This Panera is bright and clean. The team that works here are friendly and efficient. Always enjoy my food. Today I got the seasonal chicken, strawberry pecan salad. It was tasty. All the bread and treats are fabulous. Homemade and delicious. My wait was not very long and I got what I ordered. $11 that was including tip for half of a salad and a piece of bread. Gotta love Panera! I do

This is the second time I have come to this Panera location to order a 16 ounce drink that when served, was over an inch below the top edge of the cup. When I asked why my cup wasn't full, I'm told "That's the way we are told to make it.". If I purchase a 16 ounce drink, I expect 16 ounces in my cup. On top of that, I usually order these sausage, egg, and cheese asiago bagel sandwich. I get out to my truck and head for work to find that there is no sausage in my sandwich. The woman making my coffee was not happy about remaking me a coffee that was actually full. This Panera is close to my place and has been my go to breakfast spot but I will not be returning.

On Friday, September 12, I placed an order for delivery of half a tuna salad sandwich and half of strawberry poppyseed salad. I paid $24.50 for these two items to be delivered. When my order arrived, I found that the tuna fish salad sandwich was only 3 inches wide, at its widest point , the bread was at the end of the loaf therefore tapered down. Upon calling Panera, I was told there was no way of compensating me (because I didn't have my order number) and I ordered it through Uber. I was told to call Uber, upon calling Uber I found that the only way I could get help was through the Uber app. I could not find any option to reach out to customer service on the Uber app. It shouldn't be so difficult to talk to someone and get my issue resolved!!! Unfortunately, I am done with Panera and I order a lot from Panera... Such a rip off!

It was worth trying it out again. Used to go to one in Portland, but enjoyed the experience here better. The young lady at the counter was friendly to my mother and me. And unlike other places where young people are always mingling and not working, this crew working was diligent and helpful.

We haven't been to Panera in over a year. Randomly stopped by today because the 2 brunch spots we tried to go to were packed and the wait was too long. Looks like Panera revamped their menu and added some upgrades and new items. Everything was good except the chicken sandwich I ordered barely had any chicken in it... I would expect it to have more than 3 tiny pieces for the price I paid. Service was okay, very slow and took awhile for us to get our food. We sat outside since it was a nice, dry day. The food tasted good but it's very spendy for the little portions they serve.

We waited 10 minutes before we were taken to our seats. It seems as though there were enough tables to accommodate the long wait line, but not enough staffing. We understood. Our waitress gave us our menu and we looked through the menu. She came back shortly and took our order. We ordered the king pao calamari to share. My husband ordered the Parmesan encrusted halibut and I ordered the wood fire grilled rib eye steak. The kung pao calamari came with cauliflower. It was okay, the kung pao sauce was a bit too powerful for the sweetness of the calamari. I would lighten up the sauce lightly. The Parmesan encrusted halibut came with tomato paste, along with califlower, green beans and potatoes. I had a quick taste and it was okay. My dish came with smashed potatoes and asparagus which is a great pairing. The steak was cooked to perfection and I liked the smashed potatoes. The restaurant has a lot of searings, and nice decor. There are lots of views of the River which sets the ambiance for the night.

The new renovation definitely feels more elevated, and honestly Vancouver needs more spots like this where you can enjoy a nicer atmosphere without having to drive into Portland. Service was great, staff was professional, attentive, and overall gave off a good vibe. It actually felt like they enjoy working there, which makes a difference. I did read on their webpage that they aim to bring authentic Japanese and Korean food. Personally, wouldn't consider it fully authentic, especially if you've traveled to Japan or the mainland, you'll notice the difference. The food leans more toward American style Japanese/Korean cuisine. That being said, the food was still good and satisfying. Not authentic, but enjoyable. We would come back and are interested in trying more items on the menu. I'll update my review if anything changes.

My sisters got the Korean Bulgogi which she loved, and The Original Ramen bowl which she also said had great flavor. Would come again!

The fish was fried to perfection--crispy on the outside, tender on the inside, and had just the right amount of spice without being overwhelming. We were a walk in at 6:55 pm, so we were expecting things to possibly be busier during the dinner…read morerush. We entered, immediately wrote our name down, and wasn't seated until 730. There wasn't a staff at the door, I think I would have appreciated someone coming to the front to check in with us about wait time estimations, but they only came to the front to tell us to put our name down after 20 minutes of us kinda waiting by the front. They took our order quickly, certain items they mentioned they were too busy to make, which was fine and understandable. So they'd recommend another dish in its place. The reason I mainly knocked a star is once we ordered, the appetizer came out quickly but no one ever really checked in on how we were doing, we didn't get a water refill or at least were unable to flag anyone down to do the quick bringing out of plates to other tables waiting and zooming back to the kitchen. We eventually got one of our entrees the honey walnut shrimp 15 min later, but no bowls of rice. We had to wait until our second entree came out 10 minutes later to get to enjoy our meal with the rice. I would've preferred if the rice was brought out earlier or at the same time, and trying to flag someone down for the rice was difficult. Eventually by 830 pm we got our last dish, the vegetables. Which would have been ideally eaten alongside our proteins. Wait times were very long, which would be overall fine if someone had communicated or checked back in. Food overall was fine. Honey walnut shrimp was more caramelized here, I think other spots tend to be more on the creamier side. Fish fillets were more breading than fish. Vegetables were fine overall, probably not the stunner last entree dish to finish off the night but overall fine. The appetizer beef tendon were good, it definitely has that numbing sensation with the peppercorns you find. Overall, for a Sunday night for dinner it was bustling, a lot of folks were waiting for items and I overheard other tables asking for things to just be cancelled due to the length of time it took. There's lots of tables and booths, it got fairly loud but nothing out of the ordinary of both restaurants.

We grabbed seats at the bar & ordered beers from the tap, then perused the refrigerators. There was a smaller selection that I had anticipated but there were numerous beers and breweries that I didn't recognize so I appreciated what they did have to offer. We sat back at the bar and a few mins later, the bartender let us know it was last call for the kitchen. We didn't get food so I can't speak to that but there were a few things on the menu that I would order next time. I thought the service was fine, nothing to write home about. Music was playing, the back wall was stacked with board games and card decks, people seemed to be having a nice time. I'm sure I'll be back to see what new offerings they have in the cold section. Note - it will cost extra $ to have them open the beer you purchase from the fridge. It's totally common practice for a bottle shop but can be off putting if you don't expect to pay to drink the beer you just bought. Cheers!
