No complaints with this location. Food was prepared quickly, and the staff were friendly! Bathrooms were clean.

I got 13 bagels today for just 7.49! Pick of the week special. I don't usually come here. But I was hungry for an egg sandwich. I thought they would do an awesome job. I was disappointed! The ciabatta bread was fresh however. They didn't have ham as a choice; just sausage and bacon. I got bacon and unfortunately it was just pieces of broken over cooked bacon. I'll post a picture. I asked for scrambled eggs. As you can see from the photo, this is a very poor attempt at a breakfast sandwich. I think a local gas station might do better.

I had set a business luncheon meeting on a day didn't realize was a new Juneteenth day holiday at 1 pm. Parking lot was packed as Panera Bread shared it with Mexican place next door. It was busy entering and ordered while waiting in line for few minutes.. Pick Two special sandwich and soup . Usual my Mediterranean sandwich without feta cheese and tomato soup. They gave us a beeper to take to table and wait for them to beep/ vibratory message. This gave us chance to go over few items we needed to discuss and then time to concentrate on food ..

I am a member of Panera Bread and subscribed to their unlimited coffee plan. We were around Binghamton area and would like to pick up my daily coffee redemption at this location. The instruction on the app for curbside pickup is pressing "I am here" button and the staff would bring orders to the pick up point. However, after pressing the button and waiting for about 15 minutes, no one showed up so we went in to check what's going on. The staff told us we need to fill in our cup to do the daily coffee redemption so it's not available for curbside pickup. I think it's totally fine to help myself to finish my order but there should be a more clear instruction on the app or someone should show up when we wait outside. The information on their app was totally misleading from the actual situation. It showed only curbside pickup available but it also opened for dine-in. I love their coffee and food due to the reasonable price and great portion. However, this location should definitely improve their customer service and updating the information on the app.

    Strawberry/ poppyseed salad.

I had several dishes from here but my absolute favorite is the strawberry/poppyseed salad! I went through the drive thru and it was a bit of a wait but worth it. This salad has an abundance of strawberries, blueberries, pineapple and walnuts. The poppyseed dressing added to the salad. I even got a free cookie for the wait. The girl who cashed me out at the window was extremely pleasant. You can have added chicken to your salad if you want it.

    The ordering area

This is a clean, and we'll kept Panera. We've been here several times and each and every time they are courteous, polite at every interaction. The food is great and served quickly, even on busy days.

Great food and service. Actually it's also a real good place to get work done. I thought our food had too much sauce.... but not enough to lose a star

Nice bag, but it held too few meals.

Disappointing Business Lunch. Over 24 hours in advance, I submitted an online order for a dozen business lunches. The meals arrived 20 minutes late, which is a lot of time during a daylong training workshop. And then it was short two meals, forcing us to scrounge food for our unlucky colleagues. The delivery driver says Panera started working on our order just 20-minutes before it was due. Given the pandemic, I had hoped each lunch would be in an individual box. Instead, the sandwiches and salads and soups were all piled together in paper bags. The catering representative was very nice and apologetic. She refunded the two undelivered meals. Of course, apologies and refunds are important, but so is businesslike conduct.

Tasty and healthy lunch at Panera. The Pick Two option allowed me a half salad and cup of soup that made for a substantial meal. The strawberry poppyseed salad with chicken was under 300 calories (2 WW points) and the soup was flavorful. Iced tea and an apple left me full but I did accept a taste of the dessert bread that they were sampling. Extra points for the real fork and knife AND the fact that our food was delivered to us at a shady table outside. More than I expected. Well done.

Same as most paneras I've been to. Recently got a ToGo order, and everything was as ordered and it was ready super fast.

I asked if I could have the Mexican salsa sauce instead of Dijon mustard on my wrap. My server behind the bar, , (who is also the manager), said no problem, but there might be a few black beans in the sauce, she made no mention of any extra charge for simply using a different sauce. When she gave my check, she had added $5.50 , just for salsa instead of Dijon mustard . When I protested, and asked her to remove the charge, she refused, and was very rude to me. I didn't use bad language, or behave in a threatening manner. A female friend of hers, who was seated at a nearby table, with two men, joined in, and they both ganged up on me. Since I was using a credit card, I had no choice but to accept the added charge. I told her that what she was doing is a practice called "Padding" a check, to beef up the bill. I asked her if this is how she was trained, and her answer was, "I didn't have to be trained, this is how I do things" . I was in the middle of gathering together my belongings, and putting on my coat, to leave, and she came around the bar to my side, and said, "Let's go, you're not leaving fast enough", (Quote) I left, as soon as I had my coat on. She also said that there was a problem, a few days earlier, when I came in for a quick beer, before catching my bus. Well, guess what that "Problem" was ? The draft beer was totally flat, and warm, and all I did was let them know, and asked for a bottled beer instead. I did what any customer would reasonably be expected to do. Before I left, she told me, "Don't come back ". This is horrendous treatment of a customer, especially coming from a manager. P.S. Jan. 15th, 2026 - I am responding to a few points in yesterday's reply from the business owner to my complaint: 1. She said I was expecting an add on for free. This is erroneous, because I didn't even think of a different sandwich sauce as an "Add-On", which it should not be. 2. Saying I added Beyond sausage to my burrito, which is an "extra charge" Again, erroneous, Beyond wrap is $13.25, and Bean Burrito is $12.95, so it's fair to say that they're both the same price. What I actually ordered was the Beyond sausage wrap, and merely requested the Burrito sauce instead of Dijon mustard. What the manager did was bill me for a Bean Burrito, $12.95, and added a "side beyond sausage", and charged me an extra $5.50 for what was supposed to just be the Burrito sauce, which is not in my opinion a legitimate "Side". 3. Saying that I should have asked if there would be an "Up Charge". It's the responsibility of the server to let the customer know, that there will be extra charge, it's not the responsibility of a customer to ask.

We came towards the end of the lunch rush (1-2PM?) and were seated immediately. The ambiance is hip and buzzy, with lots of colorful decor. The menu had some very tempting options, even for vegetarians. We started with the buffalo brussel sprouts, a stroke of genius. I'd never thought about dousing this tasty veggie in hot sauce and blue cheese, but it makes sense. This was a very tasty app, and the sprouts were roasted perfectly with crispy outer skins which provided the crunch needed for a good buffalo dish. The special that day was some kind of french dip sandwich which one of my dining companions got. Another one got a cajun catfish sandwich and graciously offered me a bite. It was flavorful. For my main, I got the spring roll bowl and decided to add tofu. It had noodles, peanuts, a sweet thai chili sauce, and lots of veggies. It was MASSIVE. Prices are a little high but the portions definitely made it worth it. I could have taken half home as leftovers if I'd wanted. The restaurant also has a coffee bar which we decided last minute to partake in instead of venturing out into the rain to find a different cafe. This was such a convenient option because we didn't have to fight to find parking or brave the weather to go to a second location. I did a pistachio latte. Someone else at my table got a Mexican hot chocolate. I treated myself to the homemade whipped cream. The coffee hit the spot. Throughout the whole experience the staff was wonderful. Our food came out quickly, and the servers were very friendly and joking with us. I'd come back if I was in the area.

At no time within that hour did anyone come over and acknowledge the fact that it was taking over an hour to get our food. When I finally asked to see a manager, the host responded with "well. the manager is really busy, but I'll see if she has time to talk to you." When the manager did come over, I was the one who had to suggest that maybe she do something for our table. She ultimately comped our drinks. Really not worth the hype. I don't understand why everyone says this place is so great.
