This location is hit or miss depending on the day and time you visit. Early mornings are short staff so super long wait times. Today however the service was great and all-baked goods fresh! Usually clean atmosphere.

Dark, depressing, and dirty Panera location! Even the pastries that usually look good were unappealing! I found it so unwelcoming that I walked out without making a purchase!

You Pick 2 - Toasted Garden Caprese, Apple and Caesar Salad

As far as being a Panera Bread, this is a very good location where I've been numerous times exactly what one should expect from this establishment situated in Teterboro Landing. They have a drive-thru, which is convenient when one doesn't want to get out the car or find parking. I came here after an errand at a busy Costco on Saturday afternoon for a quick bite. Upon arrival, instead of placing the order through the kiosk, I opted to order with the staff and decided on that you pick 2 consisting of their new Toasted Garden Caprese sandwich and Caesar salad. It came with a complimentary apple. The sandwich featured fresh mozzarella, vine-ripened tomatoes, chopped basil, crisp romaine & lettuce blend, sprinkled with salt and pepper, and balsamic vinaigrette and garlic aioli drizzle on their Ciabatta. However, what I got looked good from the outside, but the mozzarella cheese was thinly sliced with bits and pieces of lettuce. However, the Caesar salad looked promising with the right amount of fresh ingredients and was tasty. I wouldn't recommend the sandwich. The service was quick and served its purpose, which made my stomach full.

Nice location with plenty of parking. Friendly service. Decent sandwich and salad. Was clean inside. Enjoyed my cappuccino.

Food is still pretty good But soup was not hot, thats what we go for at Panera's But one that changed was the bread, not as good Always loved the bread you get with the soup, the bread is not as good, too doughy

DISGUSTING!!!!!!!! Ordered for door dash and got the half apple chicken salad with a chicken noodle soup. The salad was brown and not even edible and the chicken soup has absolutely no taste to it. Couldn't even call to complain because they were closed. The chicken was frozen and insanely thick. I threw away my entire meal. $24 for not even edible food??? How can you serve this???? I deserve a credit or something because this was a waste of my money. DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!!! I can't believe they served me this I am disgusted. On top of this , I'm not feeling well. Thanks a lot Panera

If I absolutely had to choose a favorite, I'd give the edge to the GoodFella, but it's really more of a 1A/1B situation. You can't go wrong with either! For an appetizer, we split the mozzarella sticks, and they were fantastic--crispy, flavorful, and exactly what you want from a great starter. Perfect sized app for at least 2 people... and fresh dipping sauce served right on the plate. For dinner, we both ordered the Hawaiian Marinated Steak, and I truly can't say enough about it. It was incredible: packed with flavor, cooked perfectly, juicy, and finished with butter on top that was the perfect touch. It was one of those dishes where every bite makes you slow down and appreciate how good it is. It was definitely a lot of food for one person, but I skipped lunch, so I indulged. The steak was the star of the plate, but it paired perfectly with the loaded baked potato and green vegetable. A huge shoutout to our waitress, Iris, who was incredible throughout the meal. To top everything off, she brought us a taste of her favorite dessert. I'm not entirely sure of the official name, but I'd compare it to a warm bread pudding with homemade ice cream and house-made caramel sauce. Absolutely delicious and a perfect ending to an already excellent meal. Great drinks, great food, excellent service, and an overall memorable experience. The Ridge House is an easy 5 out of 5.

Great cocktails - I had the "goodfella" - mellow old fashioned. Would have loved that with a cigar! The ladies had cosmos and they were pleased. The menu is limited but a diverse set of selections. No specials - not sure if they offer specials on the weekends. We'll find out on our next visit. For apps: I enjoyed my tortilla soup - more like a chili consistency than soup - and it was delicious! We shared wings as well. They were crispy and meaty and they'll default to mixing in a choice of sauces or they'll bring the sauces on the side for you. Nice touch! For entrees: Can't go wrong with the burger or the chicken sandwich. Add truffle fries for $1 up charge - worth it! Coming back to try the blackened cod sandwich or fish n chips with salt and vinegar fries. (They were just out of cod when we arrived at around 8:00pm - next time!). My wife had the chicken parm - huge portion, decent marinara (rare that my wife orders red sauce outside of a bonafide Italian restaurant) with a side of lasagna-looking pasta - very good! Vikki was our server tonight - smart, organized, efficient. She was a pleasure throughout our experience. Give this place a try - you won't be disappointed! Can't wait to go back soon!
