Do not go here! 1. The cashier overcharged my account yesterday 9/2/18. I saw the charge this morning and went to rectify it today 9/3/18. 2. When I called in this morning the supervisor tried to pass herself off as the manager over the phone. She also lied to me about who would be handling my claim going forward. It turns out that the name of the person she gave is irrelevant because today 9/3/18 is that person's last day. I'm sure she knew that. 3. This has become the worst Panera location I have frequented which is disappointing because I live so close to it. I placed a delivery order that went through. When it didn't arrive, I called the cafe and no one picked. I come to find out later that they were closed due to a water main break. They should have at least had an alert on their phone system. I have done Curbside pickup for all my orders recently. They either miss things from my order or miss my order completely. The most recent order (today) they claimed to not have at all in their system even it was all paid for online. I had to get an employee's attention from my car just to relay that I had been sitting in my car for 15 minutes with no food being brought out. Then they proceed to tell me they never got the order and had to make it. They do make up for it by adding pastries or cookies. But I am still one unhappy customer! read more

I've gone to this location quite a few times for lunch. I've had good experiences and so-so experiences. First off, I usually place my order online and do Rapid Take-Out. My order has always been ready in a timely manner. Very rarely have they "messed up" my order, but I have been unsatisfied on a couple of occasions. One time I ordered a BBQ chicken flatbread for take-out. By the time I got back to the office, the cheese was cold and congealed into one clump. Okay, because it took me some time to get back to my office, I understand it wasn't going to be piping hot, but the cheese clump was gross. Another time I ordered a half of the Italian Sandwich (for You Pick 2), and there was barely any meat on the sandwich! Literally a couple of (tiny) slices of salami and a slice of ham and cheese. The giardiniera mix on the sandwich was the bare minimum - I could count all the chopped peppers on one hand. I bit in mostly bread. Very disappointing considering the Sandwich was almost $5 for a half portion. You're better off going to D'Angelos next door (or Subway) and getting a footlong sub for much cheaper! While the portions on the sandwiches can be sparse, the food itself isn't terrible. I almost always get the French Onion Soup (which I love to dip the baguette in). I was disappointed to see some of the offerings disappear from the menu, such as the BBQ chicken salad. This place can get really expensive. As expected, they are extremely busy during lunch time; however, I never had to wait really long when I chose to eat in. read more

Review based solely on the experience at this location. Everyone knows the food. This location needs to cancel their delivery service until they figure it out. It's amazing that a chain can't implement a simple task that local pizza places have been able to accomplish with issue. I've ordered delivery multiple times and only one was issue free. Each time I'd wait a couple months before trying again to see if they got themselves sorted. I've had delivery take as long as 3 hours. I'd call and they'd say "it's almost there." 45m would pass, as this location is about 10m drive from my house, I'd call again and get the same response. It's understandable that there may be multiple deliveries and it may take longer than estimated time, but when you call after an hour and are told "it's on its way," waiting another 2 hours is absolutely ridiculous. I would call to cancel it, and they'd continue to lie about where it's at. "Well he's almost there..." Sure, I'd get comped something, but my expectation is that if I order delivery, it should be no longer than an hour. If the location is overloaded with orders, they need to stop accepting new delivery orders. It's not difficult. After the most recent 2 hour wait for a sandwich and salad, I'm done. Also, the app and website are trash. Location tracking doesn't work, automated texts are inaccurate. The kicker is a staff that lies rather than explains a delay due to business. When I i come here, I usually go for the "pick two" option. Normally i'd pick a sandwich with a caesar salad and a bag of kettle chips. I came here a couple times and both times they did not have the sandwich i wanted, they ran out of the meat or something.. Even though i had to pick a different sandwich, it was still pretty good. Let's talk about the Caesar salad.. The romaine lettuce is fine but the croutons, its disgusting! Both times when i ordered Caesar salad with my "pick two" option the croutons were bad both times. They were old and stale, ruined the whole salad for me. The dressing? What dressing? Me, I like extra dressing so i asked for extra. This Panera location is very busy and the food quality is good and occasionally your order is messed up and you are given the wrong thing or items are missing. Management needs to pay close attention to the bathrooms, that my complaint today. I went to wash my hands and the bathroom was filthy, leaky faucet, no paper towels, bulb out, dirty mirror, trash on the floor. It reminded me of a gas stations bathroom. Panera is just such a great thing to have. When I worked there (as a cashier in the bakery) it was hard to be upset. I was always surrounded by good food, good people, and bread and pastries! Panera is such a great alternative to the various fast food locations in the area. This one is right near a McDonald's and Dunkies and a D'Angelo's, but the Panera is always the hopping joint. The service is fast, the sandwiches are always great and the bakery items are always fresh (baked every morning right in the restaurant). In fact, any bakery items they don't sell during the day are donated to various shelters in the area. I've never gone wrong getting a sandwich and soup combo (half of a good sized sandwich and a full sized bowl of soup), iced green tea and brownie for dessert. My suggestions: Cinnamon Crunch bagel (with hazelnut cream cheese), brownie, chocolate duet cookie, Orange scone, Turkey Artichoke Panino, Portobello Mozzarella Panino, Chicken Salad Sandwich, Fandago Salad, Strawberry Poppysead Salad, Broccoli Cheddar soup (in a bread bowl), and of course the baguettes. As you can see I love most of the things on the menu. And I love them so much because it is great quality, at a low price, and very fast. read more

After my last visit in late April 2016, I got the worst food poisoning of my life after eating the chicken noodle soup and bbq chicken salad. I am probably more of a Panera fan than a Starbucks fan, though I'll always opt for the independent coffee house or bakery when I can find one. The Panera is North Quincy is probably the location I go to most often (though I also hit the one in Arlington every now and then). The Quincy location is usually clean, not often crowded, and is a good place to hang out and chat or fire up the laptop.
