This panera is not great when it comes to a timely matter and getting orders right. It was extremely busy when i went in, which is fine because i had time. i ordered on the device and just ordered a drink, a bagel with cream cheese, and a macaroon. that order should have taken 5 min tops bc i didn't even want my bagel toasted. i waited 25 min because there was a huge line and figured they were just behind, and then went up and asked about it. the lasy had layed the stuff out but forgot to cut the bagel and sign off that it was done. she gave me the bag and i sat down and saw there was no cream cheese in it. but the line now had 10 plus people in it so it would have taken another 20 minutes to get it. i feel bad for workers because they get slammed and don't have enough people working. but they need to definitely make sure to get orders right read more

I have celiac so I don't have a lot of options to choose from but they do have foods that are GS. Their chicken Cobb salad is consistently good and their autumn squash soup (when in season) is excellent. Before I was diagnosed and ate a variety of their food choices, most were good besides their pizzas which are terrible. The ambience is fine, it's chill and relaxed and you can linger. The most negative thing is they need to clean everything better. The tables are often dirty and dishes piled in the area where they are to be placed. Years ago, Panera had a great bakery with many items includes actual loaves of bread. They gradually dropped most items from their menu, stopped selling bread, got worse in quality, and made smaller pastries at a much higher price, I rec'd a gift certificate this year for Christmas and they don't even have bear claws anymore to spend it on. That was the only thing they still made that I liked. The bear claws had been shrinking in size and quality for a while. The service at the Merriam, Kansas store is just awful. I've ordered bear claws here in the past, and when I went to pick them up, told that they didn't make any that day. Maybe I can donate my gift card to a homeless person. read more

This location has sealed my decision not to return to Panera. My wife and I went to this location and the dining room was closed. The setup of the parking lot is ridiculous. You cannot turn into e drive through from the parking lot area. So once we are committed to the drive through, we find out that this location is not going to carry potato soup any longer. The one item that brought my wife to this location. Reluctantly we tried the small broccoli Mac and cheese with potatoes chips and a coke. The coke was mixed wrong and tasted horrible. The chips were not edible, mostly stale. The macaroni was a small portion and I did not even try it. I drove down the street to McAlister's. For a 1 more I got a meal that was so much better. This location is the best in the area PERIOD! I work from home and I pass another location to come to this one because everyone is so nice, the food is consistent, the bathroom is clean, wifi is strong, and it's overall a cleaner location than some of the others. Cleanliness is a big thing lately, and honestly, it should have always been, but this is where we are and it matters. I applaud the management here and hope that the stellar customer service doesn't change. Super nice staff. After a looooong lunch meeting that I had to drag my daughter to, she got peckish again and went to get a cookie. The clerk just gave it to her, along with a pastry. No charge or anything!! She said 'it's on the house!' Isn't that crazy?! My kid is pretty cute, I must say, but free food?! That's unheard of! So thanks, Panera! This location has all the standard Panera fare you'd expect. It's bright and cheerful, but the cold drink dispenser area could use some cleaning and organization. And part of the roof was leaking, but that's probably just because it's so hot and humid that it's some liquid condensation. Other than that, no complaints. read more

Route 96, Victor, New York location. I had the Signature Take Sandwich with the included side of chips. Along with a drink, it was ~$18.00. That's a lot of money for not a lot of (slightly upscale) fast food. I was completely unimpressed with the sandwich. Way more bun than chicken. I'm not sure what the small round discs were. Very little mayo. Very little flavor. Perhaps it would be more flavorful with tomato, which I don't eat. To be fair, this the first Panera meal that has disappointed me. But it was really unsatisfying. And expensive. My advice is to skip this sandwich unless you like bland food. read more

When saying one of the items we wanted a male employee walking buy got very vocal rudely saying "we haven't had that for 2 seasons". (Well bud I'm sorry, I must have not gotten that news letter). Ordered online for delivery today. The process was quick and easy! It was so nice to not have to wrestle my kids into the car to get lunch. I was able to customize everyone's order online. Everything arrived just as requested! We even ordered a half dozen bagels for breakfast. Delivery was prompt and the driver was professional. You'll get a text alert when your order is headed your way. It will give you a link to a tracker as well so you can see exactly where your delivery driver is at. Totally worth the $3 delivery fee. The dining area was nicely divided, and there was an employee keeping the dining area clean (lacking at other locations). My only complaint is the premium price, but the Panera card helps with that. When I first discovered Panera I would go at least twice a week. It has always been a great to go for lunch. I love there seasonal soups they are fantastic. I always grab there chicken thai salad its a bit spicy but very fulfilling. There seasonal soba Noodle soup was EVERYTHING. I think it only comes out around August- Dec. with each entrée you can choose between chips/apple or bread. Only bummer was when they removed there baked chips (I loved them). I stopped in at the drive-through one weekday at about 6:50 AM. There was no wait except for the time it took me to decide what I wanted. I'm trying to their new egg and bacon on brioche. I've never double checked to ask what kind of cheese they use but it's not one I would prefer. It's a white cheese but I can't place which kind and I prefer yellow such as cheddar. I frequent Panera when I travel for work, so I eat here a lot. It's nice to see their menu of salads change every so often. My favorites include the beet/quinoa/citrus salad & my current fave the southwestern chicken salad. I have tried a couple of their breakfast sandwiches and they are really good! The bagels are always delicious. Plus they usually have a fruit cup available, which is a great add-on. Sometimes I wish they had a few more options in terms of coffee beverages, but other than that this location is clean and the staff is very friendly. read more

Well staffed, pretty clean, and a little more space makes this a nice Panera to go to. I have always liked Panera... they test the hell out or their menu before adding items. So new items are usually awesome. This visit gave me the chance to eat an apple pastry while waiting for my car to be repaired nearby. I had one of the best customer experiences of my life from Panera! I was getting a takeout order with about 5 entrees and a few cookies. We got home and the cookies weren't In the bag, we didn't think much of It but we called to see if they still had them there and they did. But not only did they have them there, they had an employee drive 10 miles to our house to deliver the cookies!! They actually care about the customers! I eat lunch from here almost 3 times a week. If a friend is joining, I dine in. Otherwise I do the awesome Rapid Pick up and take it back to the office. I like that because dining in sometimes comes with a slow wait to get your order taken. Everything else is fast. Panera you are usually so good to me, but today you disappoint. I came here to grab lunch for my work. I wasn't getting food for myself, but since I was here anyway I figured I'd treat myself to a latte. After I ordered for everyone I asked and the cashier told me the latte machine was down. No! I asked about cappuccinos or anything and she said they have no hot drinks only plain coffee. Pass.
