet dinner together. The young girl doing the vacuuming looked at me as if I was from another planet, couldn't understand why I might possibly be annoyed, clearly totally clueless about customer service. I don't go out to restaurants to listen to somebody vacuuming in my ear, just FYI. By 7:30 PM, the place was deserted. Great job Ron Shaich, the wonderful casual dining chain that you started and sold out for $7.5 billion, is going into the toilet. As the founder, that has to be sad to see. read more

Was told by manager Kimberly Port Orange, Florida that this is not permitted, they made sure to give less than normal and no bread. Consistent food at any Panera you visit. The ambiance at this location is very welcoming. To get into this location is difficult though when coming from the west or off of I95. Pull into the target/Lowes Area and back track is the safest way I found in. Once you get to it then the outside is very nice with outside sitting. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to notice cleanliness OR NOT when you try to find a table that is clean. My husband and I arrived around 4pm, ordered and went to find a table. Most of them had not been cleaned off, there was trash and food particles on the floor indicating the floors had not been cleaned either. And the drink fountain was low on teas and was also dirty. I wanted to ask them for a rag to at least clean the tables for others, as I noticed several people were trying to find a clean table as well. I think I will avoid this store .... AGAIN!
